Great quality craftsmanship, welds and powdercoating! This was delivered way over the scheduled date and I did have a lot of miscommunication at first. A general manger Eric came to the team and completely changed my view about Studio RSR. They been nothing but helpful ans truthful. Updated text weekly and pushed for my exact completed date. I will be bringing my business back to them so please let them make it up to you or try to earn your business this new staff management is doing great!

Update since my last post. After my review was initially written ad posted, Robert the owner called me to talk to me about the post. To me, he gave this apology that didn't seem genuine because of the bad review. He offered to give me my money back and gave the excuse that they don't have the funds basically to give it at the time and even offered a free oil change. He asked me to take my post down, and I told him I would consider taking it down after my refund was given back to me. Since the time of my initial post, I have not heard back from studio rsr and I am not surprised by any of it. Like I've said in my post, and you can see the reviews from the other negative comments about refunds. I am utterly disappointed but not surprised, but if that's the type of business that they like to run and the people (Robert, Gio, nick) that's the type of business you like to be apart of.

Took my M4 in for a valve cover change and some routine maintenance about 9 months after I got my crankhub done here as well. Everyone here was super friendly and transparent on everything about the service. From the parts, labor and even the timeframe. There's nobody else I'd rather trust my BMW to. I will definitely return again in the future!

Be careful of them. I ordered a fabspeed exhaust system from them and waited 3 months to find out they never ordered it. Finally got ahold of the owner Robert and was promised a refund for the amount. It has been almost a month now on top of what I've waited for. His excuse is that they have no money left to operate and will not return any phone calls or text.

I had an amazing experience with RSR . I brought my M3 and they replace my crank hub, spark plugs, coil packs , and more. They finished less than a day. The mechanic James did an amazing job. Everyone was professional and worked very fast and efficiently. I will trust them with my car. Thank you STUDIO RSR for an amazing experience!

--- Update 12/3/25 --- After posting my original review, Robert, the owner, reached out and issued a refund through Zelle. He apologized and asked that I remove my review. I told him I would update it once the refund was fully received, which it has been, so here is my honest follow up. While I appreciate finally receiving the refund, it does not change my experience. For months I tried to reach someone by email, text, and phone, and no one ever followed through. The only time I received any real attention was after my review began to affect the company publicly, which says a lot about the priorities here. Overall, a miserable experience, and I hope to never do business with anyone associated with Studio RSR ever again. --- Original review --- SCAMMED OUT OF $1,000. READ ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR MONEY. I paid Studio RSR over $1,000 as a deposit for a custom cage with a promised 2 to 3 month lead time. It has now been more than 5 months with absolutely nothing delivered. I have no product, no ETA, no updates, no proof that anything is being built, and zero meaningful communication or support from their staff. As soon as they took my money, it became nearly impossible to get anyone to respond. I have emailed, texted, called, and made every attempt to reach someone and resolve this amicably. Whenever I reach out, the only responses I ever receive are excuses and empty promises. I am told things like "we are having issues with our welding machines" or that I will "receive an update soon" or that "we are transitioning to new management." At one point they even tell me the cage is finishing phase 1 of production and will be entering phase 2 soon, yet months go by with no progress at all, and not a sliver of evidence that my cage even exists after repeatedly asking for proof. None of these explanations lead anywhere. Communication simply stops. My calls go unanswered, my emails receive no reply, and my messages are ignored again and again. What makes this even more concerning is that the General Manager steps in via email and directly asks the owner, Robert Robles, to take care of my situation. This request is in writing, and even with his own management asking him to address the issue, the owner chooses not to respond or resolve anything. It becomes clear that the problem starts at the top, with leadership that shows no regard for their paying customers. This pattern is not unique to me. Countless other one star reviews describe the exact same experience. Excessive delays, no updates, no product, and refusal to refund. I am now forced to pursue legal action simply to recover the money I paid for something they never built and never delivered. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STAY FAR AWAY FROM STUDIO RSR.

Been coming here for years and can confidently say these guys are the best. Super responsive, honest, and they genuinely know their stuff. I trust them completely with my cars -- wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is awesome every single time!

