Adequate at best. This is the third Fairfield Inn we have stayed at in Florida on this trip and none have been better than average. We were staying for four nights when visiting friends nearby so I was hoping for a Gold member room upgrade but no luck. They claim they were full - I know this was not true for all four nights. This hotel was the most dated of all Marriott properties we stayed at. Very small room though the room was relatively clean. The staff was friendly especially the breakfast gal on the weekend. As poor as the Fairfield breakfast were at other locations this one was bad even though they had some hot items not packaged. They had very few options and were constantly out of fresh fruit, yogurt, prepackaged waffles, etc. Not sure what the problem was but I walked away hungry most mornings. Avoid! read more

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing hotel experience. I was grateful to only be staying here one night. First off, the woman at the desk was on her phone when I walked in and was distracted when I came in. She said my room wasn't ready and when I asked for an estimated time, she said she didn't know and couldn't find out. I was frustrated and asked them to text me when my room was ready. She took my number and said she would. Hours went by and I never heard back. I decided to go back to the hotel anyway and my room had been ready for hours! There was a different girl and the desk and she was super nice. She said she never got the message to contact me. I said it was ok, since it definitely wasn't her fault. The hallways are not air conditioned. They are super muggy. The rooms have an air conditioning unit which gave the whole room a musty smell. The carpets were damp from the AC and the sheets were pilling and scratchy. They seemed old and like they should have been discarded. The checkout process was easy since you can do it on the app. Overall, this was not at the level of a normal Marriott hotel. It was not worth the $130 a night and I would suggest finding other accommodations in the Jupiter area. read more

What a nightmare. I checked into this facility at 11:38 pm on Saturday, 27 September 2024. I arrived by Uber after being discharged from the Jupiter Medical Center emergency room after an auto accident where I was rear-ended at a railroad crossing intersection. The receptionist was dismissive of me, though eager to get my credit card . I tried to tell them what had just happened and they did not understand me. My cell phone had died in the hospital and I only had my charging cable with me. When I got into my room I expected to plug my phone into the usual USB ports in all other hotels. There were none. I returned to the desk and asked if they had a charger I might borrow. Without looking in a drawer or a cabinet, she said no. I replied " No one has ever left a charger behind in a room? " No response from her. With a dead phone, I went back to my room. In the morning I went downstairs for coffee. It was 9;45 am. Breakfast is included with the room rate and served until 10:00 am. There was no food, no cream or milk for coffee, no pastry, no waffle mix for the waffle maker - just a serving dish of biscuits. No butter. We were told breakfast was closed by a surly, intimidating kitchen worker, with little English. I said it was 9:45. He replied we close at 10:00. I restated it was just 9:45. Several children were sitting down with cereal bowls waiting to eat breakfast. They were told no milk. Another woman asked " No soy milk, no almond milk, nothing ?'. We were told no. So, as mothers we walked into the back kitchen area which was not closed, we opened the refrigerator and found a gallon of whole milk, almond, soy, and oatmeal milk. We took the gallon of whole milk, put it on the table for the children to have some cereal. This scary, rude man came over and took the gallon off the table, and said " I call police ". Imagine the innocent children sitting there witnissing this. Imagine your disabled, widowed, mother coming down for breakfast after a car crash and a trip to the emergency room being treated this way. Did the Marriot family and its founders build their business by denying a dozen people a bowl of cereal? How shameful. As a final insult the police did come and the girl at the desk told him I am barred at all Marriots for a year. Is this the policy of Marriot? I doubt it. What an embarrassment to the company. I have called corporate and filed a complaint and I called AMEX to deny the charge. read more

