That's how you build loyalty and keep people coming back. To make things worse, the worker who remade the drink also seemed upset, acting like it was coming out of her own pocket--making comments like "bruh" to her coworker. My problem is why did this sourdough taste so acidic and rancid?!? Thats not how sourdough is supposed to taste like!