I've gone to Studio RSR now for a little over here on three separate occasions!! I can't speak more highly of them and the team there! They know their stuff like the back of the hand and are genuinely great peoples!! Just wanna first and foremost let you know I'm in a wheelchair, so I have weird accommodations, and they've always been able to help out with whatever need be! It's a small little drive over, which I don't mind, but they are very much worth it for any and all BMW needs!!! Awesome people and awesome place!!

On my recently purchased M4 I was looking for a trustworthy shop to do the crank hub job. I came across this shop during my research online and YouTube. The point that stood out is that they do dozens of this upgrade and can do it in one day. Dillon contacted me and we set up an appointment. Me being in NorCal and the shop in SoCal I was fully trusting their craftsmanship on these installs. I drove down and stayed at a friend's then left my car on Monday morning. Although Dillon was out sick Nick and his team helped me out. As promised the car was taken in at open and completed at the shop closing. They test drive the car and provided the old parts. Studiorsr owes me 25,259.28. I Placed an order on April 21, 2025 to studio rsr for parts on my 2020 M4 3,500 deposit to Robert on April 17th. 21,5k+ wire to studiorsr April 21st. Now, for the past months in vague contact with Eric at studiorsr who says he's just a rep. has been giving me vague answers, an no reponses some days. I originally asked Eric to cancel my order within the 24hours of me sending the 21k due to me wanting to get rid of M4 for another vehicle I had found. was told by Robert That he used his/Studiorsr money(s) to place my order when I sent my 3,500 deposit the following day. I still told him that that's not my problem and businesses should not be ran like that, I would like to cancel my order. April 22. Days go by April 30th I finally receive a call from eric and Robert saying That some company's are able to return parts and others are not. He explained what I parts I would get and what he would be returning With a 10% restocking fee. It is now june 25th, I have received no commutation from Robert After 20+ emails. Vague responses from eric about my Parts, and the money that is owed to me. I am writing this so hopefully Studiorsr can take me seriously and complete my order. Or refund me full. At this point I am very concerned I am Not going to see my money. Nor the parts I paid for... If anyone shares the same experience please reach out to me personally. read more

I picked StudioRSR for a half cage installation because they assured me they could cleanly modify my car's trim. After a four month wait, they finally scheduled the installation. While the cage itself is acceptable, they completely mutilated my trim (see pic). There's a gaping hole with incredibly jagged edges rather than a neat cut around the contours of the roll bar. I told them I would have to bring it to another shop to redo all of the trim pieces, at which point they reassured me they would try again with a "different tool" that was more suitable for the job. They said to reach out to schedule another visit. I contacted the owner and two other employees on three or four occasions. I was mostly ignored, but I managed to get a response from Robert on one occasion. He gave me the run around, and then ignored my attempts to contact him again. So, here we are 8 months later. I've given up and had to buy the trim piece that they damaged beyond repair. I'll be taking it to a shop that's experienced in modifying plastic and more challenging materials. read more

Where do I even begin? I placed an order for parts for my BMW eight months ago, and I am still waiting. When I initially placed the order i was promised a quick three week turnaround, but shortly after, the sales rep and Studio RSR completely ghosted me after a month of waiting and inquiring about my order. When I did get an update, it was noting of substance, only vague responses claiming they were still "waiting for the parts to arrive." Given the long delay, i requested a refund since I was able to find the parts somewhere else, only to be told that i couldn't get one because the parts had "already been ordered." The customer service is abysmal and the owner repeatedly lies and gives customers the runaround as a delay tactic. This shop refuses to take any accountability. They take your money and you're left chasing updates that never come. i would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. If my order weren't this old, I would have already contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. read more

