When I sent her pictures of her initial work she was "embarrassed" and said she would fix it. I went back the following day for her to fix it. Yea no. It's not as awful as before but no where near fixed. Extremely unacceptable and I don't know anyone who would honestly pay for what she did to my hair. When I asked her for a refund she gave no reply. I have tried reaching out to her and received no response. When I inquired to the owner about a refund she let me know that each stylist is their own business and they just rent a space from her. She said that "You will have to talk with amber about a refund but i know she put a lot of time and product into your hair." She put a lot of time and product into destroying my hair.
