They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. After leaving my car at the shop for diagnostics, I expected to hear back later that afternoon, as they closed a little earlier at 3 PM. However, I didn't hear anything back from them (this is why I removed one star). Since they were closed on Sunday and Monday for Memorial Day, I had to follow up with them on Tuesday morning when they opened at 8. Kevin told me the issue with my car's ignition coils, recommended a tune-up, and ran the numbers, which I found to be a reasonable price. They told me that my car would be ready before the end of the day. I was honestly pretty skeptical, but it was ready before 3 PM! They do take Zelle payments which lowered the cost a little bit.
