And that 20% off coupon they give you for donating? If you need to exchange something, they take it back. Of course no returns or refunds--only exchanges. So when you swap for a different item, you end up paying full price. They took your donation, but the discount? Gone. Just disappeared. People, plase go to Goodwill or Salvation Army instead.

This is a small location and far away, I went for the first time and it will also be the last, for sure. I haven't found anything in womens or mens clothes and accessories. Two stars because I have seen even a smaller location and because prices seem to be okayish I guess. A necessary caveat - I am not a person in need, just a hobby thrifter writing a review from a hobby thrifter's perspective and point of view. For those in need, every location will be good, they even charge no tax which is cool. For us others, I'd rather pay tax and more $ to actually find anything :) this was a miss but if you do live nearby or pass by, those 15mins needed to look through it all won't kill you :)

Second, it's less busy, much smaller and cuter. They don't have as much new stuff at this location but I have found so many gems (including my faux fur coat and psychedelic tights holllaaa) that I just keep coming back. That and they always have some kind of special - either 1 dollar pants/shirts/pillows/etc or 50% off blue tags or yellow tags, or something. Anyway, it's fun and if you're scared that your clothes/jewelry may have belonged to a once alive grandmother - don't go here. hehe.

They didn't take any of my clothes, guess it's not what's "in", which is okay. I go around here from time to time to spot some nice deals on clothes from Aritzia / Lulu. I noticed quite a lot of poorly used clothes on the rack and even with holes and rips. You really have to ensure the clothes are in good enough condition to your liking before purchasing. They do offer refund anyway just in case within 7 days, clearance items are final though so make the right decision. I have purchased a few great deals from here. I think it's a nice place to get second hand or even brand new items when you get lucky. So many lightly used but you just have to be patient and go through stuff, eventually you'll find nice ones. Quick tip on white clothes - check collar area and underarms to ensure no discolouration. Darker colour clothes - I don't know about you but I dislike deodorant / lotion marks when I pick it up from the rack. Just a random thought! I will continue coming here once in a while just to snatch some good deals especially when they have promos!

These were all from the kids brands like old navy, osh kosher, gap - and very new looking, of course. Last thing my kid needs is new clothes at any given time but this may be my secret hideaway for awhile. Great for mums with a low budget with multiple kids. Also, the service went above and beyond. Our shoes include a range of men/women shoes: Gucci loafers, Ferragamo loafers, Hermès sandals, Louboutin loafers, YSL Chelsea boots, Alexander Wang ankle boots and some other pairs of shoes. Most shoes are damaged at the bottom where the wood panel, leather bottoms or heels are wore out. One pair is more severe as the leather is detached from the sole. Vahid has done a fantastic job to give new life to the pair by patching some leather and reattaching the leather to the soles without much trace at all. Vahid is professional as he not only quickly identified the problems with each pair, he is also helpful in advising us how the shoes can be repaired and offering options for us to choose. Some shoes require new fully protected bottoms whereas some can last with just protected heels. Vahid chooses the best color to match the original shoes' bottom so that the layer is unnoticeable from the side. Overall we are very happy with Vahid's professional work!
