Thing is, she flipped my hair forward and one side was nice and smooth and wavy and the other... was about 2 inches longer and not smooth or wavy and my bangs were a complete fluffy disaster. It didn't look good, let alone really good. I'm looking in the mirror, very surprised and not in a good way and she's looking at me in the mirror and I'm thinking... I can't believe she's not immediately offering to fix this. We are looking at the same thing. Wtf. Had to go home and fix it. Then she took my payment and it gave me the option of 20%, 22%, or 24% for a tip... on a service that wasn't even completed. Are you serious. I left $10 on the $55 and $2 service fee- whatever that means. Vibe was great. Very cute boutique.
