As they moved closer, they were yelling at me from inside of their car to "hurry up" as I washed my car. When I was drying my car, I had my all weather mats sitting next to my car drying. As I washed drying my car, somebody literally stole my car mats as I washed drying my car. Unfortunately I did not realize until after they were gone. I tried to reach out to the phone number listed to see if there was footage of the car/person who took my car mats and I was not able to reach anybody. The car wash itself was fine, but my overall experience was beyond poor. There doesn't seem to be any kind of oversight or staff on site so proceed with caution.

Best option is the monthly car wash subscription since it's $25 unlimited vs $32 for one. I opted for the basic wash & loved the attention to detail. Between the marine layer, wet mornings, dusty fields near the roads in Salinas, & birds, my car was in need a good wash. My regular detailer charges $100 and takes about 6-8 hours to complete the car care. Del Rey Car Wash staff had my car for about 20 minutes max due to the high volume of dirty cars ahead of mine. I took a book & sat outside on a bench while the staff serviced my car. End Result = clean car inside & out without anything extra. I chose to avoid the fragrance because my car has no need for it. I'll return & splurge on the subscription next month.

Unfortunately, today I had an interaction with Enrique that was extremely disappointing. He was rude, harsh, and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this, as employees like Jennifer and the front desk staff are the reason I've continued coming back.

He told me to wait again, and took my car in for a second cleaning/vacuuming.. I was on my lunch break, this was a total inconvenience and time consuming! If the job was done right the first time.. no one's time would've been wasted! The time and effort that their employees put into this sucks. My advice for the businesses: have management come out and inspect vehicle and approving it before taking customers' money/letting customers drive off the lot. So many workers, but quality of work needs improvement. This could be a management issue.
