We were having a short vacation that was severely impacted by American Airlines canceling so many of our flights, still haven't even sorted it all out with them or the issues with rental car company, it was looking like our vacation was going to be a disaster until we arrived here. Everybody at the Jupiter waterfront Inn was very helpful and accommodating, and our delay created no bigger problems with our accommodations, as it did with our flights and rental car. Quaint small property with a Mom and pop feel that was very cozy and just what we hoped it would be. The rooms were pretty straightforward and basic but clean and kept well with no noticeable wear and tear, stains, etc. We really liked that it wasn't located too close to the center of things which made it much more relaxing and it had two beach side restaurants a one minute drive up the road! Big, thanks to Nick for being welcoming, helpful and really enhancing our whole experience. Really like this place and would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. read more

First yes the place has nice view. That I have to give them. Amenities... For the price? Hmmmmm... Basically this place is an old motel with 3-4star hotel pricing. They do have free (weak) coffee in the morning. Rooms are good size but bathrooms are old and basic. The mattresses are old and springy. Service crew are very nice and friendly. Jose & Sonia were great. Customer service was on point. The older lady called Sara.... She's civil enough. Until you ask for a small favor like I did. I asked for late checkout because of some travel circumstances. Funny thing is at first I was being helped by Sonia and Sara just rudely intervened. She didn't even act like she cared. Without even checking in their system, she coldly said, "we don't do late check out because we're fully booked". Guess what, I checked in their website and they're not. Obviously she lied. So I went back to the desk and asked nicely again and informed her that I know our check out date is not full. By then she acted looking at the computer while denying our request. At that point I felt insulted and felt that maybe if I was white that she might've given me some of her time so I just left. She even speaks rudely to their own cleaning staff. One thing is for sure. Even though this place is not perfect, I would've considered coming back. Despite the underwhelming amenities, we we're trying not to concentrate on the things that bugged us about this place. But when a service staff is rude and lies to you on your face... That changes everything. Oh yah! They might have bug problems as they had guys knocked on our door and said they needed to do some bug spray. They were going from one room after another. I didn't know how to feel about this. Spraying chemicals while we (guests) we're in the room. For almost 300/night... definitely a big disappointment for us. Note: Changed from 1 star to 2 star because of the owner's kindness. Beautiful property, near many, many attractions and outstanding restaurants. A great base camp for exploration the area.

My wife and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the JWI. We arrived late after a long travel delay, but the front desk was very accommodating to make sure we would be taken care of the moment we pulled in. The room was simple, but clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view of the waterfront from the jacuzzi tub in our room. We also appreciated that housekeeping worked around our schedule each day of our stay. Beach chairs and pool towels were provided upon request. While the JWI doesn't provide meals, there are plenty of wonderful local places to explore and enjoy. All in all, a very pleasant place to stay during a visit to Jupiter! read more

I have come here before and had no issues this time it has been a complete shit show. I booked a deluxe queen room. I was put in a studio secondly when u brought it to the front desk attention I was told a deluxe queen room is a studio. I did my research that was incorrect and he told me to come back in the morning so if you have a problem it won't be answered. Secondly I called cause we got stuck in a snow storm and this very nice gentleman answered Nick and the owner was very nice. But I told the Owener how her employee was beyond rude when I called to that I was delayed and that I asked to speak to manager or a owner none of which called me back the same girl with attitude called me and disregarded me and didn't listen to anything I said and I repeat I will write down you want to speak to someone and she never did per the notes. We stayed here for the first time on our way down to the Keys, and it was fantastic. The grounds are immaculate and well-kept. Our room was on the first floor, and it was clean, with plenty of space for the kids and me. The pool was right outside our sliding door, and the kids loved being able to spend a lot of time in it. There is a pier with steps that go right into the ocean. We all enjoyed that. There were no problems at all, and we will remember this place for our next stay! read more

