I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter while I was in town for work and overall it was an okay stay. The room was a good size and had everything I needed, but the hotel feels a bit dated. Not ancient but definitely not trendy. Check-in was... memorable. The girl who checked me in had some very strong feelings about my employer, which gave me a little laugh and made for an interesting start to the stay. Parking garage is located across the way from the entrance. It's not a far walk by any means, but it did feel a little awkward hauling luggage and when I came back to the room late. I didn't feel unsafe for the record. The hotel also has a small restaurant on-site, but don't expect a complimentary breakfast. Overall, it was an OK place to stay for a work trip. I'd stay here again if I needed to, but it wouldn't be my first choice when I'm in the area. read more

Picked this hotel for a quick two night stay. Check in experience was quick. Had a room on the 4th floor. Bed was comfortable; room was sufficient and amenities were acceptable such as coffee and creamer selection in the room. If all you care about is a nice clean hotel in this specific area then this place is great. It's a bit pricey for a standard run of the mill Courtyard, but it's fairly new, staff is nice and not a ton of options in this specific area. They do not have breakfast and you have to park in a parking garage right across the street from the hotel which was kind of weird. They do have a small starbucks style cafe in the lobby where you can purchase breakfast if you want. I really just needed to be in this exact area and wanted a nice clean hotel and for that it delivered. read more

I'm not a normal Marriott or courtyard Marriott guy but I didn't feel as though the area was pretty stacked with great hotels we then chose to pick this one. Since my wife is here for a photoshoot and we are only staying 1 night - we figured if it sucks then it's only for one night. However I can't lie- we loved it and did not expect to love it. We got a great corner room. It's pretty roomy and clean. In fact, the lobby, elevator and hallways were nicely cleaned and the decor was great!! A great vibe!! Staff is sweet and fast checking us in. The area has a park, food trucks and a lot of young people walking around just chilling. Some people may not like that but I do, being from NYC, then it's a natural thing for me. If the price is right- I'll come back , I suggest you do same too. One final note- we are still in a pandemic- so rules for breakfast are restricted, gym is closed and so is the pool but either than that it's a great stay. read more

For the class of hotel and price point, I'd *almost* give it a 5 star rating. No, it's not a full service high class hotel, but when looking for a hotel in this range, I recommend it without hesitation. We were going to the area for my son's high school team to play baseball, and were told several families were staying here, so I booked too. No real looking into it or comparing options, though I often stay at Courtyard and assumed it would be similar and fine. Pros: Location - just yards from Roger Dean Stadium if baseball is on your agenda, and yards from restaurant options and FAU in a beautiful area. This is a very nice Courtyard. It is conveniently located next to the baseball stadium and a parking garage. It's close to Juno beach, FAU and the Gardens Mall. The common areas and rooms are updated and everything is very clean, orderly and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They use upgraded linens and offer free WiFi. The Bistro is located in the lobby and serves Starbucks coffee. There were several tasty looking signs throughout the lobby that promoted having handcrafted cocktails and dinner at the Bistro that were tempting but we had other plans. I stopped by The Market located next to the front desk to purchase bottled water and noticed that the shelves were sparse and I did not see a price chart. They had the least options of all of the Courtyard's that I have visited. There must not be much of a demand. read more

