I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I'm so ready to go back. I'm telling you now, do NOT waste your money on those chain places like Massage envy or any of the others.
