Stating that I'd pick up the vehicle at 5pm. The only time I could get a ride. It was dark when I got the vehicle just as they closed. When I arrived home I discovered that both back doors were disassembled with parts covering the floor (see photos). They were closed for the weekend so I had to rent a vehicle for my family as my van was now only a 2 seater. And I'd be without the vehicle again to get the door reassembled. They reimbursed me $39 for my inconvenience (their stated cost to put the doors back together). Months later I was shown (see photos) that they reversed the wiring for the brake light & turn signal. All this time I had only one brake light and no right turn signal thanks to their 'repair'. Two trips to new mechanic required to get it in working order .

They beat me down, did not follow my instructions, did not have me sign anything indicating my instructions, so basically up charged me. I will not be going back to the 3rd street Les Schwab. They also recommend new spark plugs, but it doesn't look like they even checked them. If possible get a second opinion for an expensive repair even though the reviews are good for a repair shop.
