Update: I had Suburban Dynamite come back and clean my carpets. Another excellent job! Before he started, Dustin spot cleaned several stains, walked around and looked for areas that needed special attention. Dustin has a truck mounted steam cleaning and does the work himself, using no chemicals. My carpets smelled fresh and looked great. My stairs were pretty dirty and he took his time going over each stair and each riser. He even left me some plastic slippers to wear until the carpets dried. I was so pleased with the cleaning of my windows and carpets, that I texted Dustin to ask if he could clean my 7 stained patio chair cushions. He responded quickly with a reasonable price so I scheduled again. Two nice guys came with the truck mounted unit and steam cleaned all sides of my cushions. I have never had a couch cleaned - ever! I have been on a cleaning binge the last few weeks (thanks shelter in place!) so I thought I would look ito having our five year old couches cleaned. I asked around for pricing and Suburban Dynamite had the best pricing and great reviews so I figured I would give it a shot! We LIVE on our couches: 2 kids and a minimum of 3 dogs in our house at any given time, they needed a good scrubbing! Dustin came in, protected corners of the doorway and any furniture his hoses would rub against and got to work! I have to say, I don't know if they look cleaner (because it was hard to tell if they were even dirty but I knew they were) BUT you definitely know they were cleaned! I had asked Dustin for a quote to clean the grout/tile in my kitchen and while I didn't think my husband would go for it, I ended up having Dustin come back the next day to do the floors! The floors look AH-MAZING!! Dustin recently did a pre-move in carpet cleaning for us and was an absolute delight to work with!  I originally reached out to him via Yelp messaging and he was able to provide a quote right there in the app.  He met me a few days before the cleaning was scheduled to take a quick look and identify any problem areas in our carpet.  It was a short walk-through in which Dustin identified a couple of pre-existing stains and shared that our carpet was in pretty great condition.  (We wanted to get it cleaned anyway, as it made sense to do so before we moved our belongings in.)  During that initial visit, Dustin had also arranged (at our request) for Greg from Flawless Gutter Screens to come out and measure and quote for gutter screens - another great guy and company to work with! On the day of the carpet cleaning, Dustin arrived promptly, with a big smile, wearing his white and pink Vans that matched his white and pink van - very 'on brand'.  He thoroughly explained his cleaning process and the order of rooms he planned to work though.  He also gave me a heads up that he was going to put in his earbuds and listen to music and not to be alarmed if I hear him singing.  While he cleaned the carpets, I worked to set up our kitchen and was delighted to hear this super happy guy just singing his heart out, having a great time! When Dustin was done, he informed me that he was able to pull a good amount of dirt up, including pet dander and fur.  He was transparent to share that the pre-existing stain did not come up as much as he would have liked, but it was improved.  We will definitely use Suburban Dynamite again in the future - our carpets looks great (and we love knowing they are clean), the cost was affordable, and Dustin was a treat to have in our home! read more
