Accidental Bliss! My hubby and I were looking for a place to stay on the beach while we search for condos so that we can become clichés -i.e., snowbirds. Very few hotels available, overly pricey and not right on the beach. While surfing on Google Earth we noticed a bed symbol sitting in the ocean. This place is fantastic. A timeshare, you can rent a unit for the week. It has everything you need to be comfy and is so close to the ocean that you can hear and feel the waves crashing. Such a nice way to sleep. Super nice people. Great pool and jacuzzi. We rented A2 which has nice side views of the aqua blue ocean north and south. Open all the sliders and you have a fantastic cross breeze and can watch the surfers, paddle boarders and kit surfers. The place has AC (and heat when those cold fronts come down). The only 1 bedroom (with foldout couch) unit better would be A1 which also has a slider and deck facing the ocean, giving you the feel of being on the veranda of a Seabourn cruise ship. The price per night is great and we would go back in a heartbeat because it made us feel like we were in a cottage in Eleuthera. If you stay here or in the area, make sure you dine at Captain Charlie's Reef Grill. And have ice cream at Palm Beach Ice cream in close by Tequesta. This area has a California vibe and we are now sitting in the airport depressed that we have to return to reality. You're welcome!

Everything feels modern and redone, especially the bathroom which was so sleek. Rooms come with patios and ocean views. If you are on the side you get a really nice partial ocean view, or you can pay more to stay in the back and have a full on ocean view. The grounds are just fantastic. A gorgeous heated pool, tons of chair space on the beach, and an additional deck of chairs on a sandy area that overlooks the beach. You can post up there with views of the pool on one side and views of the beach on the other. Seating for the bars and restaurant are all over. You are never too far away from food or drinks. There are plenty of eating options like the casual beach bar or coffee shop, or you can sit for a meal at Latitudes. We loved everything that we ate and drink. Staff was above and beyond friendly and accomodating. I had a few family members visit since we were in town to see my 93 year old Grandma. They did not give me a hard time about this. It's been tough on my family since my Grandma is not doing well, and I really appreciate their kindness to let my family visit as day visitors. A day here raised everyone's spirits immensely. Parking is overpriced and there really isn't anywhere else to put your car, so valet is sort of only way. That was truly the only downside of our stay. Oh! We also loved the craft table that they had set up for the kiddos. And I can't forget to mention the daily live music which was SO fun. This is a wonderful pick for a beachfront stay in Jupiter. I couldn't picture myself visiting Jupiter and not staying here.

To start, I could not connect my computer to the WiFi and needed to for work. The guy at the front desk said he would help me but was off in 5 minutes so for me to call a help desk. I chose to use my cellphone hotspot as I needed to connect for work. The food was not good at all. I had Rockefeller oysters and Mediterranean plate had to send the plate back which I never do. The oysters were size of a quarter and very expensive in excess of $30. I ordered room service a plate of fruit and that looked like it had been cut one week before. I went down to use pool and there were no attendants, no towels, no drinks/food that was entirely shut down and it was 6pm. I was going to stay two days but left after one. At $300 a night for basic room I expect more. I would not return.

Everybody at the Jupiter waterfront Inn was very helpful and accommodating, and our delay created no bigger problems with our accommodations, as it did with our flights and rental car. Quaint small property with a Mom and pop feel that was very cozy and just what we hoped it would be. The rooms were pretty straightforward and basic but clean and kept well with no noticeable wear and tear, stains, etc. We really liked that it wasn't located too close to the center of things which made it much more relaxing and it had two beach side restaurants a one minute drive up the road! Big, thanks to Nick for being welcoming, helpful and really enhancing our whole experience. Really like this place and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

She made us feel so unwelcome and screamed at our entire family with kids present because a few of the rooms had been booked through Expedia (an option btw that pops up on her website and Google business profile!). She claimed she's only making $20 on those rooms and why couldn't we give her the curiosity of calling and booking directly? Well, it's 2026 and most people book online these days. As a customer, no offense, we do what's easiest for us. Also our party booked rooms through various ways as we weren't sure you could attend due to work/scheduling and some actually did book by calling. If you don't want third party bookings - don't offer it. The business owner is now making up that we were offered a contract in January and we refused to sign it and then used fake names to book rooms lol. Completely made up and another example of how this business owner can't take accountability of her actions. The hotel isn't nice, the beds were awful, AC didn't work in any rooms, & my aunt had a cockroach in her room. There are a lot better places to stay in Jupiter

They shampoo the carpets (everything is carpeted) with a potent perfume to try and mask it which is extremely toxic smelling and painful on the throat. There is no ventilation bc you can't open the window and the bathroom doesn't work - you'll be suffocating in steam if you shower. The rooms are dirty and dingy and the fridge was broken. The front desk employees and staff are very kind and can't help the conditions of the hotel but try to accommodate what they can. I feel badly for them. Clearly whoever the owners or managers are have completely neglected the condition of the hotel and water damage. We both have severe allergies and were sick the next few days after sleeping one night here.

I had to cancel my reservation after my son's baseball team notified us that we would no longer be traveling to Jupiter. I called more than a week before my scheduled arrival, hoping the hotel would show some flexibility given the advance notice. While I understood the rate I booked had a cancellation policy, I was surprised that there was absolutely no willingness to work with me or make any accommodation. What disappointed me most wasn't the policy itself--it was the lack of customer service. In the hospitality industry, there should be some consideration for situations like this, especially when the room has plenty of time to be rebooked. Instead, I was charged a $162.72 cancellation fee without any attempt to find a reasonable solution. Customer service is what sets businesses apart, and unfortunately, this experience made it clear that policies matter more than customer relationships. I even requested to speak with the owner or management because I find it hard to believe that losing a customer over $162.72 is worth it. Based on this experience, I won't be booking here in the future, and I hope management reevaluates how they handle situations like this. A little flexibility and empathy would have gone a long way.

I was sent a guest folio showing a $0.00 balance, so I had every reason to believe there were no outstanding charges. I was never informed that there was supposedly a $250 late fee. If I had been told, I would have addressed it immediately. Instead, I was told a manager would call me, but I never received a call. The next thing I knew, my Hilton Honors Gold account was suspended, and now I have to contact Hilton just to have it reinstated. Suspending a loyal member's account without properly notifying them about an alleged balance is unacceptable. To make matters worse, this issue is still not resolved. Every time I call the property, I'm told there are no front desk managers available, and no one seems able or willing to help me. I've been passed around without receiving any answers or a resolution. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in limbo over something I was never informed about in the first place. The lack of communication, failure to follow up, and poor handling of this situation have been extremely disappointing. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I expected much better. I hope someone in management finally takes ownership of this issue and resolves it immediately, because this experience has seriously damaged my trust in both this property and the Hilton brand.
