I booked a same-day appointment for 3 PM and was seated almost right away. My nail tech, Harmonie, was incredible. I told her I wanted a thinner, more natural-looking nails, and she suggested starting fresh with a new set. She was so efficient--removing my old nails and completing a brand-new set in what felt like no time, all while paying attention to every detail. The shape of my nails is perfect, the thickness is exactly what I asked for, and she even took the time to trim and oil my cuticles. It's the most natural and beautiful set I've had in a long time. I saw a few unsavory reviews, so I wasn't expecting too much but I just wanted to say do not let the reviews sway you. I sat there and I received one of the best pedicures I think I have ever had. They have the color selection of an upscale salon for good prices. I didn't pick the most expensive package and my callouses are gone; my feet are soft like rose petals now. The man had excellent attention to detail, and worked very quickly. He didn't cut me once, and nothing was too hot, from the water, to the stones, to the towels. The morning of, I received a call that my assigned therapist was out Ill, and one of the add-ons I wanted was not something the therapists working that day were able to do. They were kind to offer me another service if I'd like, or just skip it and try next time. I thought that was very kind for them to call me and inform me, rather than me finding out when I arrived. Also, they were very understanding and caring about my sensitivity to LED lights due to my brain injury and other conditions, and had the lights practically off when ai got there for my appointment, just to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. The room was also very dimly lit as well. So very thoughtful and kind. All of the ladies were extremely kind and pleasant. Very welcoming. I truly felt appreciated for being there. I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I'm so ready to go back. I'm telling you now, do NOT waste your money on those chain places like Massage envy or any of the others. They are crap compared to this place. The pricing here is absolutely reasonable and the service you receive is top notch.