Shout out to the Owner Robert, Dillon, and the rest of the Studio RSR crew.. I bought this brand new 2024 BMW M2 and only have 800 miles on it. I'm very skeptical on finding new shops to work on my car especially this brand new car. I got a quote from the shop I live by down here in San Diego that I've been going to for my Infiniti and I felt like they overcharged me to get parts installed so I posted in the Facebook group and Toby and Dillon hit me up saying they beat the price I just had to make the drive down to La Habra. They beat the price by a insane amount and let me know I was going to overpay by a lot. The drive was worth it and the costumer service, the friendliness, the level of car knowledge, the communication and everything in between was incredible. If you are in the SoCal area or even the NorCal area and you're looking to upgrade your car for track purposes or even do an oil change. This is by far the best shop I've been to. read more

However, the customer service has been absolutely horrendous and I cannot imagine doing business with them. I recently had my GT4 at Studio RSR for an installation of a Roll cage. Due to some delays at their powder coating, this caused a delay in my install. All businesses have moments of adversity and how they respond matters more than anything else. The delay impacted some other radiator installs planned for the following week at my local race shop. Robert, the owner got on the call with me and offered to take care of the radiator installations at his shop to help make up for the roll cage delay. Not only was this way above and beyond what was expected, but it marked the team at RSR as a premier race shop that not only stands behind their work, but puts customer service above all else. Robert personally picked up my car (I don't expect that to be the norm) and he and his team, Eric, Gilbert, Gio were in constant communication of status and made sure my car was done in time for an upcoming event with a high quality of work. I cannot express how blown away I am by this level of customer service. While I have my race shop in San Diego, I would not hesitate to go to Studio RSR for any race or maintenance needs on my car. Thank you guys. I will forever remain in awe at what I can only describe as Platinum level service. I recommend them highly and without reservation. read more

Sorry but I have to do this. Others need to know. They had me scheduled for a roll cage I put deposit. They said I'd get a call back in 1 month to bring vehicle in. Never got call. Waited 2 months. Still nothing. Asked for refund and was refused a refund. Had to call back 10-15 times and kept getting the run around. "Zelle isn't working" "owner not in office" "don't have the money to send" I feel these guys need a bookkeeper! Would help the business out a lot. read more

I reached out to Studio RSR to install coilovers, cancellers, a stud conversion kit, spacers, front lip, side skirts, rear spats, a duckbill spoiler, and a catless down pipe on my 23 A91-MT. My experience with this shop was excellent from start to finish. Richard was quick to get back to me after I contacted the shop on the same day and sent me the quotes I requested. Once I took my Supra in, Dillon was extremely helpful and informative. I had a bunch of questions and the guys at the shop were patient and informative. I ended up switching to a different downpipe last minute and Dillon was able to accommodate me by getting me the downpipe I wanted that same day. One of the biggest positives of this experience was that the shop was able to do all the work on the same day. This was very important to me because I daily the Supra and needed it back that day. Oh, did I mention they also did an oil change for me? The shop is a full service shop and they do it all. I'm extremely picky with who I let work on my cars and Studio RSR knocked it out of the park with my A91. The guys at the shop are the best in the business and the quality of their work shows it. If you have a Supra or any other build that needs work done to it, I fully recommend this shop and all of the guys that work in it. read more

Ordered a quick disconnect half cage from Dillan for my 2022 Subaru WRX. Everything was completed within the time frame Dillan advised me of. I was able to choose my Prismatic powders color for the cage. Once the cage was complete Dillon contacted me for an install. Install was about 3.5 hours and that was done nicely. My car was returned to me how I gave it to them plus the new cage. If you ever need parts or shop work call Dillan. read more

No refund yet, All the reviews you guys see are all fake don't be scammed. Hear how much they lie, they said that they are trying to get my refund processed from a payment processor that they no longer use. So basically if Robert already took the money how will they refund it. Yet he says he is asking them to process the refund. I have never heard anything as dumb as this. read more

