I have a Pro-ject turntable that needs cartridge setup with proper alignment, VTA and azimuth. I did not buy the table from them. Yet Rod told me to bring the table in. We had good discussions about 2-channel audio. I could tell he is a true audiophile, knows his stuff but still very helpful and humble. There was bit of challenge in setting up my table (for which he had to talk to Pro-ject tech and make mod to his tool), but he spent that time and got everything adjusted. The table actually sounds a bit better now and the best part is he did not charge me anything for all the time spent. When I picked up the table, I asked him again if I owed him anything. He said no and helped me put the table in my car. Now that is service. I highly recommend anyone in the Front Range area to seek out this store. Rod will not disappoint you. HIGHLY recommended!

It turned out to be a real gem of a store that I completely enjoyed walking through. They had lots of old box sets of dvds, old vinyl albums and cds. They had hoodies and t shirts as well as cute socks. I bought myself a pair of AC/DC socks that were adorable. The staff was primarily high school aged kids and they were all quite pleasant to me. It's the kind of place I would have enjoyed work on g when I was sixteen. I read some other reviews on this location that involved being duped into buying magazine subscriptions at check out. That did not happen to me. No such conversation came up and my check out process was fast and easy. I will shop there again next time I'm in the Colorado Mills Mall.