It was a nice stay decent. Very friendly and hospitable front desk staff. My party did call for a microwave and a different item that never came but other than that it was a decent stay. I enjoyed the bath, shower, and hygiene products that were in the bathroom. I usually feel uncomfortable sleeping in the beds because i feel itchy. Maybe I was too excited for my first mini getaway since quarantine, or just got swept away by the reviews of this place, but I expected a little better... The front desk staff was friendly enough when checking in, however when we approached them about our room being a double queen instead of the King we booked, they didn't seem to care. She mentioned that it was probably due to booking through a third party (I booked on the Courtyard Marriott website specifically because I prefer to deal directly with the vendor) and she didn't even double check the availability for us... so we just had to keep the room they assigned. Our room was on the first floor which I didn't think I'd mind, especially with the parking situation (more on that in a minute). I'm not sure how/why but I could hear the entire little town of Abacoa bustling right through the windows. The room has 2 large windows facing the street corner, across from a plaza where they had a Fleetwood Mac tribute performance (don't get me wrong I'm a fan, just not so much of all the other incoming ambient noises) if there was a sound barrier in those walls I didn't notice... The room itself was nice and spacious AND was actually really clean- I know this because, being the clean freak I am , I packed Lysol wipes and went over all the surfaces -- to my happy surprise they didn't have a trace of dust, dirt or any other unwelcome leftovers--So A+ for cleanliness. Now, onto the parking situation. I've never been one to pack light not even for a weekender, so I wasn't a huge fan of having to lug my bags from the parking garage across the street into the hotel. There was onsite parking but only for 15 min for check in /out. Maybe I was still salty from not getting the room I paid for,but I thought the parking garage walk was just a little annoying. All in all, the hotel itself is good and I will say we booked this a few days before Valentine's day weekend,which I thought was an impossible task, and for a GREAT price. So yeah stay here, but be sure to ask for a room on a higher floor, if you're not in the mood to hear semi-professional singers and their fans all night long. read more

Perfect location if you need to be in Jupiter for any reason, literally behind the town square facing the main strip, and a very well designed place, comfortable clean rooms, plenty of space in the lounge area as well, free parking in a multi-level garage next door. Really clean and spacious showers were a real plus. Not exactly on the ball with staff organization, though...the desk gave me a late 4pm check-out due to my membership, but the cleaning crew locked me out of my room at 11:30. A daily list might help, rather than assuming clean patrons have left the premises. Took some time to get some of my belongings back, and it really soured the experience...also, the food from the downstairs cafe was close to inedible. read more

I would give this place 10 stars if that was a possibility. I loved everything about this hotel from the second I walked in the door weary after my flight from NYC. I travel a lot for work and find myself picking one of the Marriott brand of hotels more and more, simple because I'm a freak when it comes to cleanliness and these hotels are consistently well maintained, no matter where I end up staying. As for the Palm Beach, Jupiter hotel - This place was the epitome of elegant highly affordable business travel. The lobby, common areas, and rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained that it almost looks as if the hotel opened yesterday. Huge plus in my book. The bed was exceptionally comfortable which is also a big plus. The staff has been friendly, accommodating, and overall pleasant to interact with, which is not always the case in some hotels. The only reason to stay at this hotel is if you need to be close to Abacoa for some reason. Everything else about it was subpar. Paper thin walls. Zero amenities: no microwave, no coffee maker, no breakfast, crappy thermoelectric fridge, and not even a complementary bottled water. On the day of check in, they changed 2 rooms from our group (of 8 rooms) to a different hotel about 5 miles away, and refused to reimburse Uber expenses. We didn't have a vehicle for those 2 relocated people, so we accrued over $100 in Uber expenses! They didn't even let us choose the new hotel, and gave the wrong names, so check-in was confusing for those relocated guests. When I asked how this was possible, they said there *wasn't* a "No-Walk-Clause" in our agreement. Apparently if this clause *isn't* there, they are allowed to boot people/rooms from the reservation without letting you know first. We didn't even get to pick the hotel they chose, and I'm pretty sure they booked this on hotels.com based on how they were describing the rooms. I asked for a concession of a free night or two for one of our existing rooms, and the manager said "absolutely not, due to our sales goals..." I was shocked to hear this. They should know that as a guest, I could care less about their sales goals. Additionally, a few of our rooms smelled of feces... the pool was extremely hot (felt like swimming in a bathtub), and guests smoked in the outside area despite the no smoking signs. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere! read more

