I was in town for work and needed a quick hair trim. While getting my haircut I asked the locals where I could get a bite to eat. They suggested Stuffy's to get "stuffed". I took the challenge and worked my way over yonder. I ordered the surf and turf (two breaded shrimp, breaded cod and chicken strip) and thought it was okay. The cod and shrimp were nothing special, but the chicken strip was awesome. Second chance I would get just the strips. Unlike other posts, my service was very timely and attentive. . Side note; oddly enough three different tables (only five were taken) had spaghetti. Maybe that is the winner. read more

I made it out alive. I ordered the veggie omelette and the contents were not even cooked. The eggs were, but nothing else. My fork had food on it (so it was not cleaned properly). The service was excellent! They were very friendly and kind. If one is concerned with their health and well being, they would do well to avoid this establishment. I've been here a couple times and always got the chicken fried steak special for about $6.today I ventured out and got the Belgian special which was a Belgian waffle, bacon and egg.it was $9.when it arrived, it was a cold shrunken waffle with limp lukewarm bacon and an overcooked egg....oh and a piece of parsley to add to the food presentation. Visited Stuffy's in April 2021 for breakfast, and such a pleasure to walk into a restaurant that still respects our Civil Liberties!! It was marvelous being in a place that felt NORMAL!!! The portions were generous and service was fantastic, but the food was pretty bland. I ordered scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy and sausage links.... it all tasted the same. Pretty darn good. Popped into Stuffy's for the first time today having a powerful lust for an omelette and read on Yelp about Stuffy's. This place is everything you'd expect from a popular small town American diner. Stuffy's has a huge menu and from what I understand they're legendary for their breakfasts. They also have a couple of huge menu items where if you eat them in a certain amount of time it's free. Walking in, this place has obviously been around for decades. It was crowded but I was seated quickly and received good service. Ordered one of the omelettes and was not disappointed at Stuffy's lives up to it's reputation of huge portions. The food was of good quality and was exactly what I was in the mood for. Overall it was a very good experience. The only reasons I don't give five stars is I felt it was a little pricey for what it was and I generally avoid crowded places. Both of those are really nitpicky complaints. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the mood for an awesome breakfast. read more

I love this place! Good food, good service, friendly employees and best of all, you don't need a mask when you walk in.

This place is everything of which my pregnant dreams are made. My husband and I shared their big bopper burger, and my children shared the smallest order of pig in a blanket and we still had food to take home. Naturally, we ordered a cinnamon roll to go. With drinks and the cinnamon roll our total came to $49 - honestly, considering it fed us two times over, that doesn't bother me one bit. The food comes out in a timely manner, we were seated immediately as the place was fairly empty (we ate around 2 pm), and the food is just good. It comes out piping hot and just tastes how food should taste. The burgers are juicy, the pancakes are massive and fluffy, and the staff is very friendly. This will be a regular spot for our family, definitely. Maybe one day I too can say I ordered one of everything on the menu because it is so hard to pick from all the great food options. Giant cinnamon rolls looked amazing so had to try one. Thick slices for French toast were nicely soft, but the cinnamon flavor was weak and thin. Was excited to go here for the deep fried pickles. They were good but they could have used more batter. Ordered a 1/2 stuffy burger with fries. The burger wasn't fresh and obviously frozen. Had that freezer burnt taste to it. The bun wasn't toasted so it was a sloppy mess. Used a fork and knife to eat it. The fries were okay. Got a mini cinnamon roll to take home. There was so much frosting on it I'm pretty sure they bought a sugar cane field just for the frosting. Sadly it was so dry it made the Sahara Desert look like a rain forest. Sue's bread there is nothing more to say. If you want a slice of heaven order some Sue's Bread yummy. This is by far the best breakfast house we drive from Centralia (about 45 min) just to eat here. I'm giving this diner restaurant throwback 4 stars with one caveat, I only get their signature dish, the Stuff. I haven't heard bad things about their other dishes, but to be honest if you're going to a place where a menu item has the same name as the restaurant, that's probably your best bet. The decor is busy, the walls are jam packed with license plates, posters of celebrities from the '50's, and other random shenanigans. The wait staff are friendly, but service can really slow down if the place is either too empty, or too packed. Weekday mornings seem to be the right time for this place, so far that I've noticed. AVOID ON HOLIDAYS The Stuff is basically a massive pile scramble with hashbrowns, ham, onions, peppers, all that jazz. The portions come in tiny, medium, and large. As a 250 pound man the tiny suits me just fine, and is very affordable, $6 for a dinner plate covered with a mound of breakfast. The medium comes on a much larger plate, and the large is served on a pizza pan. read more
