I was very impressed with the quality of the the service I received from BrightStar. They came to my house and did the Wash & Wax By Hand or Machine for $120.00. In total five different men came to wash and wax both the exterior and interior of my car and had the work completed within approximately 80 minutes. Their team leader was very knowledgeable and willing to share lots of useful tips on maintaining a car at its' very best, including recommending products and even a PPF vinyl covering to protect from UV and scratches. I will definitely be using their services again, as I was very satisfied with the quality of their work and friendly and knowledgeable staff. I asked for a deep interior clean for a used car I had just bought with a mold problem, needing careful cleaning of the carpets. The cleaning was very patchy, parts of the carpet under the seat were not even touched, and they forgot to do the door compartments or the front middle console or the defrost vent (surface). The carpet did not smell like detergent had been used. The seats were wiped down but the leather was not conditioned as advertised. It was returned to me with the mats and carpet still quite moist though I had left the car there for 5 hours. Also with a mold problem I would have expected it to be dried as a part of the service. No extra thought was put into discussing other remedies such as cleaning the vents and ducts. This was $160 just for the interior so I was expecting much more. read more

Bright Star came to my home. In two hours, they washed and waxed one car and washed two others. They were extremely detail oriented and only needed to use my house current for their power. They bring their own water supply and use a high pressure wash hose to wash and rinse the vehicles. One of our cars is a 65 Porsche and they washed and waxed it bringing back all of its luster by using special cleaning compounds. The finish felt like glass after their work was done. I will use them again. I have three nice vehicles I do not want to take to car washes and their prices are competitive enough to make me want to use their services. read more

If you are an RV owner in the Monterey/Salinas area then these are the guys you need to call. They recently washed and waxed my 27' motorhome (gel coat exterior with vinyl graphics). Some spots were becoming chalky and oxidized from sitting in the sun. The technicians used a heavy duty polishing compound to bring the shine back and it looks brand new. So amazing. Can I just say that I needed my car detailed last minute and some how they managed to fit me in. They did an absolutely outstanding job on my car. My car was really really bad, super messy and mascara stains all over light grey interior as well as some tea that was spilled and some apple pie. These guys work hard and do a great job. A full wash and interior wipe/vacuum took about 45 minutes but the car looked amazing. I drove 1800 miles and had about 1800 bugs on it, no evidence of the road trip after they were done. Their location is a little hard to find and kind of small but well worth the trip.
