I was in a rush at this point because we had to get to an appointment after as a family and I had not accounted for that. The service itself was fine, I just can't be running late as it was more stressful than me being able to enjoy it. I live down the street thankfully so maybe will have to try again when more time permits for another occasion.

When I first walked in I was greeted, checked in, & was offered something to drink while I waited for my stylist. Cameron greeted me with a warm smile as if we had been friends before & was very tentative with what I wanted. Cameron was very nice & made sure I was fully satisfied & happy with my new haircut & also provided me with information on how to style it & care for it. The other receptionist which I wish I got her name but she had red hair was also very informative & nice. Cameron & both receptionist gave me great information & even asked to book another appointment to maintain my new haircut. Needless to say I think I have found a new salon & I will be returning . I highly recommend this place as all staff were very nice. I want to thank Cameron, the red haired receptionist, & all the staff at the salon, thank ya'll sooo much for the wonderful experience!

About 15 mins later she got me back. I was exhausted and just asked her to make it look really good. The wash was great, and my hair was soft after. Thing is, she flipped my hair forward and one side was nice and smooth and wavy and the other... was about 2 inches longer and not smooth or wavy and my bangs were a complete fluffy disaster. It didn't look good, let alone really good. I'm looking in the mirror, very surprised and not in a good way and she's looking at me in the mirror and I'm thinking... I can't believe she's not immediately offering to fix this. We are looking at the same thing. Wtf. Had to go home and fix it. Then she took my payment and it gave me the option of 20%, 22%, or 24% for a tip... on a service that wasn't even completed. Are you serious. I left $10 on the $55 and $2 service fee- whatever that means. Vibe was great. Very cute boutique.

The space is not the typical salon wherein you hear other conversations, blow dryers blaring all around, and/or rushed in and out.
