I then state that the previous lady told me to come back in 30 minutes. If she was the one who was going to help me then why did I need to wait 30 minutes?! This was by far the best car buying experience I had ever had...I have bought cars from dealerships in New England as well as several in Monterey. When I came Stacy and Sal worked "WITH" me...they listened to what I wanted, needs, and helped me get the best for my truck I had at the time. My trade in...they offered me a great trade in..They told me I may be better of attempting to sell it on my own as an option..but they were willing to take it from me(for a good deal , better than anyone else by far). I explained I wanted a 1000 more than what they could give me..which i was borderline probably not going to get unless i was patient.. I had several cars picked out...I test drove them..and not once did i hear you look good in that car, or what can i do to get you to drive off today(LIKE WHAT EVERY OTHER SCUM BAG DOES)..they did not call me and say ..the black Lincoln or BMW is being looked at..you may want to come in... In the meantime I sold my truck on Craigslist ..that same day Sal offered to give me what I was waiting on for weeks ...and he didn't know that i sold it..he simply was trying to help me out(the numbers were not in his favor of getting a steal from me like most trade in's are, or what other places would have done to me on a paid off truck) The car i wanted was coming to the lot but need a few things done and tested on it before I bought it(all ligget stuff) .. Sal and Stacy gave me one of their cars off the lot to use because I sold my truck and had no vehicle..I drove one of their Mercedes for two weeks until my car was ready...(I got a flat on the first car..i changed tire drove back and they put me in that benz) They to this day have helped me out on stuff that was my own fault (i.e breaking specialized key) while my warranty was now gone..and to just flat out help..they saved me(by doing some phone calls) between towing cost and key cost several hundred dollars by finding out what code i needed to have my car fixed...from my own mistake.i was able to not spend a dime on that key... Stacey and Sal completely took care of me like I was family and I never met them till the day i walked on their lot...My name is anonymous and I have the ability to pick any dealership to walk into, but after my experience here I will continue to do business with them for the rest of my car buying life...!! In total five different men came to wash and wax both the exterior and interior of my car and had the work completed within approximately 80 minutes. Their team leader was very knowledgeable and willing to share lots of useful tips on maintaining a car at its' very best, including recommending products and even a PPF vinyl covering to protect from UV and scratches.
