I really wanted to like this place because my 1st experience was actually a good one. The young lady that did my pedicure was very pleasant. Unfortunately my 2nd experience was just awful. The older gentleman from the start seemed very annoyed and was very rude. I'm most annoyed that I actually paid $45 for a pedicure that was advertised as a 50 min pedicure with 15min massage & the entire pedicure he did lasted 20 min with no foot massage. read more

My friend recommended this place to me and I've been going ever since! This shop is always professional and clean. I usually get dip powder and my sets last at least 3 weeks and I'm rough on my nails! I think this set was just acrylic but they still lasted! I like to get Ashley when I can. Ive been here before and had great service and results.... But I came here Wednesday about 4pm, just need a fill & color. The guy that sat in the first chair on the left as you walk in was my technician... He seemed nice but he did such a horrible job on my nails, they are not 'square' as I asked, he burned my finger and I have a small burn mark now. The color I picked was black and he put it on so carelessly. It's not even at all... I did accidentally mess up one nail right before I left and that's my fault but I would not recommend this place to anyone read more

We spent over $150 here on manicures and pedicures the day before Thanksgiving and gave a great tip. I got shellac done and my nails chipped less than 24 hours later. A week later they were almost all chipped and halfway gone. I live in Austin so unfortunately I couldn't make it back until the weekend after. They offered me nothing to fix it or compensate me. I definitely would NOT recommend getting shellac done here and wasting your money. read more

This salon is clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, and the staff are very friendly and always do a flawless job on the many manicures and pedicures I have had here. Shellac manicures are $30 and the best in the Bastrop area. Prices for all services are in line with other salons in the area. My only complaint is they can get crowded on Saturdays, but that just means they have many satisfied customers :) read more

My shellac peeled on two nails after two days. I got it fixed, but they charged me to fix it. Then another nail's shellac peeled off the next day. I will not be returning. However, everyone was very kind and took their time to do their best work. I believe the quality of the products they use is unsatisfactory. read more

Been going here for years, used to be a reputable, but not lately.... The last 4 times I have been here my services have been terrible. 1st bad experience went for a pedicure was rushed and literally had my feet soaked and then painted. Not relaxing like most pedicures are. Next came on to get my nails done, they all lifted up about 2 days later. Then I went back for another pedicure was rushed again, paint job was terrible and after the guy painted over my toe for the 4 th time I just said it was fine and left. What was the final straw for me was my 10 year old daughter and I had shellac manicures done Service was good,paid $70 tip and all. Only for it to last 2 days. All of the shellac started lifting on my nails and my daughter has nothing left on hers, it all came off. I called 5 days later and was told to come in, I went in the next morning only to be told that they are guaranteed for 4 days.. Funny because when you get them done they say shellac lasts 2 weeks. The younger guy at the front said we will redo them but you have to pay again. I said no thank you! He could have cared less that I was unhappy, a simple I am sorry, but nothing. Never will I return to this place Again!!! Due to my daughter having a special occasion I had to go to a different place to have them redone. I highly recommend T Nails in Smithville, where the owner truly cares about his customers, and takes pride in their work..... read more

Where do I even begin...... I was seated quickly and done just as fast but my biggest pet peeve is HAVING THE TIP ADDED INTO MY TOTAL. I think that is very disrespectful and very unprofessional as well. I asked for solar white tip which is 35.00 and was charged damn near 50.00 for something I didn't even get (solar color tip is 45.00 and I did not get that). If I feel I am satisfied about the service then there is no doubt that I will be gracious and give a tip. They have lost a customer and I will be sure to tell others about this. A 10.00 tip is a little too much. Very disappointed and this isn't the first time I have heard of them sneaking tips in. Absolutely revolting! read more

Every time I go in here they are so sweet and do a great job. But recently I went in and got a pedicure, and I believe the lady who did it was named Thu... She was not friendly whatsoever and was so rough with cutting my toenails that she cut the side of the nail and into my actual toe... It hurt, but I didn't realize the severity of it until the next day when it began to get infected... I'll definitely be calling to complain. My best friend and I have been LOYAL customers of this salon for 4 years. Over time we have noticed that although there are some continued familiar faces the staff seems to change very frequently. The last time we went there was a very young girl working the register who was extremely rude and seemed inconvenienced by us asking to sit together and said it would not be possible (isn't that the point of getting pedis with a friend). Five minutes after we were seated separately the seat next to me opened up, we weren't happy...Went to try again, this time with my 9 year old who requested NOT to have her nails clipped or filed, the lady began arguing with her a million reasons why she needed to have her nails filed, my daughter asked again for her to stop and she continued. I then spoke up for my daughter and the lady started arguing with me. It's HER BODY, she's the customer, if she says no, stop and listen don't argue. She then proceded to argue with me about how my daughter wanted her nails painted. I asked her to stop treating my daughter, I wanted someone else. I also asked to speak to the owner and was told they weren't there only a manager, I know Amy and Sam, I saw them when we originally got there and magically Amy came out from the back. Neither Amy or Sam asked me what happened nor seemed to care. Sam just told me to "just sign your receipt" and we left...Ended up at Y Nails, got AMAZING AND FRIENDLY service!! Can't believe we had 2 bad experiences in a row, Amy and Sam just lost 2 very loyal customers. My advice, this isn't the only place in town, in fact there are better places with much better customer service!! read more

Well this is the second time I have come in to have my nails done. I get the SNS nails due to the other product lifts off my nails in a week. The fist time I went in the guy (I think the owner) who did my nails did a really great job but the entire time he is on his phone and huffing and puffing and seems as if he doesn't like to do nails, and in the middle of getting my nails done he leaves and then 2 other guys try to do my nails. Never the less finally finish my nails about an 1 1/2 later and $50.00 with tip. So I thought I would go and get fills, well guess who I get again and yes you guessed it the same guy and guess what his attitude was exactly the same huffing and puffing getting up, so I go to pay and he tells me it will be $38 dollars for fill ( but before I got there I called and asked on the phone and was told $30) So I spoke up and told him that he told me on the phone $30 ok this time will be $30 but next time $38. I will not be back due to the fact that he is so unpleasant to deal with, and made me feel very uncomfortable! If you don't like doing a service in your salon then don't do it! Joys of owning a salon! Don't treat customers so rudely ! So best of luck to you and your business because you just lost mine! read more