The work was done expertly, my car was returned in excellent condition, and the price was very competitive. The added discount for spark plugs and a skid plate was a nice bonus. This review is LONG overdue. Thank you Studio RSR for making my car run so perfect again! I have a 2013 E92 335is and it was running like shit because the previous shop. Thanks to Toby and his team my car feels amazing and I'm in love with it all over again. I've also have taken my FRS here a a couple years ago. Customer Service/Communication 10/10 The shop was always on top of their game responding super quick and keep me up to date with my car and what's going on. I appreciate business who prioritize keeping their customer informed. Their sales team and reception was also super friendly. The sales team helped me plan out my next performance mods and they were super knowledgeable about what parts I should get next and giving me recommendations & answering my hundreds of questions. I appreciate it! Scheduling 10/10 They were super flexible with my busy schedule which I appreciate so much. When my car broke down last minute they were also able to take me in super quick! Shop experience 10/10 The place was clean and they have a cool sim rig in the reception in case you need to wait for your car there you at least have something to do! I blew the engine on my 2018 BMW M4 back in November. Not a fun situation to be in and definitely not cheap nor easy to fix. Dillon offered to have my car towed the same day I blew my engine to get it inspected and create a plan to get it back on the road. I sat on the car for a month in my garage to really think it over (fix or sell it) but finally decided to follow-through with StudioRSR handling the task on hand. They were not only able to provide guidance to where to source my motor but also created a specific work plan to get me back to where I was pre-catastrophe. tl;dr - They got my car back up and running in 2 weeks! You have to understand that a motor transplant for this platform is not easy to do for many reasons (logistics, supply to begin with). Although there are other shops out there that can 'do' this kind of work, what sets this shop above and beyond the rest is their genuine effort to ensure all the variables, checkboxes, and other requests you as a customer have are addressed. I am extremely picky and scrutinize everything that happens to my car and although I added layers of complexities to the reassembly and installation, they took their time and made sure I was happy with everything. I am back on the road again and I couldn't be more grateful for this shop and how they operate. Thanks again guys! Especially Dillon and Anthony. You guys rock. read more

