Just wish the Scarborough location would have more items in stock but it is good to check back often, especially at the furniture section as there are quite a few interesting pieces if you want to look for a mix and match modern retro look. You can also donate items and they would arrange picked up and even get a tax recipt for the value of the donation!

I asked what type of items they accept and was told items that young adults wear that's within 1.5 years. Anything older will likely not be accepted. They were busy when I arrived, so I was told their assessment of what I brought in would take 40 minutes to an hour. We wandered around, browsing and trying on things while we waited. Then it's a wide, open space with racks upon racks of women's clothing. There's definitely a lot to go through, but I'm sure you'll find something for you. I saw a black, sequined BCBG Max Azria dress for only $19.99! I wasn't sure if it would fit, and I didn't see any fitting rooms. There's an electronics section with older electronics like VCRs, DVD players, boomboxes, CD players, stereos with cassette tapes, keyboards, speakers, countertop cookware, fans, printers, etc. There's even a power bar for you to test the electronics before making a purchase. Up the stairs, or the ramp, there's men's clothing, sports equipment (like baseball bats and skis), lots of books, vinyl records, furniture, mattresses (that I think are new and were donated to the store), housewares (drinking glasses, vases, bowls, and much, much more), and even artwork. By the cashiers, there are items in locked display cases. I saw jewellery, old telephones, and even a Nintendo Entertainment System. I didn't see any controllers to go with it, though. There's a seniors' discount for 10% off, and if you've donated items, you can get a 20% off coupon.

I had a few things to donate - which is around the LHS of the building - you'll need to back out as there wasn't much room to turn around. Seems they support both local and abroad causes, which is super. Staff seemed friendly, and are made up of a large portion of volunteers. I saw them online in a search and got there a little too close to closing as it was a bit of a hike. They let me take a quick 5 min to look around. Planning on going back.
