I was not aware Styria Bakery typically is only focused on local farmer's markets. This location was super close to me and as luck would have it, they made an appearance on TooGoodToGo app. Placed 2 orders for pick up and received basically 4 loaves of delicious bread. I didn't even have an opportunity to take a photo and have already inhaled the Roasted Garlic loaf. Amazing tasting bread and a great value. Everything on the ingredient list is something I can pronounce, the bread seems to be very clean with quality ingredients. The nice gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to talk to me on what they offer, found various bread and made great recommendations. I walked away with walnut/cranberry, roasted garlic, asiago and focaccia bread. I suspect these will all be gone by tomorrow. Wish they had a store front here as this is more of an open, airy warehouse...I will definitely keep my eyes out for them at farmers markets and TGTG app in the future. I have been a customer of Styria Bakery for years. I discovered their quality breads and products at Territory Days more than 10 years ago. Though I buy other "flavors", I always get at least 3 loaves of my favorite Red Onion Dill. Their sconces and pretzels are tasty too. I no longer enjoy Territory Days because of the massive number of people. However, I can go while the vendors are setting up, get what I want and leave. Shannon and her crew are excellent. They always have fresh breads. I take them home, wrap them up, and freeze them. That way I can use them as I need for 3 months. I follow the Festival circuit so I know where they will be. I get my "fix" for the winter months by going to Harvest Fest at the Abbey in Canon City in September. Styria Bread has a strong presence there as well. We actually met these guys at the Colorado Home and Garden show. We purchased a loaf of Asiago Basil - and oh my goodness!!! We brought it home and made turkey sandwiches - and I immediately wish we would have purchased more flavors! This is some of the best handmade bread I have had! I had smoked salmon tacos from their booth at the Union Station farmers market and they were so good! I absolutely love their products. They use unbromated flour in their products which does not have the health disadvantages of bromtated flour used by many bakers. Mt favorites are Asagio cheese and Asagio Basil. I pine all winter long for their bread since the farmers markets are closed. It's the best. The breads I mentioned are just divine toasted!! Back to loving the lemon mint white chocolate bread I get at the Famers Market in Monument. Tried a couple of other types and found the only one I love so far is the lemon. Jalapeño Jack bread is good. Bavarian pretzel is VERY GOOD! Bread Dip (balsamic vintages, oils, etc) is BAD! Not at all like Spaghetti's restaurant if that's what you're hoping for. Would buy pretzel again. Eat all bread products immediately they do not last more than a few days read more

Just had the absolute pleasure of trying the stollen, apple strudel, lemon bread and cranberry walnut bread. First of all it is gorgeous, looks like it was purchased at a European market. The tops of the loaves are a lovely brown and inside is moist and flavorful! What a treat! The family is always knowledgeable, kind, genuine and lovely to interact with. We purchased a loaf of Roasted Garlic from the farmers market in Castlerock, CO on Saturday, August 1st. When we arrived home and opened the bread the next day, it was hard and almost unusable. I called the bakery and Shannon, the owner, indicated that due to the corona virus situation, the bread loaves are wrapped in perforated bags to prevent 'sweating'. The seller at the market was supposed to have instructed us to re-rap the bread to maintain its freshness. That didn't happen at purchase. Shannon was super nice and very cordial explaining this to me and offered a free loaf of bread at our next visit to the farmers market (we live in Palmer Lake). All is well and I was so glad that I called her. I will buy more from Syria Bakery II going forward. read more

I visited this bakery's booth at the Parker Farmers Market. My mother was visiting from out of town and we stopped at Styria bakery booth to get some bread. She mispronounced one of the loaves of bread and the man selling the bread scolded her. We thought he was joking at first but he became increasingly hostile, ranting on and on about how American are stupid and how our public education system has failed us. He said that people continue to mispronounce his bakery's name and bread items and that we Americans are stupid. Some people have disabilities which cause them to have difficulties in reading, cognitive disabilities or simply misread something. He is lucky we aren't the litigious type. VERY RUDE. Very hostile. Bread was overpriced and bland. Will return to the PFM, but not to this vendor. read more

I bought a sticky bun at the Aspen Grove Farmers Market and it was hard and dried out. The market opens at 10 and I bought it at 12. If after only 2 hours it was so bad, I can't imagine later in the day. One of the problems was they left everything uncovered, so I can only assume that all the products were the same. It was so bad I just threw it out. It was the same as throwing money in the trash, and I would advise people to stay away from this place. read more

LOVE their bread - All their bread! But my most favorite is the Lemon Mint White Chocolate bread. I buy it when I can ( 3 loaves at a time) and make a huge batch of french toast with it We store it in the freezer and hunt down where we can get our next "bread fix" . I've been buying it close to 6- 7 years now. You won't be disappointed with ANYTHING you purchase from them. They'll have to ship it to me when I move to Florida. read more

They don't have a shop yet at this address (though frankly I'd frequent it happily if they did they're a mile away from my work space) but the super friendly lovely individual working there greeted me nicely and hooked me up so I am super happy and I am in love with their breads! Got to try the white chocolate dessert bread and the asiago and plan to find a way to go back for more! He told me they sell at farmers markets for anyone who is curious about where to get it and who knows maybe if we seggust enough for them to make a little area at this location to go in and buy since they are right across from the Tamale Kitchen, I think they'd benefit to have loaves people can come buy if they really want to with how Denver is growing anymore, I am a Colorado native myself but we've certainly experienced quite the influx of new people I bet would love this idea too!! Also a good company as they had a huge pile of bread he was donating so that's always a bonus when a company donates their surplus food to people in need!