Had to come to the area to see my mom who is on hospice so I'm already stressed out for that reason. Being from CA and know the FIS(Fairfield Inn & Suites) are nice inexpensive but still nice hotels till I had to stay at this one. My family figured since this area is a nice area that it would be a good hotel to stay at. Let's just say that is not the how it was! FIS in California have nice beds clean bathrooms but this FIS was dirty. You want to be careful when pushing the button on the elevator to go up stairs bc it's broken and you can get cut.(photo) the bathroom I had was rundown had marks on the walls look to be like mold on the ceiling(photo). Nasty rusty shower drain. When you turn the cold water on the hot water leaks. Stains on the ground going into the bathroom(photo) was worried that if I put anything on the dresser/desk it was going to break since it was half way broken already.(photo) They do have a breakfast down stairs I haven't eaten it yet if I do I'll let you know if it's good! All I know if this was my company and I do own my own Day Spa I would be so ashamed of my staff for not caring enough about doing the job right. I'd say your cleaning a room then do it. Don't just wet everything down and think that is cleaning it. I would hate to know that people are that dissatisfied with a place I as a business owner worked hard to build. If your Customers aren't happy then you will lose your Business bc No one will come back! I do know when I'm going to have to come back when she passes away I will NOT be staying here! This is a below average hotel in what did not feel like a safe area. There was a shopping cart parked in the bushes next to the parking lot. Hotel location is in a kfc parking lot. I made reservations on Dec 20th for Dec 29th by calling the hotel directly because I had a wedding code to use. The hotel transferred me to, I think, the main reservation line. I told the man I was making the reservation with that I needed 1 night on Dec 29. I received a confirmation, but because I work in retail, I didn't look at the confirmation until Dec 28th. The man I made the reservation with made it for Dec 20th. I immediately called the hotel about it, but they could not do anything to help me. I had to book a new room and pay over $200, I was already charged $140 for the 1st room. They told me that I would have to speak with the manager, Maggie and she would call me the next day or leave a note when I checked in. Of course, she did nothing and they told me she won't be in contact with me for a couple of days. This was not my mistake and I feel I should not be penalized for it. I work in retail and we always go out of our way to make sure our clients are happy, but I feel like this hotel is not making an effort to correct their mistake and make me happy. This is unacceptable in my book and I strongly encourage people to rethink making a reservation at this hotel. read more

They also have been doing some staff changes and I must say, they are very pleasant and happy to help you. The hotel also has a 100% satisfaction policy. I do not recommend this hotel you guys. Upon arrival, the room seems nice and clean. The first night was seemingly fine. The 2nd night, I had some Advil on the night stand, left the room to shower, came back and they were covered in ants. No Ma'am! I ended up flushing them (the pills and ants), but the ants kept coming back to the night stand. Not cool. It wasn't even the ants that ruined this place for me. While having a few in my room is not ideal, I can squish them or move rooms. What ruined this place for me, was this: I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign hung on the outside of my door so that I could sleep in for a few hours. (I wasn't feeling well, hence the Advil mentioned). Around 3, I heard a faint knock. I was a little delirious waking up and wasn't sure if someone was knocking on my door or if I was just hearing shit outside my room (the walls are thin, you can hear almost everything). I sat for a minute trying to figure out what was going on and suddenly, my door opens- That much I knew was happening. So I shout out, "HELLO???" Because now I'm just like, wtf and ready to bash someone's head in with the nightstand lamp. And I hear, "Room service!" No, No No No No No No No No. GET THE FUCK OUT! The cleaning lady woke me out of my sleep, despite my fucking "do not disturb" sign. And get this, she removed the sign and tossed it on the floor in my room! This shit is extremely suspect. I've never had to lock my hotel room up while I had the sign on my door but if you plan on staying here, I absolutely recommend it. The thing that also annoyed me about this, is that even if I wasn't in the room- you still failed to respect the sign on the door. I clearly don't want you in my room. Checked in and the lady at the front counter was extremely rude, go to the room to take a shower and no hot water. Called front desk same lady picks up and tell her the problem, said she would look in to it. Washed up in sink instead and went out to eat. Came back after about 4 hours still no hot water. In the morning the same thing no hot water. Guy at front desk says water heater broke and plumber couldn't fix it and there was nothing he could do not even an apology from the staff. On the plus side the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. read more