My family has lived in Jupiter for 20 years, but sometimes you just need your own space when visiting. JWI was recommended to us and so we booked for a quick 1 night stay. For the cost, I think it is a great option for those looking for a non-hotel chain option. Our room was very clean, although yes, a tiny bit "outdated" but I didn't feel it was as bad as some of the other reviews make it seem. It's very old Florida, so maybe some of those folks just aren't familiar. I've seen MUCH worse from Marriotts and Hiltons honestly. Our view from our spot maybe wasnt as good as some others but we weren't here for that. The pool was nice and clean. We didn't get to use the room jacuzzi tub which was a huge bummer because I've always wanted to have one in the room but we just didn't have time! JWI has a great cleaning crew! It's really hard to understand how this Hotel treats its customers. I stayed one night Friday February 14. I had a reservation Saturday, February 15th-20nd, that I had prepaided for. My wife and I could not stay at this property for more than one night. We wanted to, we tried to, but in the end, we just couldn't, not satisfied with anything, not a quality establishment. Spanish tiles on the floor from the 1970s, I have blood clots in my legs, extremely painful, can't do that. They told me they would "try" another room with carpet. The closet is ridiculously small, my wife and I had to leave our clothes in our hang up bags, no room to hang them up in the closet. We both had a totally sleepless night, the mattress and box springs were incredibly old and thin, very uncomfortable, absolutely miserable, no rest at all. It's quite obvious they spend no money on chairs, tables, beds, remodel upgrades, everything looks like it's from the 1970s. If that's what you're looking for, well, you can find it here, but not us. Everything is very old and rickety. Sad to report. No hairdryer in the room, the list goes on and on. Like no room in the parking lot for my car, or my wife's car to park. We had to park them off property and walk back to the hotel. I will not continue to bore you with anymore, but just know it's all very unacceptable. I paid for one night separate and stayed there that night, but the other seven nights we just couldn't endure it. We had to leave and cancel. It was a huge inconvenience. We did not want to do this. We did not want to leave. But we both felt very strongly that we couldn't stay another night. Totally unacceptable. Accommodations. I told them that I didn't want to have to write this review. But their response to me was no refund. So I am put in this terrible sad position to write this review. I told the management, I just don't understand how you don't refund the customer, their money, when the accommodations are totally unacceptable to the customer. This cute and quiet hotel was very relaxing to stay at while we were in Jupiter. It is right along the Jupiter Inlet with a beautiful view! Pros: The atmosphere at this hotel was just very calm and peaceful. There was not an excessive amount of noise or anything that disturbed you at anytime throughout the day. The hotel staff was friendly and approachable. The rooms are spacious, and there is even a mini-fridge to store any cold items for your convenience. Cons: The room was a bit warm and it didn't seem to ever cool off to our comfort level. We bumped the AC down to 65 and it still was too warm. We slept only with a thin sheet and still we were warm at times throughout the night. The fans could only be put on medium speed because when you had them on high they would shake and make a lot of noise. I think that the AC is just blocked by the couch, so the air flow isn't the greatest. Also, be prepared to eat something else for breakfast as the continental breakfast only provides cereal, oatmeal, or muffins. read more

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 kids. We needed an early check in and the front desk staff obliged. We had to ask for an iron and hair dryer as they aren't in the room. They were quick to provide them. The place is immaculate. They are constantly cleaning glass sliders, spraying down deck chairs and blowing leaves off of the walkways. First time in Jupiter. First time at this Inn. Where do I begin, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. Sara and Company represent in a way I have never seen before. Clean rooms, landscaping crew kept the ground impeccable. The pool was crystal clear and clean. However, the one definitive trait here which has to be mentioned is the staff. Every one of them worked as thou it was their own property. I mean that. The negatives, Humm, I can't think of one, we arrived before the elections and Nicole, therefore we weren't aware of what to expect from this part of Florida. I stayed here for a wedding, I booked 4 nights which cost about $900. On the night of the wedding I came back to a room that had a broken key lock, I made 3 trips from my room to the front desk before they decided to come confirm for themselves that the lock was indeed not working. I was told they could fix it that night but it "would take a really long time" at that point it was 10:30 at night and I was not interested in having someone work in my room for a long time, I said they could come back in the morning. So without a room key, I was forced to skip the wedding after party :(. In the morning I went to the desk to let them know they could get into the room to fix the lock but they told me they couldn't do it until the afternoon. I went and sat by the pool and when I went to my room a little bit later I was surprised to see the door wide open. The women from the front desk was in my room with a handyman trying to fix the door, they couldn't. This whole time (12+ hours) I have no key to my room and no way in or out, the front desks suggestion was to just leave the door open. I explained to the hotel employee that I really would like to just come and go as I please, and she suggested moving rooms, however there were no clean rooms avaible. I spent the next hour packing my bags to move poolside while they prepared another room. I was without a room and room key for hours and there was zero compensation or apology. the place is clean but customer service sucks. read more