I recently took my M340i to RSR and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First time in, and Dillon really set the bar. He was very communicative--each time I reached out, he got back with me thoroughly. Dillon took the time to answer all my questions and pointed me in the right direction; I felt confident and comfortable about my decisions being made. Our Owner & Head of Technical Dept., Robert Robles, began StudioRSR from his passion for performance & motorsport. After years of working on his own cars in the parking lots of his dorms in college and finding time on the weekends to enjoy going to the track & events with friends & family, it was only natural that Robert began working for a well-known supercharger company specializing in 100% bolt-on supercharger kits for Audi, BMW, Porsche, Lamborghini, & Spyker vehicles. Eventually, Robert was able to qualify for his racing license through the National Auto Sport Association. As experience grew, so did the circle of friends asking for advice & help with their cars. A lengthy review is definitely called for when it comes to Studio RSR for their impeccable service. For context, I work on all our cars myself with my dad but admittedly certain things are better when it's done for you. However, due to the outstanding work ethic at Studio RSR, I am a returning client who's had their crankhub changed, downpipes installed, stage 2 tune, alternator/water pump belts changed, and of course the installation of a Bomiz Exhaust. From the minute I called to inquire about changing the crankhub on the F83 M4, Dillion was very knowledgeable, willing, and patient to answer any questions to say the least. To add, he was intentional about making sure feeling happy and comfortable with Studio RSR was at the forefront. He also has been very responsive and great at keeping me in the loop always. That being said, it's hard to find honest shops nowadays not only with the knowledge that RSR has, but the quality of work they provide, and the work ethic of the staff who actually work on your car. The entire team at Studio RSR is honest and passionate about what they do, which makes me sold on choosing Studio RSR. I've had the pleasure of having both James & Chuck work on the M4 and both times I was again over the moon at the level of knowledge, honesty, care, and personable personalities they have. I feel safe in driving the car out of the shop and for once look forward to returning to have something done on the car as well, which not many people can say coming out of a shop. Given I am into the whole car scene/community, bringing your car to a reputable shop is extra important but also wonderful because you are surrounded with people who equally enjoy cars as much as you. With that, they are very honest with what to and what not to do on your car and the risks involved in the event you choose 'the wild side'. In other words they don't mind you picking their brain with a trillion questions just to give you peace of mind. In regards to turn around time, Studio RSR is quick with their turnaround time not because they cut corners, but because all of this is routine and passion for them . What is said is completed. Quite frankly, Studio RSR deals with clients from the high media people to regular people such as myself, and treat every client with the same respect and quality work. I would bypass negative reviews with RSR and see for yourself that they ARE the choice when choosing where to bring your prized possession to -worry free. Without a doubt, Studio RSR is and will continue to be my go to for the M4 and M3 and whatever other cars are in/join the family. That being said, I am scheduled to go back for installing Adro diffuser, side skirts, and a carbon fiber steering wheel. This should show you that from the most simple to most complex jobs, Studio RSR is the place to go and will become your go to place hands down (not to mention they have a racing simulator in the lobby ) . DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE 0/5 Didn't want to write this review but my car till today still has issues and parts missing off it... My BMW M4 was sent to Studio RSR for diagnostic and repairs late 2021. I had worked with Studio RSR in the past once and had a good experience but unfortunately this time it was an absolute nightmare to say the least. -Let me start off by saying communication with these guys is almost non-existent. They will give you so many false updates and lies. Once they run of out lies to tell you they will just leave your message on "read". -They try to upsell you every single opportunity they get. -They will do ANYTHING to avoid paying you your money back, like altering their invoices by giving you some credit to cover the fact that you have to pay tax twice. I even caught the owner changing my old invoices and making it look like I short paid them OVER A YEAR AGO then asking me to pay for it again. The look on his face was absolutely priceless when I showed him all the text, bank statement, email and receipts. -Robert AKA the owner is the definition of a scam artist. He acts like he's your friend and he's trying to help you but in reality he's just milking you of all your money. When I told him I wanted to take my car back and take it to the shop that was building the engine directly he told me he would give me a better deal because of the labor costs. So he put a -$800 credit on my invoice. The same invoice he cleverly taxed me twice on $13,073.27. Also the same invoice where he put less than what I actually paid him. Paid $13,000 he put $12,469.13. At some point in all this Robert told me I am lucky he isn't charging me storage fee for holding on to my car. This was because I would call for an update every week and they would LIE and say next week so I would call them every single week till they got the job done. (they never did) -The main mechanic here left and the current mechanics are not as experienced. My car literally had a ground wire connecting to my exhaust instead of the transmission.... There was over $1000 worth of parts missing off my car that I called them for multiple times and never got back. Until today my car still has electrical issues because it obviously wasn't assembled correctly. -Owner still owes me money that I over paid him for 12/27/2021 Dropped off car at Studio RSR 01/05/2023 Picked up car in this condition LOOK AT PICTURE. Was not timed properly and misfiring. Was left outside for over a year with the head off and had rust in my cylinder walls and now a dead Li Battery ($2000) that I had to buy. Paint was trashed and multiples scratches all over. Enjoy the money you stole from me Robert! Looks like you definitely need it more then I do read more

Wanted to share my incredible experience with StudioRSR for those considering performing the crank hub upgrade. After thorough research on the subject, I decided to reach out to StudioRSR through messenger after his post about the crank hub special second round. I saw a few great reviews, asked everyone around and they had nothing but great things to say. A few days later I received a call from Dillon Smith responding to my email inquiry. I spoke with Dillon and he told me there were only 5 spots left so I send in my deposit right away!A few more phone calls later and I was convinced Dillon and StudioRSR were the team I'd put my trust in to perform the job on my car and let me tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt it was the best decision I made. My appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon right at noon, where I met James the mechanic. James was finishing up another vehicle and it was around lunch so it'll be at least an hour minimum before he started on my vehicle, no problem! James told me he'll be done with my car around 5 pm and that's exactly what he did! He called me right at 4:45 and told me that my car was complete. When I got to the shop Dillion told me the news that none of us F8x owners want to hear! My crank bolt had backed out but it didn't spinning the hub! That was a close call!! They even showed me the video of barely putting any pressure to turn the wrench! They got the job done and I can drive my car with confidence! It's been a week, stage 2 tune and stage 3 trans tune, I have been doing kick downs and everything is perfectly fine! I highly recommend StudioRSR to the job done!!Go get the service you expect and then some. read more