She' was so kind she told me my room rates I told her it was my birthday week I asked for a balcony she told me that was a little iffy well I got a balcony very large across from the stadium plus my room number is 315 my birthday is 531. See included breakfasts, which gives you the calorie count to boot nice touch Cool. There's three free newspapers USA , Wall Street Journal plus a local. The bistros is a counter. With all kinds of heathy meals . Very fillings . There's a few computers for biz . For a Marriott in land not a resort, it really is lovely , to a heat outside pool music towels lounge chairs shade at pool , plus they have the handicapped chairs to get in pool top notch The gym looks really new lot of machines and have free weights. We were very impressed with the whole faculty . We even went to a baseball game . Plenty of free parking which is a big savings for a hotel these days . Very new hotel that opened in June 2014. This hotel is located near Florida Atlantic University campus and within walking distance to some great unique restaurants. It has a very modern style and personally a great hotel to stay on a business trip or vacation. They have a fairly healthy breakfast menu and for dinner they make a great bistro burger. The best feature I like about this hotel is the spacious modern room with a very comfortable bed and plenty of electrical plugs. I will definitely make this my new hotel of choice when I am in town for business. read more

I arrived at 9pm to check into my King Room on 3/4. I met with the lady at the front (never got her name, middle-aged woman). She pulled up my reservations (booked 1/25) and told me that I wasn't able to get into a King Room because all of the KR's were booked. Before I could say a word, she continued to type on her computer and said (her eyes never left her keyboard) is it okay to switch you to a room with 2 queens. Before I could say anything, she was getting the key cards ready for a room with 2Q. I asked, how is it possible that I reserved a KR, but it was given away? She told me that because I booked online, the room type wasn't guaranteed. I asked her what could possibly be done about this, but she said nothing and that a room with 2Q was the only option if I was going to stay there. She was very rude. I asked her that if after the 1st night a KR becomes available, would I be able to switch to that room (I was staying for 3 nights)? She said no it isn't allowed. That is news to me. But, after being on the road for so long, I accepted a room with 2Q. She then tried to make a joke that at least I "have double the amount of beds". Lady, if I wanted double the amount of beds, I would've reserved double the amount of beds. My interaction with her was not a positive one as she seemed to not care about customer service. When I got to the room, I noticed that there were no extra towels (a preference on my account). Errors happen, so I decided to wait until morning to go downstairs and request more towels. That night I slept on the most uncomfortable bed of any Marriott Hotels ever. The next morning I stopped by the front desk to have another conversation about the previous night. A new lady was working the desk (younger (late 20s/early 30s), name started with a J). I told her about my experience and interaction with the lady the night before. She apologized for the error in rooms and the rudeness of the lady. She seemed more willing to relate to a customer than the night before. I asked her if a KR became available if I could switch to it. She also said no. I figured it was worth a shot. I asked her why I didn't receive any extra towels in my room upon arrival. She said that is not part of my preferences listed on my account. I pulled out my phone and showed her she was incorrect. However, she apologized and said more towels would be sent up ASAP. Upon arriving back later in the day, I got to my room and noticed I had not received any new towels (this is hours later). IMO, this lady said the right things but didn't follow through with her actions. After this I didn't talk to any staff for the rest of my trip. Upon arriving back home, I got in touch with Marriott about my experience. I was told, "I am sorry to hear that you were not checked into a king bedroom which is what you had booked. I am surprised by the customer service at a Category 5 hotel which is not reflective of Marriott standards. I am going to pass your comments along to hotel management on Case #258127755 for their response." I replied and said thanks and waited for a follow-up email from them. They responded by saying, "After reviewing your case I understand when you stayed with us you experienced a sub-par stay due to being denied a king room upon availability. I am sorry this occurred and would like to offer my sincere apologies we did not meet your expectations on these occasion. We do show that you booked online for a 2 Queen bed room and changed it later to a General room, which is a King or a Queen/queen room- no guarantee on which. As a frequent visitor to our properties, I do sincerely hope you will acknowledge that normally our service is exceptional and the difficulties you experienced on this occasion are not a fair reflection of our usual high standard of customer care. For these experiences I have added 10,000 points to your account for the hotel not allowing you to move to a king room if available for the the rest of your stay. I have also ensured this has been reviewed by corporate and management at our hotel to address internally." I responded by sending a screenshot of my reservation and confirmation number. It included where it said a King Room and I implied that somehow, someway, it was switched (I believe when I accepted the room with two queens instead of a King Room). Marriott replied saying, "This was booked online and we cannot modify the history of a reservation, We show it booked for a QNQN and then later changed to a GEN room which is availability of a QNQN or King upon check-in. The hotel is offering no compensation." She totally ignored the screenshot I sent of the reservations. While I told them I appreciate the extra points, it wasn't about that for me. As you can see, dealing with customer service was not a whole lot better than dealing with the front desk ladies at this hotel. Just beware, this hotel is in a great location, but the beds are hard, and the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. read more

