I actually went by today to look for new wide set pants and a place to try on since i like to visually see myself with the clothing item. Surprisingly they have lots that aligned to my style. Me and my sister got a couple of pairs we bought and are happy with it. Everyone was so nice! I didn't know that i can apply for customer account under Plato's. The cashier explained i can get points everytime i visit. The only thing i knew was that you can take pictures and post, tagging their user on instagram to get 10% haha! So i applied to get points, and got extra for not getting a plastic bag for the pants we bought. That was great. Suggestions for improvement would be faster sorting of items you drop off and bin inside or just outside the store to donate your remaining items they didn't buy ( if you so wish). Just make the process easier to sell and donate, so you feel like it's all settled when you leave the store and you didn't spend a large chunk of time for a small amount of $. All of my items were in excellent condition and from well-known name brands. The manager told me they were declined because they had gone out of style. I find that difficult to believe, especially after looking around the store and seeing clothing that appeared to be older in style than the items I brought in. Based on what I observed, the explanation I was given did not seem consistent with the merchandise currently being sold. While that was disappointing, I understand that resale stores have their own buying criteria. The bigger issue was that when I got home, I realized my suede belt was missing. I called the store, and the employees said they would check thoroughly and speak with the manager, since she was the one who had gone through my items. One of the sales associates even asked the manager to call me, but she refused. When I eventually spoke with the manager, she denied ever seeing the belt with my jacket and skirt and simply said she was sorry, without offering any effort to investigate further or resolve the situation. I'm extremely disappointed--not only were none of my items accepted, but one of my belongings was lost, and the customer service afterward was very poor. Based on this experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this store.

Had to go inside to ask staff member (who was sitting reading a book) to help me unload car. High chair was in 3 pieces so I could fit in car and staff member put stand (metal), chair (upholstered plastic) and tray (plastic) in 3 different boxes???? I asked why and he said so they could be recycled and, when I asked if someone might not want the high chair assembled together in one piece, he said "someone might put pieces together"???? Very concerned and disappointed and will probably start going to Habitat for Humanity to donate.
