My husband and I are visiting from out of town and came to this salon only because it was rated #1 on Yelp. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've gone here I've had an issue. First couple times, they got stuff in my gel polish and when I asked them to fix it they just painted over it and left me with an ugly, uneven manicure, (which you could still see the stuff underneath the excess polish btw). Next, they've ripped out my cuticles to the point of excessive bleeding twice. Never once was I offered a discount for my pain and wounds. Update: Ive been going here consistently for the last 6 months and the service has sadly declined. Theres always new nail techs, no one is ever consistent. The last 2 times I went, my dip nails peeled off in less than 2 weeks. The last time, I left with multiple cuts on my cuticles from being grinded down with the machine and not cut properly. I was even bleeding at one point. I am very disappointed in the turnover and the lack of attention to detail.
