I think the best thing about working with David is his genuine passion for music. Yes, he is really into the gear but I knew from the beginning that he's even more into music. So, it just never felt like I was being "sold" anything. Instead, it felt like a fellow music lover wanted to help me have the best listening experience that I could possibly have with the gear that best fit my budget. As I have the opportunity to upgrade my system I will certainly be doing business with David again! Highly recommended!!!

David was very generous with his time and expertise advising how to make the most of what I have. He recommended a couple of component upgrades that he said were exceptional in value and would really enhance my listening experience. I am not a true audiophile and believed I already owned pretty high quality stuff so I was skeptical. At my request David took the time to connect my CD player at his studio and allowed me to compare mine with his recommended upgrade. WOW! What a difference in sound. I now enjoy my own private concert hall in my family room every time I want to listen. I would recommend David and Audiohouse to anyone with discerning ears and a love of music. He is very sensitive to your needs and budget and takes pride in helping you get the best sound possible. No pressure - just great advice and excellent value.

Adam helped me build my first true hi-fi system with turntable, amp, speakers and subwoofer on a relatively modest budget. I worked in electronic retail sales on commission in the late 90's and early 2000's with extensive customer service training so I do not say this lightly. I was originally planning to buy just a turntable from Soundscape and buy everything else online but Adam let me bring some speakers I could only find online to their beautiful showroom and compare them side-by-side with some Sonus Faber Lumina's. I ended up returning the ones I got online in favor of the much better looking and better sounding Sonus Fabers. It didn't hurt that Adam gave me a great deal on the like new demo/floor models and a demo amplifier that paired with them perfectly. Moreover, Adam helped me set up my turntable, lent me an expensive microphone for subwoofer room correction (which made a big difference), and gave me lots of technical support and education for getting everything set up properly. Throughout this whole experience I never felt rushed or persuaded to spend beyond my original very modest budget. I also got better deals than I could find anywhere else. It was also wonderful to have the showroom and Adam's enthusiastic expertise all to myself. Thanks again Adam and Crystal! You earned a lifelong customer, and I've already referred multiple friends to your amazing business.

I came upon Rutherford Audio online since Thorens listed them as their North American retailer, and…read moreI was looking to buy a new Thorens turntable. I was buying this as a gift and so timing was important; I needed to make sure the turntable was in stock and would ship in time to arrive by a certain date. These guys got back to me right away with answers to all of my questions, and stayed in touch with me from the time of purchasing to the arrival of the shipment. At the start they gave me the full honest rundown of the situation: the item was out of stock, but a new shipment was offloading at a dock in the Gulf that day, would be on a truck to CO the next day, and would be able to ship out at the start of the next week. When it came time to ship it, they did so with Fedex at a speed that ensured it would arrive on time, which it did. Everything worked out perfectly. The turntable wasn't cheap, but it wasn't anywhere near the top line expensive stuff Rutherford sells, so I appreciated that they treated me well and took my order serious even though I wasn't buying their top-end stuff. They seem like a friendly and honest company with great costumer service and great products.

Having dealt with other audio companies in the past, we found Brandon to be a breath of fresh air. He asked detailed questions about our listening space and he dug deep regarding our tastes and preferences. We loved the system he spec'd for us. Fast forward to several months ago when Brandon revealed that he had developing his own line of equipment. We were excited to see and hear what he'd developed, but were in no urgency to trade in our existing system. That was until we heard the Ellington speakers and matched integrated amp he developed. To say we were astounded by the detail, warmth, soundstage, and overall aesthetic of the system is an understatement. This is a industry changing product at a price point we could handle. As a matter of fact, we preferred the Ellington's to the infinitely more expensive Zellaton's. The performance of the Ellington's are unmatched at their price point. Further, they are gorgeous and frankly, just pretty bad ass looking. They are a pieces of art, both visually and aurally. Needless to say, we're now proud owners of Brandon's masterpiece product. If you're in the market for a new, high end system, look no farther than the Ellington speaker line. You'll get a remarkable product and an exceptional experience working with Brandon. We look forward to years of enjoyment with our new system!
