From a drink to start with, to the bubbles to soak our feet in, to the hot towels and taking care of the excessive calluses. To the tip of my toes, sweet, shiny toenails that are seasonal and matching the dress I am planning to wear to the next event. This was a 1st visit here, and not my usual thing to do, so I felt a bit unexperienced. Nancy and Tammy took their time to carefully explain what the options are. I took their recommendation and went ahead with powder instead of dip, and couldn't be more happy with the flawless results. Nancy is such a sweetheart who gave me a relaxing and somewhat ticklish massage, and then the soul felt pedicure. I was amazed to find my feet glowing and the skin feeling soft! The beautiful Mindy took care of my mom. Mom was all content as her toe issues were addressed and the massage took her troubles away. The experienced Tammy (who runs the place) took great care of my finger nails and who recommended powder over dip for very apparent reasons. I had to wait for her service because she was requested and had appointments, but she's worth the wait! This valuable experience has led me to budget this service in the future, so I can have them more often. I'll definitely come back! I highly recommend their service.

I came in for a simple neutral French set and specifically mentioned at the beginning that I wanted my cuticles cleaned up so the nails would blend seamlessly with the natural look I was going for. Instead of doing the cuticle work first, the powder was already applied before my cuticles were cut, which left a noticeable gap between the product and my nail bed. On top of that, the French tips were not done the way I requested initially. The lines were very thick, and I had to ask for them to be thinner after. The nails then had to be redone multiple times, and after only one hand was completed, I was suddenly told it would be an extra $20 because the French tips were being drawn individually. That pricing was never communicated beforehand. At that point, I was already unhappy with the service and asked if we could just leave the base on so I could fix them myself at home. Even after leaving unsatisfied and without the finished look I originally asked for, I still paid $70... I understand mistakes happen, but communication and quality matter. Being charged extra for something I was already unhappy with especially without clear communication upfront did not sit right with me. I will not be returning here anymore.

I wasn't in the mood to drive elsewhere, so I said sure. I chose a soft pink dip powder, but once she started, the color turned out to be more of a peachy coral. She commented, Nice color, hmm, and I just replied with a hmm. I wish I had said it wasn't what I picked, but I thought this can be a new summer color and it's fine. The application, however, was poorly done. It wasn't clean or even. The polish was thick in the middle and thin on the sides just really bad. She kept saying, "Very pretty, yeah?" and I just nodded, looking confused, and kept replying, Yeah, yeah. The place was also unhygienic. At the end, she asked me to wash my hands with soap to see the final result. I did, and dried them with a paper towel. When she reached for my hand to take the towel, I said, It is fine, I'll throw it away, thinking she was just trying to help. But right after I tossed it, she picked it up from the trash can and used it to wipe the table she had just done my nails on. My eyes were wipe open. At that moment, I knew I would never come back. When I gave her my card to pay, I noticed she charged me $50. I asked, Wasn't it $45? She simply replied, Ah ah, 50. That's when I realized she had tipped herself.
