I have given this place so many chances and each time I always leave frustrated and disappointed. They always miss a spot or when they clean the interior they just quickly give it a lick and I can see the marks or dirt/dust. I have just sticked to self car wash where it's cheaper and I can clean it thoroughly. I gave this place a second chance and yet again, cleaning n sucked! I could have had my kids do a better job. I paid for the platinum and it looks like I just got a basic wash. Mats are filled with water, center console still dirty, dash screen didn't even get wiped down same as the dash, bask seat and front seat creases still had sand in them. I paid close to 50 dollars to get a god car each and interior clean plus I added all my mats and it looks mediocre. I also paid for the scent and guess what. No scent was added. I was going to complain but I was so disappointed that it would have not been a good look. I guess that's what I get for not doing it my self. Been coming here frequently and almost always amazed at how good a job they do consistently. 4 or 5 people on the car the minute it's out of the brushless wash. Windows always sparkle in and out. Wheels ditto. I always ask them to power wash the wheels and the wheel wells. Car wiped off head to toe. Even the back is extra vacuumed where my pup hangs out. Note; el Estero is the only full service wash on the Monterey Peninsula. One would think they'd cut corners because they are the only game in town. I came back to use them and got my car cleaned, added a little upgrade to wash my mats... man, I get in the car and they don't clean under the car seats, these are just boosters and they didn't even move this to clean. I went in Monday morning at 8:30am to get my jeep washed cause it was being traded in. I essentially cleaned it before, but I wanted an extra clean because I was turning it in that morning. I got the best wash and interior they had paid and waited for my car. When the car was ready, I gave the man the receipt and a cash tip. I got inside my car so it didn't look any different. I ran my hand across the dashboard and my hand was black. Everything was still gross looking and dusty so I pulled out went around the block and went back in and asked. Hey my car is still dirty. They wiped down just the dashboard even though everything else was dirty still and said they were done. I'm highly disappointed and feel like I didn't get any type of service, but it didn't look any different from what I had already done. I've passed this car wash for years & finally stopped in today cause my car was dirty!! you drive in & several employees around guiding you, you pick what you want & they print out a receipt, you bring the receipt inside to pay, its a bit pricey, $34 for a full service in & out, they weren't too busy today, i enjoyed a cup of coffee while i waited, i was probably there 30 mins, nice waiting room inside & a few places to sit outside, nice experience, plus they did a great job read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I paid for the interior and exterior package. The exterior still had bugs on it. The interior wasn't even touched. There was dirt and hair in the carpets. The shift boot was dirty. I mentioned it to them and they took it back to "redo" it. Then after 10 minutes gave it back exactly the same. I had to show them the dirt. Not worth the time or money! Took the car down Sat 16th first thing ~8.30am, had a couple of people cleaning up the car, nobody inspected the job at completion, I could see it wasn't a great job but honestly it was passable on the side I was standing AND it's not my place or attitude to go all picky and tell them how to do their job !.. Got it home, attached are a few snaps of the car on the side I wasn't standing !.. (roads perfectly dry as an fyi so this was as it left the car wash).. the service I paid for was the Gold.. honestly speaking it took me 30 mins and some scrubbing to finish the car off, it was no better than running through an auto wash in a fuel station and finishing it myself and that's $10 .. I went here on 7/26 and it was awful. After spending $34 on service, I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the inside myself. I purchased the exterior/interior gold packageI was really disappointed and surprised that my center console and my whole cab was not wiped down at all. The inside hardly even looked vacuumed. The outside had spots I had to wipe down. It wasn't busy there but seemed like they really rushed on doing my car or just didn't want to do a thorough job. Very frustrating. I only really cared about getting the interior detailed and the staff was very helpful in figuring out what service I needed. Everyone was awesome. They answered my questions and concerns. Opted for the platinum car wash with trim. The car came with the water not wiped down inside the cup holders, the floor had not been vacuumed, there were stains on the windshield front and rear, the number plates were not wiped and had all the dirt sitting on them. The roof too had dirty water streaking down. There was no freshener inside the car, though we asked for Jasmine. It definitely was not the kind of service expected for the rate charged. My wife swears by them, but every time I see her car after paying $30+ and tip... I see that her car was washed, but not completely cleaned and vacuumed properly.... Unfortunately they've gone down hill. Plus, ATTITUDE. My car came out with dirt still on it, all around the car. The folks who towel off the cars simply rubbed the dirt around while removing the water. I asked the manage to run the car through again. No greeting. No smile. No apology. But he did allow the car to be sent through again. I smiled and thanked the manager. He returned ATTITUDE. And the car still came out with dirt on it. Don't waste your time here! I took my car in for a wash, mats wax for $65. The car came out in less than 10 minutes!! I could not believe it. seats had sand on them, and dash area still dirty inside, they did not vacuum, or wash all windows. It appeared they just ran it through the car wash! Unbelievable. This place is seriously the best! A car wash, wax, and seat cleaning $105 they call when it is done 45 minutes and perfect. Then Asbel the manager really hooked us up. As as a local I've been bringing my car to this place since I got my first car at 16, so it has been disappointing to see them steadily decline in service. I arrived at 9:00am an hour after open and asked about getting the seats washed as well (I have a 1 year old so it was desperately needed). I was told because there were 4 other cars in front of me that also wanted "express detailing" that they couldn't do it. Ok. Can I schedule to come back later? No, it's first come, first serve. Can you tell me when the other cars might be done so I can come back then? No. Q Fine, I get it. Ended up getting Platinum Pcapr Wash with no seat detailing. The outside of my car is impeccable. Inside? Not so much. They neglected to vacuum out the open trunk area, there are areas next to the seats that weren't vacuumed at all, and inside surface areas weren't wiped out completely leaving a nice muddy mixture of cleanning product and dirt for me to wipe up myself.