This is one of my favorite Courtyard's. It's nicer than many of the regular Marriott's and I recommend it to anyone. It's a newer property. The Staff- always excellent, always professional and always helpful. Their service has always been great. The Room- excellent, very clean and no random hairs anywhere. I love the rooms here; very spacious and modern. The Area- one of the best things about this hotel. There are a number of restaurants/bars right across the street from the hotel. Roger Dean Stadium is right here as well and you can watch a minor league game for cheap. It's nice to be able to walk around and it's an extremely safe area. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It's excellent. read more

Over the last year, I have been staying at Marriott hotels due to business travel and I have to say that this hotel did not disappoint. Nice decor and centrally located and within walking distance to Abacoa and nice restaurants. Rooms: Clean and business friendly (proper ports, office chair, etc). Nothing to extraordinary - but then again, you are not at a resort! Hotel Bistro: Food for breakfast is yummy and filling. Highly recommend the egg white frittata. Service during morning and night very friendly and accommodating. Doesn't hurt that they serve Starbucks coffee and tea! Hotel overall: Great service, friendly staff, and CLEAN! Highly recommend. Just remember that the hotel is right across from Roger Dean Stadium and next to a golf course! Plenty of parking in the garage behind the hotel. read more

The staff here is very accommodating, patient, helpful and friendly. We stayed for 4 days during hurricane Irma and enjoyed our time. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The pullout couch is good for children. I requested a microwave and they got one over to me in minutes. House keeping was kind and not invasive. It's great that they have Starbucks and a decent selection of food. Parking in the garage was packed but it is close. It's walking distance from a couple of good restaurants and that awesome brewery Civil Society. The prices on their snacks and drinks at the small convenience shop were way over priced. This is the only place I would stay in Jupiter, FL. The first stay was not long after they opened and in the low season so occupancy was down. They had a $89.00 special going on then I got upgraded to a room with a sliding glass door and large deck off the room. I think they only have 3 rooms with the big deck. Other rooms have smaller decks but still have a sliding door to step out. The A/C units work excellent. I was facing the street but it was not noisy since it's a residential area. But during spring training I'm sure the traffic increases. In that case get a room on the pool side toward the parking garage. One odd thing I noticed during this stay was a man was reclining or sleeping on a bench that is outside the street side of the hotel. This is not an area that would attract drifters or homeless people. So I found this a little strange. The second time I stayed it was more occupied. So no upgrades but the rooms with 2 beds are roomy and the beds are queens not doubles. My only complaint with the room is the commode or toilet. It seems slightly smaller and closer to the floor than other hotels. I noticed a couple of odd things during this stay though. The night I arrived it was rather late...I think my connection flight was delayed and I didn't arrive to the hotel till about 2:00am in the morning. A man and woman were sitting on a bench very near the drop off area near the front desk where you check-in. Even though it was 2:00 am some people can't sleep or they were smoking. But if they were guests of the hotel they could sit by the pool area. I got out of the vehicle and stood waiting for my travel partner to move to the parking garage. I was standing next to a pillar that was blocking myself from these people. So I'm standing waiting and in a few minutes the man stood up and moved around the pillar to glare at me. The only way he could do this is by standing up and moving around to the other side of the pillar. Then he sits back down. The woman did not move. I saw him out of the corner of my eye staring/glaring at me. So I think the hotel should monitor who is loitering outside the entrance of the hotel late at night. The other odd thing I experienced during this trip was with a woman in the hotel by the elevators. She seemed to be loitering when I came down the elevator and a short time later when I went back upstairs. She made sure I saw her "key" which was solid red. I don't know if they have red keys at Courtyards. Mine was grey. I would not hesitate to stay at this Courtyard again. It's in a really nice area and easy to get to from the Palm Beach Airport. read more

