I contacted Dustin on somewhat short notice for 4 area rug cleanings. One was a shag rug, one an indoor/outdoor rug, and the other 2 were your average low pile rugs. He replied within 24 hours and provided a reasonable quote! Where to begin... Dustin literally changed the entire look of our condo. Things got brighter! :) First of all, he is super fast in communication! I was already amazed by that.