These guys finally did Florida a favor and came out here to service the east coasters. Took advantage of this opportunity and got my crankhub replaced by StudioRSR and their amazing tech James. Not only did I get the crankhub replaced but I was also able to source parts for some transmission upgrades Dillon and Eric were exceptional with communication and getting me transmission mounts and a turner rear shifter bushing. Along with replacing the crankhub and sourcing me some parts, they also installed the parts and an AutoSolutions short shifter that I ordered months in advance. On top of everything mentioned thus far, they also found a leaking oil level sensor gasket and they were able to replace it. Labor wise, these guys price is unbeatable. Time wise, everything was installed and completed same day. Communication wise, no one will match or beat how communicative and informative these guys are. I also had the chance of meeting the owner Robert and it creates a warm feeling knowing this shop is owned and operated by enthusiasts with the same passion as many that own these type of cars. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience with everyone involved and I'd do it again. Really hoping these guys open a permanent shop in central Florida. read more

I recently took my 2024 45th Anniversary Toyota Supra to RSR Studio and had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick, who was fantastic. As someone new to the Supra platform and not particularly well-versed in cars--my last project was a DSM 1995--it's been a while since I've worked on my own vehicle. Nick was incredibly supportive, patiently guiding me through the process and helping me choose upgrades that fit my budget. We decided to start with dropping the car and adjusting the wheel fitment using spacers, and I've been thoroughly impressed with the results. Despite some apprehension due to negative reviews I had seen on Yelp, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. RSR Studio has proven to be honest and communicative, qualities that are truly appreciated. I'm looking forward to bringing my car back for more enhancements as soon as my budget allows. I plan on sticking with RSR, and hopefully, Nick will continue to handle my car. I'm very satisfied with the work done and the quick turnaround time--just an hour--which was perfect as I was headed to Mexico. I'll post some before and after pictures of the car soon. I usually don't go to shops to work on my vehicle, i either try to do it on my own, or where I work at. The reason why I don't usually take my car to shops, is because I feel like they're always trying to take advantage of you, make you feel like they know what they're doing, and you don't. Also pricing was one of reasons too. You have a lot of shops out there charging $100+ an hour for labor plus plus plus, so instead of paying 150 bucks for an oil change you end up paying 300 400 dollars, might as well take it to bmw lol. Now ever since i got introduced to Studio Rsr by one of my close friends, i have yet to be disappointed. There customer service is on another level, there response time is incredible, and there work is great. Ohh i also forgot to mention there pricing beats any other shop out there, and even if the pricing was higher i would still do it because of the way they treat the customer, which is A1. So the moral of this review, is that I recommend everyone that needs work done in there vehicle, to bring it down to studio RSR, because they will definitely take care of you. 1 Star - Proceed With Caution My experience with Studio RSR has been extremely disappointing. On July 10, 2024, I contacted them about a roll cage for my Lotus Emira. I was told they needed one more committed buyer to begin development. Based on that representation, I paid $2,200 and was assured by former Operations Manager Nick Aguayo that delivery would take approximately three months. After payment was made, communication largely stopped. Multiple follow-ups over several months went unanswered. I received one brief message claiming development would begin, but no updates followed. Phone calls and emails were ignored, including a promise in December 2025 that they would "get back to me," which never happened. After repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I formally requested a refund from Studio RSR and owner Robert Robles. Here we are two years later and I still didn't get a refund, no call backs after several attempts, and no response to multiple emails. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution and thoroughly research before making any payment. read more

I had my F82 in for work on the crank hub swap for a 5 car event in Florida. The sales director Dillion was very responsive through the whole process and helped me with ordering some cooling parts through them. I took advantage of their 50% off labor deal for any other parts or services needed to be done. They installed my full exhaust system and cooling upgrades with the day they did the crank hub! James the mechanic was really knowledgeable and did amazing fast work. He even went above and beyond and informed me of things previous people worked on like a missing bolt on my downpipes which he found and fixed for me. He also fixed my custom steering wheel I mentioned in conversation feeling loose. I can't recommend them enough to anyone thinking about doing a crank hub swap for the f8x platforms or any other work! read more

