I sprung for zidjian a custom and have never been so happy about springing for extra money then right there fabulous kit. Since then I go to his store 2 times a month roughly to build onto my setup and each time Tim is very helpful and patient with me as I ask him questions. We found out this store has been here 60 years, with the second generation of the same family owning it. She isolates and breaks down new skills, material and challenging sections, then puts it back together. She is realistic about the need to practice to improve. She enjoys music and emphasizes the fun of playing and singing. She is a very clear communicator and well organized business owner, too. We ordered and paid for a NEW guitar. The center sent us a…read morefloor model with scratches and dents and charged us full price. I would think this wouldn't be allowed. I spoke to the customer service at headquarters- who was amazing - and said they consider floor models to be new instruments despite all the hands that have handled it, scratched and dents. I originally gave this 1 star but I changed to 3 star because customer service fixed the issue. They sent us a brand new guitar from the warehouse just as we had asked for in the first place. Be aware if you order and it's back ordered or not in stock at the time, you might get a floor model. Except for the back and forth and the hassle of having to return the instrument, I would still shop here.
