From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. The quality of the tint is outstanding. Every window came out perfect--no bubbles, no peeling, and the edges are clean and precise. You can really tell Gabriel takes pride in what he does and pays close attention to every detail. The finish looks sleek and completely transformed the appearance of my vehicle. He also took the time to explain the different tint options and made sure I understood the process and aftercare. The job was completed efficiently without feeling rushed, and my car was handled with great care the entire time. If you're looking for someone who delivers top-quality results and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Gabriel! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out :) I

I had the front side windows tinted to match the rear windows, and a light tint placed on the windshield to reduce UV rays and IR damage. The windshield tint is not noticeable and seems to be a common aftermarket installation; particularly in areas that get a lot of sun. During a very warm month of March, it seemed like it kept the interior cooler, putting less strain on the A/C. Gabe also applied PPF over the front of the vehicle and tailgate as well as door cups. It's nice knowing these surfaces are protected from rocks, and anything that could chip the paint. A lifetime ceramic coating was placed over the top of everything to promote a lasting shine and protection for all surfaces. This is the third vehicle that Gabe has provided this service for me, and he always does a great job. High attention to detail, dependable timelines and a fair price. His new shop in Marina is very nice and reflects his quality oriented business.

I had a really disappointing experience with Real Bros Auto Pros…read more I scheduled an appointment to have my window tint removed and replaced. This wasn't a small inconvenience--I took a full day off work (costing me about $700), drove over an hour to get there, and spent a good amount on gas since my car gets terrible mileage. When I arrived, I spoke with Alejandro--the same person who set up my appointment. After looking at my car, he refused to do the job. What really frustrated me was his reasoning: he admitted they are not capable of installing tint without leaving dirt, dust, or debris under the film. That completely contradicts what he told me when I first booked. I specifically asked about the quality of their installs, and he assured me they had zero tolerance for dirt or debris. That's the only reason I trusted them with the appointment. So I lost a day of income, time, and travel expenses for nothing. To make matters worse, Alejandro said he would Zelle me $100 to help cover the wasted trip and inconvenience. That never happened. Bottom line: poor communication, wasted time, and broken promises. I would strongly recommend finding a shop that is upfront about their capabilities and respects your time.

He matched the paint perfectly. You can't even tell that it was repaired. I take pride in my classic 2000 Monte Carl because it looks like it came off the showroom floor. Thanks to Jim. He was able to repair the damage with tremendous detail and keep it classic. I will always bring my cars to Jim's detail shop. He also tinted my windows. Another excellent job well done. If you're looking for a qualified, experienced auto detailing and auto stereo guy, Jim Alconaba…read moreshould probably be on your list, but if you're considering any significant auto body repair or paint work, you'd be well advised to look elsewhere. Jim did a very minor body repair job for me over ten years ago, and I stayed in touch with him since then. In 2023, I asked him if he could repaint my car roof top. He said with confidence that he could, and quoted me $1,500. I didn't think to get another quote, as the price seemed reasonable and I'd had previous business dealings with him. My car roof had pretty significant "bubbling" with underlying rust along the front edge of the roof where the roof meets the top of the windshield. There were also some other areas on the roof with scratch marks. Jim's pretty much a " one man show" who shares space in an industrial tilt-up style building. There is no formal paint room with special lighting etc. His brother wound up doing the work, which took a bit longer than originally stated since he wound up doing some additional work (new headlight assemblies, a roof rack trim cover, plus labor) for which he did get my prior approval. The final bill was close to $2,200 which was paid in full. The finished job looked great; however, the "bubbling" has recently reappeared. The job was apparently not done correctly the first time, or the problem would not have resurfaced. I'm now having to spend an additional $300.00 to $400.00 to have the entire edge done over, this time by a qualified, experienced local paint and auto body company, well staffed with the necessary resources and facilities. In summary, Jim's a good guy who is well intentioned and who does quality work in detailing and car stereo installation, but on larger jobs his resources and capabilities are stretched a bit thin, which in my case, led to a less than desirable outcome. Lesson learned.
