Charles and his team made my Jeep look like new - I was so thrilled with how clean and shiny "Olive" was. Unfortunately, she was sold back to the online dealer a year later - will always miss my "Olive" - loved her. Will be scheduling a detail for my newest car and cannot wait to see the transformation - it already looks good but I know Charles and team will make it look exceptional. I got PPF and ceramic coating on my BMW and it is some of the best work I've seen in many years. They make sure that I look at the car while so they can fix anything I don't like. Not to mention, their prices are incredibly competitive, and they are always willing to negotiate. If that wasn't already a great deal They also made sure to give me a full complementary car detail at the end of the process. Hello, I am sending…read morethis email because this is the second time I have taken my vehicle to your car wash. Last month, I purchased the silver car wash because it included the tires to be wiped down. I didn't take photos but when I left and got home I noticed that the tires had not been wiped down, the mats inside had not been touched, my dashboard was not wiped, the door jams were dirty and the handles had dirt all on them. My husband told me not to say anything so I didn't . Today I went back and the the tires, door jams., mars and dash had been wiped. But the handles, all of them were filthy, as were the emblems and license plate. I'm not sure if I have to pay extra for this service but in all the years we took our other Mercedes450 and the Audi we never had this problem. It had been awhile since we used your service but I like to use local businesses so I thought I would go back. I just feel I needed to bring this to your attention because I do tip the gentlemen handling my vehicle, as I expect great service since you are voted #1 for a car wash . I hope you do consider my photos that are attached. They were taken about 25 minutes after the wash. I tried emailing your site but kept getting a 404 code.. I wanted to include . Thank you, Michele Huizar and Will Signorelli