Relative to other Marriott or Hilton hotels of this category, this Courtyard was outstanding! Newer facility with beautiful heated pool and hot tub, fresh breakfast options and extremely nice workout facility. The staff was very pleasant and professional. In addition to free parking in the parking garage next door, the property is nestled into a very nice and quiet area near Florida Atlantic University and next door to a stunning golf course. Highly recommend this property; I will be sure to return! read more

Excellent service. We caught an Uber form the PBI airport (cheaper that taxi), service great, total was ~$23 for the trip. The rooms are spectacular; I had the king size bed room. Desk to work with a comfortable chair. Pillows and bedding is very soft and definitely a great place to end the night to sleep! The bathroom shower is a tall stand up with a decent size shower spout, so its pretty much like taking a rain shower. Staff helpful and friendly. They have a small store for water, gatorade, food items, toiletries in travel size, and a Bistro restaurant for breakfast and dinner. They even have wine bottles to buy to go! They don't have room service but you can order anything at the Bistro "to go" and call it down and then pick it up to take back to your room. Rooms very clean. We are here for a business trip, so staying for a long time, and I definitely would stay here again. read more

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel and loved it. It is a new hotel so it is very clean and modern. It is conveniently located near the local baseball stadium, several restaurants, and a golf course. It has free covered parking which is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. When we told the front desk we were there for our wedding reception, they brought champagne to our room which was a nice touch. There is a Starbucks/cafe in the lobby which is convenient. I stayed here for a few days in September. It is a very clean, fresh property. The location in Abacoa was just what I wanted. You can walk to many restaurants and shops in the area. The rooms are a good size with very pleasant decor and of course you get the great Marriott beds and linens. I always sleep well at a Marriott. There are loads of plugs for you devices and WiFi is free.The food and beverage service is typical Courtyard. It is quite good but limited, in any case there are walk-able nearby options. The beach is a few miles away. We are returning in February for a weeks stay and definitely looking forward to that. It's not a lavish full service resort but if you need to be in this area I wholeheartedly recommend giving this hotel a try. read more

MARVELLOUS! Two months ago I had my wedding in this hotel and they were nothing but kind, responsible, caring and super flexible with us!! I am glad to have chosen the Courtyard at Jupiter and I recommend it a 100%!! They helped us so much even when they didn't have to. The room was neat and clean, and the hundred times I called for room service (while I was getting ready) they always answer nicely and help me quickly in anything I need it. Myself, my boyfriend, and his parents recently stayed here during Hurricane Irma. We were very calm and comforted here during this difficult time. The staff was professional and very personable. They tried to accommodate everyone staying there as best as possible, and made sure everyone had food and anything else they may need. Even when things were running low they made sure everyone was taken care of. I would very happily stay there again if the need should arise. She remains calm under pressure, greets everyone with a smile and works very hard to provide a high service level for the hotel guests. Great experience at this hotel. Location and facility were ideal for what we needed. Great community and shopping close by too. Special mention to the Front Desk staff (especially Chelsea who was so helpful finding things to do in the area for 2 teens). Free indoor parking was a great surprise too.
