So this is tough... my daughter got her nails done (fullset) and they were rushed and terrible!!! The guy didn't speak to my child, offer a drink or NOTHING. Chiiiiillle look at what she requested vs. what she got‍ I got a pedicure and my feet look cute. That's is why I'm torn between the stars. My lady was friendly and personable, offered me a drink (menu) and made sure I was salty with the whole process. The prices are very reasonable and it's close to home. I went in to get french tip paint only she didn't even clean up around my nails and claims it's only for pedicures but i could've sworn painting my toes was a pedicure. one big toe is thicker tip than the other. she had an attitude bec i didn't want gel. terrible service why are they still open? read more

I asked them to remove the acrylic on my nails. So that I can let my own nails breath for a bit. They cut my nails down, and then filed them lopsided. Do they not see that ??? You don't need to speak English to see this. At this point I just told her to add clean nail polish so I can just leave! read more

I've had shellac nails, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing done here. They do a GREAT job at a GREAT price. Atmosphere is your typical Asian nail salon. I have paid a lot more for a pedicure at a upscale spa in downtown Austin and not received anywhere near the quality of service. I will be making this my regular nail salon. My Niece came to this place to get her eyebrows done. She said the lady who did her eyebrows put the wax over 5 times . Even I know that is way to many times. Whatever hair that didn't come off she should've plucked with the tweezers maybe she had too much work to do that she didn't have the time to do it, or was just being plain lazy. My niece put them on Facebook and showed what they did she got 99 reviews of other people complaining about this place, and if you look at the picture and seen Lisa's ( was the woman who did the my niec's eyebrows) artwork one of her eyebrows is square-shaped and one of them is rounded. We did go and try to talk to the people and the Lisa kept saying that she didn't do it that she only put wax on her eyebrow one time which was not true. The owner said that they will give her a discount next time but really would you want to go to them again and have this happen I think not. So be aware and don't get Lisa to wax your eyebrows please. read more

She was easy to talk to and understood all my request and answered my questions.She even stayed late to give me quality service. Okay this is the second nail appointment I had today. I left beyond nails because I waited for 30 minutes and no one had begun on me. So, I called H nails (in the Bealls strip mall) and made another appointment. Is now 12:37 and I'm in my car driving home. Don did a great job on my nails and he was fast! The owner welcome me to her salon and showed appreciation that I was there. She came by while Don was working on my nails to make sure everything was going good. Not at all happy. The girl picked up my purse and dropped my phone into a FULL foot bath of water. Unsure of the damage...it's sitting I a bowl of rice right now. Not going back to this place to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. I had my lips and eyebrows done. When having my lip wax done, it felt like she did my whole cheeks when she did it. (As if she did the lip and whole side of my face) My face was clear and etc before having it done. Now my fave is very itchy and has bumps covering the section she had waxed. Great pricing compared to other places here in Elgin. Vanessa did my pedicure and it looks great, even the free hand design she did on my toes. Great conversationalist, easy to talk to and understand. Definitely will be returning for some more pedicures! I started going to H Nails about a year ago after using a place in Austin for the longest times. I was referred to Ann. OMG! She is amazing! She gives great pedi and mani massages. She is very meticulous on the nail polish. Not to mention, she has a sweet personality. I recommend calling ahead of time and setting an appointment as that cuts the wait time. They were very busy when I came in, but started my pedicure right away. After my pedicure another nail tech told me it would be just a minute to start my acrylic set. I waited for about 15 minutes (drying my toenails). I could see she was nowhere near finishing so I decided to just pay for the pedicure. She apologized and said that they were very shorthanded. Worst place to get your nails done this place was great before changing owners. NOW the people that work there are RUDE. The lady doing my nails sat me down she started doing my nails then I told her the shape and she told me it will be $30 I asked why since I always pay $25 and on the wall it says acrylic nails-$25. She got bothered by me wanting to pay 25 and she started cutting my nails with out checking the right measurements or if they were straight so I removed my hand and told her I didn't want my nails done and if she could remove them. Keep in mind before all this when she was doing my nails she also stopped to send a TEXT ! They sent me to another lady ( the youngest one there )and she was being nice but still messed up my nails while doing them it looked like she was doing a good Job. she made me pay before she was done and When i saw the results I told them how bad of a job they did and the guy that works there agreed he offered to fix them but I was so stressed bc I had given TWO people a chance! I asked for a refund but they didn't give it to me so I left NEVER NEVER GOING BACK i ended up taking off my nails at another nail salon and got them done there too (next day ).