Just finished a great stay here. The inn is perfectly located, near the lighthouse, blowing rocks, Burt Reynolds park and all Other points of interest. Also near grocery stores, so you can pick up snacks and drinks to enjoy near the pool or on your patio while enjoying the view. Because all rooms have patios and beautiful views of the water. The only downside is the comp breakfast. Due to regulations they can't do a real breakfast so it was just cereal and muffins. However, the Lighthouse Diner is just minutes away and the breakfast there is incredible. And since none of the tourist places open till 10, just grab a cup of coffee and a delicious muffin from the hotel and enjoy while watching the sun rise over the water. Then get ready and have a real breakfast at lighthouse, and go on with your day. read more

I had a horrible experience there with the room and manager. My husband had covid so I stayed 2 nights and tried to cancel another reservation for family. Instead of 72 hours I tried to cancel 71 hours. They wouldn't do it even though I'd been staying there and it was covid related. $300 waisted. The room I stayed in had a view of the ice maker. It's like a secret getaway. Affordable luxury. The entire staff went above and beyond expectations. Super friendly and accommodating, if you wanted something and asked poof you had it. The rooms were spacious with great views of the dock overlooking the inlet. The pool was always clean and a great temperature. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely not going back. Watch out on their prices. I booked a suite which was for 5 people. We would think you pay for the room and that's it. But no. We were four and then they charge for additional guests. What's the purpose of having a suite where you can sleep 5 but then they charge individually extra guest I guess after the 2nd guest you pay extra. The worst is that they don't tell you when you check in about that "policy" which is not published anywhere in their website. At least tell people on their faces they are going to get charge. But no. Incredible view! Balconies with water views for every single room! The inn is spotlessly clean in every area (room, pool and hot tub, lobby), which was a huge plus! This inn is quaint, quiet, and friendly. Almost all the rooms have a water view with great decks and patios that overlook the small, but efficient and heated pool. The staff was always accommodating and very friendly. Priced right and pretty close to everything you want to be near. My only complaint would be that the bottom of our bathroom door in room 212A was rotted and rusted through. I did mention this to staff before I left. I would highly recommend. read more

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick weekend staycation and we had the best time. We loved the location and the views of the water. Only downside is that we requested a room with a balcony but we're given the last room on the 2nd floor nearest to the water which had great views, but no balcony. We were avle to rent het skiis the 2 days we were there from the watersports rental down the street. We rode them to the sand bar which formed right in front of our hotel. The water was very clear and beautuful. The pool at the hotel was great as well. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again. read more

A friend and I decided to get away for the weekend and we wanted to stay in Jupiter by the beach. We ended up finding Jupiter Waterfront Inn. It was perfect because it was close to the beach but still had a view of the water cause we were right on the inlet and it was very beautiful. They also had a small dock you could walk on out to get a better view of the water and see all the fish and manatees swimming under the dock. My only negative was the hotel room did not have a blow dryer!! I have NEVER been to a hotel that didn't have one, but if that's the worst thing then I can't really complain. It was a smaller hotel but very well kept, it look newly remodeled. I kind of like the fact that it was a smaller hotel because it was not overly crowded with people and you could tell the staff really cared for the place. It is also a pet friendly hotel even though it does not say so online, you have to call first before you make reservations because only the rooms downstairs are available for pets. The good thing about that is the rooms downstairs also have a in room hot tub! So since the weekend we went it was pretty chilly outside (65 in Florida is COLD lol) we could still use the hot tub inside and not freeze =) The hotel is walking distance to a tiki bar and a very short drive to several restaurants and bars. The Jupiter lighthouse is maybe 5 min away. There is also this cool souvenir shop next to the hotel that was fun to walk around and I found some really cute earrings and anklet for pretty cheap. read more

I had a pleasant stay here while on a business trip to Jupiter. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It is a good value hotel, nothing fancy, but it got the job done and is really close to a lot of restaurants as well as the water. I had an awesome view as well. What really impressed me was their service AFTER I left. When I got home I realized I'd left my phone charger at the hotel. As I've done this before I didn't bother to call because hotels usually never can 'find' what you left behind. As I was getting ready to go spend the money on a new charger, a package came to my house from Jupiter Waterfront Inn with my charger! How cool is that? read more
