It's one of the oldest pubs in the city! But now it's VINTAGE DEPOT. I was surprised with the great organization and selection at this store. I don't think I've been to either of the other Vintage Depot locations in the city but I hope they're as awesome as this one. Clothes are organized into categories/sections and then by SIZE and COLOUR. I've never seen a thrift store that does this. Bravo! TONS of shoes, including designer. TONS of vintage Adidas and other sportswear. TONS of purses, hats (new and used) and uniforms (military, factory, coveralls and professional onesies of all kinds). This would be a fabulous place to source costumes for Halloween, costume parties or theatre/film productions. Staff seemed to be mostly young and male, all were extremely helpful and friendly.

My friend and I spend a good hour downstairs just playing different records and dancing around LOL. I came here because it was noted that they have a lot of cameras and I was surprised to see them all myself. Initially, I was a little nervous about buying a film camera because I am not very familiar with them but the representative that was there (Maggie) provided me with a lot of insights and useful information on each brand. She was very patient and helpful and made me feel at ease so I left the store confident. Also, the shop is located on Danforth so after my visit, I just went on an adventure and ate a lot of food. I truly loved everything at this store and it was an honour conversing with Maggie. I fully dedicate myself and wallet to this shop and I can't wait to come back!

Shopping here is a hit or miss, as always with thrifting. I do find that I am more likely to find something I like here than at other locations. I think it's because I find this store a bit more spacious, so I'm more willing to spend time looking through the aisles here. The pricing here leaves me kinda iffy about wanting to shop here sometimes. They keep bringing up prices so sometimes, things aren't even a good deal anymore. It's suppose to be for non-for-profit and environmentally friendly to thrift. But here, I've definitely found over priced items, broken items still being sold, and items priced higher than the original price tags attached. Be patient, spend some time... anytime you're thrifting, you need to be willing to spend time combing through each item if you want a chance to find something great.