We are Bonvoy Platinum Elite members who logged 162 nights in Bonvoy hotels last year ... we were in your hotels almost as many nights as in our homes. My experience in this hotel was the worst ever in a Bonvoy property. 1. I requested an upgrade to a suite days prior to my arrival ... this request was denied. What do I need to do to get an upgrade? 162 nights in a year apparently is not enough... 2. I used the early check-in feature on the Bonvoy app... I still had to go through the regular check-in routine ... why bother with the early check-in? 3. Upon arrival I was not thanked for my loyalty or platinum status as I am usually at Bonvoy properties .... Overall I was treated like any other traveller who stopped in for a night... Lodging in Florida in January is a difficult proposition, because it's smack in the middle of Snowbird-Gouging season. Sometimes you just have to bend over and take it, though - I wasn't about to drive back to Miami after attending the Field of Beers event. Not quite worth its rates, but difficult to do too much better in January. A decent roadside motel, seemed secure. The bed wasn't the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on, nice TV set, spacious enough. The in-room coffee maker was missing a crucial component needed for it to work, but downstairs in the breakfast area, there was still hot coffee available at 9PM, so score that on the positive side of the ledger. Small pool and hottub area, typical uninspiring continental breakfast. read more

This is an older Fairfield Inn. But, it is very well kept. My room (upgraded to a suite) was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a frig and microwave, as well as a separate living area (that's with a suite). The bathroom is small, but that wasn't a problem. Lots of clean towels and the shower was great. Excellent wi-fi - very fast. Lots of free parking. The grounds around the hotel were very nicely landscaped with a lot of trees and shade; I like that. This location is very convenient. First, it's right off I-95. Second, across the street, there is everything you could ever need (within a very short walking distance). There was a couple restaurants, a couple fast food joints, a supermarket, etc. There's a Starbucks almost in the parking lot of this hotel; very convenient. A beautiful beach is right down the street a few miles. It is one of the prettiest beaches I have seen. There's free breakfast, but I only had a delicious cup of coffee, so I can't speak about the food. Something I want to mention, and that's a humidifier in the room. Since in live in south Florida, I don't stay in hotels a lot here. But, in the few I have stayed in (Marriott), a couple have had that humidifier. That's a south Florida thing and the humidifier keeps the humidity under control in the room. My A/C in this hotel was fantastic, very cold - and the temp. outside was 93 degrees - so that was good. The humidifier does make a little noise, but it didn't disturb me at all. You can always turn it off if it's too noisy. All in all, a good place to stay. read more

I don't think this is a bad place to stay. I think I might of had the worst luck ever. Here are some things I would like to say. First off I was in a handicap room which is fine, I don't really care about that. But the shower was backwards meaning I thought I had no hot water which was really upsetting. Especially when you're tired and this is the only way to wake up in the morning with a nice hot shower. Secondly there was a dehumidifier in my room which was great until on Sunday morning it started beeping non stop at 2:45am. What a wonderful way to sleep. I couldn't turn it off for some reason so I literally had to unplug it. I tried the hotel breakfast on the first day and it was very mediocre. My friend got sick from it though, so there was no way I was going to eat it on the second day. Overall beds are comfy and the rooms were clean. I didn't think the a/c worked as well as it should of. I like things cold and when I set it to 60 degrees, it really never got down to that temperature despite it saying it would. I felt like my room was really not so great. Like I said, beds were comfy and clean which is a plus. Service was fine. Not sure if I would stay here again. There was a Starbucks in walking distance which was a plus! read more

This is a stand economy hotel. This is conveniently located on Indiantown Road in Jupiter right off of i-95 and is ideal for travelers. (Free parking) We had a standard room with a queen bed, a Big flat screen TV, air conditioning, a dehumidifier and fridge. It wad a small vanity area and the toilet was in with the bathtub. The bed was very comfortable and clean. ( I did think the air conditioning was rather warm especially went set at 68 degrees.) Free Wifi that was quick in your room. Continental breakfast was adequate with your standard fare including eggs, waffles, oatmeal, juice, bagels, etc. The staff is friendly as well. I would stay again if I were to ever be in that area again. read more

Hotel ratings are very subjective, of course, but this was an excellent choice. I stayed for four nights and it was an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and greeted me every time I came into the lobby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was very good each day. Access to I-95 was superb. The only things keeping this from being five stars were that the exercise equipment was only adequate and the room quite small, and the breakfast was average (but it's free, so I won't quibble too much). Overall, I will return to this hotel the next time I'm in Jupiter. read more

