After the Mississauga one probably the biggest location, I think its bigger than the Lansdowne one. the selection and brands are more miss than hit but I did skip some sections like pants, capri, workout shorts, blazers and some mens categories. Some items were really overpriced like well worn tna and pink shirts for $9.99 and 14.99 also two zara items for $12-13 a piece which is the price items often go for on sale. way too few brands for its size, I read in reviews staff picks the best for themselves. personal care section isn't bad though which is quite nice. 2.7/5

Not a bad Value Village, one of the better ones in the GTA. Just wish they could change the price tags. Wont come off CDS, records, books

Great location. Fair prices. I would recommend VV to anyone looking for good deals. Wish they had more discounts.

Good selection of things, however the checkout service is slow and like all Value Villages, it is a bit overpriced.

I found that some prices are too high. Toys, books, plates, mugs, and other kitchen stuff could be cheaper.

They didn't take any of my clothes, guess it's not what's "in", which is okay. I go around here from time to time to spot some nice deals on clothes from Aritzia / Lulu. I noticed quite a lot of poorly used clothes on the rack and even with holes and rips. You really have to ensure the clothes are in good enough condition to your liking before purchasing. They do offer refund anyway just in case within 7 days, clearance items are final though so make the right decision. I have purchased a few great deals from here. I think it's a nice place to get second hand or even brand new items when you get lucky. So many lightly used but you just have to be patient and go through stuff, eventually you'll find nice ones. Quick tip on white clothes - check collar area and underarms to ensure no discolouration. Darker colour clothes - I don't know about you but I dislike deodorant / lotion marks when I pick it up from the rack. Just a random thought! I will continue coming here once in a while just to snatch some good deals especially when they have promos!

I didn't have time to browse but it is quite a large store filled with clothing both inside and with a couple clothing racks outside as well. I came with a small bin of clothing. There's a huge bottle of hand sanitizer right inside the first set of doors that they ask you use before entering. A sign by the counter indicates that bins be put there and staff will ask if you've been there before or not. Since I'd never been they took my cellphone number and I was texted a link to fill out a form. Once signed a reciept is printed and attached to your bin. The staff told me I'd be contacted in about an hour, once everything was sorted. I received a tex to see one of their staff. At the other counter I told them my name and she told me that unfortunately they would not be taking any of my items. I guess my clothing isn't current enough. Ah well.

All my friends and family have been telling me to come here and buy clothes. I've been here just…read moreonce and spent a long time inside looking for clothes for my twins. The place is small and can't really fit a stroller, I had to put my baby in a carrier so it's easier to shop. Their aisles with clothes are organized by sizes. Other items such strollers, inflatable things, bouncers, etc are somewhat around the outer part of the store. None of the staff asked if I needed any help but they did say "hi" when we entered. During my visit here, they stayed by the counter, there were 3 of them that day. When I checked out, there was no other customers and one of the staff by the counter was on the phone. It seemed like there was a problem with a customer. The other employee then came up and rung up my items, but asked me to wait. 15mins later they finally cashed me out. Luckily I wasn't in a bad mood so I waited as patiently as I can. The owner (it looks like she's the owner or manager) apologized for the long wait and gave me a card for 20% off on my next purchase. The only thing I don't understand is why they couldn't have checked me out while one of the staff was on the phone.

The best part, I have until 9PM today to pick the rest up or they will 'donate it' - AKA some bullshit scam to basically keep all your clothes for free if you dont make the drive out there. Had they told me that at drop off, I never would have left the clothes there. Rude, obnoxious staff and owner (Joanna - scum of the earth). My friend and I dropped off our shoes for store owner Vahid on a Wednesday. He had a customer at…read morethe time but was quick to assist us as soon as he was done. Our shoes include a range of men/women shoes: Gucci loafers, Ferragamo loafers, Hermès sandals, Louboutin loafers, YSL Chelsea boots, Alexander Wang ankle boots and some other pairs of shoes. Most shoes are damaged at the bottom where the wood panel, leather bottoms or heels are wore out. One pair is more severe as the leather is detached from the sole. Vahid has done a fantastic job to give new life to the pair by patching some leather and reattaching the leather to the soles without much trace at all. Vahid is professional as he not only quickly identified the problems with each pair, he is also helpful in advising us how the shoes can be repaired and offering options for us to choose. Some shoes require new fully protected bottoms whereas some can last with just protected heels. Vahid chooses the best color to match the original shoes' bottom so that the layer is unnoticeable from the side. Overall we are very happy with Vahid's professional work!

They said the glue of the sole to the boot was really old and has expired and needs to be re-glued. Normally it would take them a few days, but they were so kind that they expedited the repair and I was able to pick them up within a few hours. I am so impressed with Professional Shoe Repair. They are quick, and did an impeccable repair job. I highly recommend!