Originally I was looking for just a harness bar for my Gen6 Camaro, then Robert suggested hey we'll do a anti roll bar for the same price if we can take some shots. Great! They fast tracked the install as I had an upcoming track day plus fitted my 4 pt harness at no extra cost. Until you visit and chat with these guys, its hard to appreciate how knowledgeable, super committed they are with great attention to detail. To put the cherry on top of this review, and really highlight how these guys roll at a recent track day at Leguna Seca my brake fluid gave out. I cheekily asked Robert if they could maybe help, he didn't even blink, "pull the car we'll sort it straight away". I proceeded to watch 3 guys do a complete brake fluid change in less than 10 min. Studio RSR was better than great. I randomly purchased a charge pipe online from them not knowing it was discontinued. Dillan from Studio RSR immediately contacted me by phone to inform me they could refund me, at time I was underneath my car and didn't want to look into the competitors charge pipe. After mentioning the comoetitors charge pipe id be willing to purchase Dillan went above and beyond to make sure that I received a like product by reaching out to the vendor and setting up and completing the sale for me so that I could concentrate on work I was performing on my car. I had a terrible experience with Studio RSR .From the start, communication was completely unreliable. I had to constantly reach out for updates, and whenever I did, I'd either get vague excuses or no response at all. Weeks went by with little to no progress or transparency on my car's install, and it became clear that customer service wasn't a priority here. The lack of accountability and professionalism made me lose all confidence for this place. In the end, I decided it would be better to take my car somewhere else rather than continue dealing with the frustration. I wouldn't recommend Studio RSR to anyone. There are plenty of other shops out here that are far more trustworthy and dedicated to their customers. Save yourself the stress and find a place that values your time and your car. read more

Heard many great things about this shop and always wanted to have a trust worthy performance shop that I could take my car in to for upgrades. Dillon Helped me tremendously by answering my questions very quickly and helped me get what I needed done. He is very responsive and knowledgeable on what is needed for the job and great prices I first took my car in for lowering springs and a Dinan Intake , which I ordered the parts and they installed in in less than a day! I drove all the way from Oklahoma to have my M3 upgraded with a crank hub as well as the installation of other parts. First and foremost, I would like to say that the staff are welcoming and provided me with awesome hospitality. Let me start by saying, i didn't have the same experience that many of the negative reviews I have read. I can only speak about our experience. Studio RSR has been great to work with as I got my roll cage and a few things my own shop couldn't handle. We did build a full SEMA 2025 vehicle (G80 M3) so there was definitely a few things that RSR helped with because of SEMA crunch. Robert has been great to work with including some of the other team members including Dillon. Dillon was prompt in returning phone calls and getting our car scheduled in on time. The best group of guys I've ever dealt with at an auto shop. Super friendly, down to earth, and didn't mind all my stupid questions. I hired them to change the crank hub on my M2 CS and took advantage of their deal to do a bunch of maintenance items. They did not tack on or recommend I do anything else like most other shops I've dealt with have done just to make a quick buck. They said the car was pristine and didn't need anything else, very honest group of guys and I will definitely come back to for any of my BMW needs. SCAM ARTISTS. Only does good work on their homies or famous people/people with high following- coming from multiple people I know that have worked w them. That's why they're getting sued lol. They are scamming my homie, @bupra_mk5 who is the nicest person ever and refusing to give him a refund. Not the only person that they are refusing to refund.. just look at other reviews. I've been to other reputable shops that is hard to get a refund but by this shop is on a whole different level. They are straight thieves. Recently visited RSR for my crankhub upgrade, downpipes, charge pipes, and sparkplugs. They had everything done within the day i dropped it off! Incredible work done by Cody who was the tech that worked on my car! He was very efficient and reliable! He also found some issues with my car and he let Dillion(RSR GM) know and Dillion let me know right away with pictures and a call so we could get that fixed. I was greeted by Richard and Dillion upon arriving to RSR and got great vibes from the jump. They kept me in the loop and gave me updates throughout the process. My experience with RSR was easily a 10/10 and would highly recommend RSR! read more
