Everybody at the Jupiter waterfront Inn was very helpful and accommodating, and our delay created no bigger problems with our accommodations, as it did with our flights and rental car. Quaint small property with a Mom and pop feel that was very cozy and just what we hoped it would be. The rooms were pretty straightforward and basic but clean and kept well with no noticeable wear and tear, stains, etc. We really liked that it wasn't located too close to the center of things which made it much more relaxing and it had two beach side restaurants a one minute drive up the road! Big, thanks to Nick for being welcoming, helpful and really enhancing our whole experience. Really like this place and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel could be so amazing if only it had a different owner. Our family's vacation to celebrate…read moremy cousins 30th birthday was completely ruined because of the owner. She made us feel so unwelcome and screamed at our entire family with kids present because a few of the rooms had been booked through Expedia (an option btw that pops up on her website and Google business profile!). She claimed she's only making $20 on those rooms and why couldn't we give her the curiosity of calling and booking directly? Well, it's 2026 and most people book online these days. As a customer, no offense, we do what's easiest for us. Also our party booked rooms through various ways as we weren't sure you could attend due to work/scheduling and some actually did book by calling. If you don't want third party bookings - don't offer it. The business owner is now making up that we were offered a contract in January and we refused to sign it and then used fake names to book rooms lol. Completely made up and another example of how this business owner can't take accountability of her actions. The hotel isn't nice, the beds were awful, AC didn't work in any rooms, & my aunt had a cockroach in her room. There are a lot better places to stay in Jupiter

Everything feels modern and redone, especially the bathroom which was so sleek. Rooms come with patios and ocean views. If you are on the side you get a really nice partial ocean view, or you can pay more to stay in the back and have a full on ocean view. The grounds are just fantastic. A gorgeous heated pool, tons of chair space on the beach, and an additional deck of chairs on a sandy area that overlooks the beach. You can post up there with views of the pool on one side and views of the beach on the other. Seating for the bars and restaurant are all over. You are never too far away from food or drinks. There are plenty of eating options like the casual beach bar or coffee shop, or you can sit for a meal at Latitudes. We loved everything that we ate and drink. Staff was above and beyond friendly and accomodating. I had a few family members visit since we were in town to see my 93 year old Grandma. They did not give me a hard time about this. It's been tough on my family since my Grandma is not doing well, and I really appreciate their kindness to let my family visit as day visitors. A day here raised everyone's spirits immensely. Parking is overpriced and there really isn't anywhere else to put your car, so valet is sort of only way. That was truly the only downside of our stay. Oh! We also loved the craft table that they had set up for the kiddos. And I can't forget to mention the daily live music which was SO fun. This is a wonderful pick for a beachfront stay in Jupiter. I couldn't picture myself visiting Jupiter and not staying here.

To start, I could not connect my computer to the WiFi and needed to for work. The guy at the front desk said he would help me but was off in 5 minutes so for me to call a help desk. I chose to use my cellphone hotspot as I needed to connect for work. The food was not good at all. I had Rockefeller oysters and Mediterranean plate had to send the plate back which I never do. The oysters were size of a quarter and very expensive in excess of $30. I ordered room service a plate of fruit and that looked like it had been cut one week before. I went down to use pool and there were no attendants, no towels, no drinks/food that was entirely shut down and it was 6pm. I was going to stay two days but left after one. At $300 a night for basic room I expect more. I would not return.

But once we settled in and started to realize the stains very worn carpet, rush and mold spots on the lamp shade, smudges on window and mirrors. Worst of it was the must and mold damp smell coming from the air conditione. We ended up having to turn it off due to fear of getting sick and being summer in Flordia sleeping with no AC was not that enjoyabl. Our son has asthma and really bad allergie. We all woke up with stuffy noses. We will not be back and we won't be recommending this hotel/inn to anyone.

They shampoo the carpets (everything is carpeted) with a potent perfume to try and mask it which is extremely toxic smelling and painful on the throat. There is no ventilation bc you can't open the window and the bathroom doesn't work - you'll be suffocating in steam if you shower. The rooms are dirty and dingy and the fridge was broken. The front desk employees and staff are very kind and can't help the conditions of the hotel but try to accommodate what they can. I feel badly for them. Clearly whoever the owners or managers are have completely neglected the condition of the hotel and water damage. We both have severe allergies and were sick the next few days after sleeping one night here.

Scrambled eggs, boiled, sausage and bacon. I was even surprised they had a waffle maker .... All this to say is that the breakfast is probably the best thing about this place. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come again just cause it's close to where we wanna be - close to family.

**OVERALL REVIEW**…read more Being a Choice Hotels premium member, I tend to choose a Choice Hotels hotel over the others. This goes with the lower-end Quality Inns and even the lowerst-of-the-low I have visited, a Sleep Inn. However, if I want to do some mid-stylin' and profilin' when it comes to Choice Hotels, then you can't go wrong with a Confort Inn. Pertaining to the Comfort Inn located in Jupiter on Indiantown Rd., I have stayed the night there quite a number of times, usually for Yelp (Elite) events in the area. Every, single time, my stay has been fantastic, enough to give them the highest of recommendations for what you pay for and what you get. Though an address is provided, Comfort Inn & Suites Jupiter (which I will shorthand simply to Comfort Inn for the remainder of this review) is located just a short ways east from I-95, on the southside of Indiantown Rd. It if it helps, they are right behind a McDonald's. On the outside, the Comfort Inn looks like any well-maintained Comfort Inn. The same can be said about the inside, too. The lobby area consists of the check-in desk on the right side after enterting, the dining/gathering area right front, the breakfast station area right of that. To the right leads to vending machines, the workout room - consisting of one cable machine, one treadmill, and one elliptical - and the pool complete with handicap capabilities. To the right are the restrooms and the complimentary office/work room. Though the hotel ameneties are fine, I know it is the room that matters the most. A typical suite consists of a living area complete with television, a kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, a small closet with an iron, ironing board, and hangers, and a small desk to do work. Depending on your choice, you either get a king-sized bed, or two queen-sized beds. I always get the king-sized bed for myself. A/C is absolutely wonderful, especially here in Florida during the summertime months. Finally, the bathroom comes with the the four kinds of towels most people use (hand/washcloth, face, body, and floor), complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer. Pretty much, everything you'd want for a decent hotel stay is provided within the fair price you pair which could be as low as $80 average on low-traffic times and up to $150 during high-traffic times. The breakfast is nothing special, but it gets the job done with cereal, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, and make-it-yourself Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, and potatoes/hash browns. All and all, this is a Comfort Inn that delivers on average plus more. I must stress this is definitely spic and span compared to any Quality Inn I have been in, too. Ergo, I will give this particular Comfort Inn four-out-of-five stars for its rating, the highest a corporate chain business can usually get. If you are in the area and this place is within your budget and you need a place to stay, you won't go wrong going to this Comfort Inn.