We stayed at this hotel two nights ago. As soon as we opened the door to the room, it smelled funny, like moisture. This room had two beds. I went to sit on one and when I sat on the edge, the opposite side of the bed lifted up! I thought I was going to fall! So I tried other bed and same thing! We had to sleep all night trying to "balance" this bed. It was terrible. read more

I've stayed at this hotel several times and I have no complaints. The rooms were clean, the front desk people are courteous, there's free parking and the breakfast buffet is included free of charge and more than adequate. Only gripe is the pool and elevators could use some renovating. If you're in town and need a place to stay, you could do a whole lot worse and spend a whole lot more. read more

I decided to take a mini rode trip and ended up in Jupiter needing a place to stay. I called this hotel and Alfred was very pleasant! Helping me get the best rate possible and explaining all the amenities to me: hot tub, pool, 24 hour McDonalds, Starbucks and so on. When I arrived he greeted me with all smiles and helped us check in to the room! The rooms a very pleasant they have a mini-fridge, microwave, ironing board, and great air conditioning. I forgot toothpaste and again Alfred was able to accommodate me! I would stay here every time I am here!! read more

I was more than pleased with the service we received on this trip :) we decided last minute to stop here for just one night on the way to Boca Raton. The hotel we were planning on staying in was booked so we choice this one super last minute. The clerk, Grant, was so helpful. He honored our coupon for $69/night and upgraded our room for free. It was so nice to see good customer service and a friendly smile after three days on the road and less than average service the whole way. We decided to stay the rest of the vacation here and drive to Boca each day because of the great service and the comfort of the room. We stayed in a Marriott Fairfield Inn in Ontario, CA, in May, and it was terrific. This Fairfield Inn on the west side of Jupiter, Florida - on the other hand - should be flagged by Marriott Corporate. The place reeks of filth. In these post-pandemic days, the hotel has strong odor of poor cleaning and filth that apparently has accumulated over years. And, yes, it is an old property. As someone who has traveled extensively, I can say with assurance that it is the dirtiest hotel I've ever known. The rooms have a stifling, gagging smell of many, many previous guests with varying levels of hygiene. Staff sprays with pungent smelling chemical sprays to mask foul odors. The couch has stains of... whatever. The bed and pillows are not fresh and, again, have a smell that reminds me of a high school boy's locker room. And, again, this filth is permitted by the franchise owner in these post-pandemic days. read more

Finally!!! A hotel on my journey that is worth staying in. We drove from Michigan to Florida, taking our time along the way and seeing the sights. After a string of terrible hotel stays, this was a breath of fresh air. The staff was extremely friendly. We called in advance to ensure there were "rooms at the inn" and lucky for us there were. The room is extremely nice, and comfortable. The AC is very quite compared to the other rooms we have stayed in, and this room even has a humidifier to keep us extra comfortable in this Florida heat. If nothing else, I can not praise the staff here enough. They are extremely friendly and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you have not traveled much, you may not understand the importance of a great hotel staff. They can truly make or break your experience. We really enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. They accommodated a very early check-in & a later check out, which was really awesome. Breakfast was pretty good. I thought the bed was very comfortable & the room was clean, although could have used a little updating. The pool area was well kept, although I don't think the hot tub was working. I have to say that Fairfield Inn, Jupiter IS THE VERY BEST! On Sat, Feb 26/2016, my 85-yr old parents, Carmen, Charles, and their Boston Terrier, Lola, were welcomed IN SUCH A SPECIAL WAY! Because I mentioned when I booked the room that my dad was in town to celebrate his 85th BD, they were shown into an upgraded suite with a birthday cake and "welcome back" treats for Lola. I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for a week and had a okay trip. There was construction going on on a couple of floors. The hallways stayed consistently dirty, among the dirt I found glass in one area. So wear shoes in you go to the pool. The air quality in the room was less than great, the air was too damp. The breakfast was mediocre, and the area stayed crowded and messy. I had a hard time getting in the first room given to me, the key wouldn't work so we had to go to be placed in another room. Overall the stay was alright, the cleanliness of the place is what really needs to be worked on. read more
