This place was one of the most clean places I have seen in a long time especially in la grange. It was also quite and calming. Here is my only negative about this place - When they were doing my pedicure they were laughing about how my feet looked. No joke. The lady was nice but that made me feel kinda uncomfortable. We only got pedicures so I wont be posting pictures online of my feet but they are pretty great and they last a long time so would recommend.

RedTip nails is such a lovely local place to go in La Grange!! The staff is fairly friendly though you may have to wait to be seated anywhere even when the place is empty, I think it may be because they don't have many employees. Regardless it's worth the wait because they always do the best job in town!!! Their gel nails are incredible and the quality of their products must be why they stand out so much. They always do JUST the right amount of layers, never too many to where my nails look like blobs which previous salons have done to me. They are perfectly smooth and have lasted over TWO weeks with NO chips and NO peeling off!!! Seriously one of the best manicures I've ever gotten, especially at such a great price. (I believe it was around $30-$35) They're the best place in town!

It does tick me off when they just rub in the same spot on my shin bone the entire time. Let's face it, it's our calf muscles and feet that need the massage, not our shins. I know giving a massage is super boring, but we're paying a lot for it. Please don't just rub the same spot for ten minutes. The pedi menu does tell you which pedi's include a massage, but I'm still trying to figure out which manicures come with one. Sometimes they do it and sometimes they don't. I guess I should just ask! They do an excellent job on my nails and pedi. It always seems like they want to start fresh every time instead of just filling. I can't decide if they always want to do that because it really needs it or if they are just wanting to do a more expensive service. Would give them 5 stars if the massages were consistent and it was not quite so pricey. $160 for a plain mani-pedi (no massage) may not be a lot of money to everyone, but it's a lot to every two to three weeks. And to be honest, the massage is really the most important part for me.

The morning of, I received a call that my assigned therapist was out Ill, and one of the add-ons I wanted was not something the therapists working that day were able to do. They were kind to offer me another service if I'd like, or just skip it and try next time. I thought that was very kind for them to call me and inform me, rather than me finding out when I arrived. Also, they were very understanding and caring about my sensitivity to LED lights due to my brain injury and other conditions, and had the lights practically off when ai got there for my appointment, just to ensure I felt as comfortable as possible. The room was also very dimly lit as well. So very thoughtful and kind. All of the ladies were extremely kind and pleasant. Very welcoming. I truly felt appreciated for being there. I was listened to, and felt "heard". My therapist focused on what needed the most attention, and i think may have even put me to sleep a couple times. It was an absolutely incredible experience, and I'm so ready to go back. I'm telling you now, do NOT waste your money on those chain places like Massage envy or any of the others. They are crap compared to this place. The pricing here is absolutely reasonable and the service you receive is top notch.
