I was on top of the world after my first "session" with my newborn daughter. If only I had taken…read moreas much care to put my Vintage Guild Acoustic securely on the stand as I do my daughter on the changing table, I might have never had a need for Victor Guitar. Nevertheless, a face plant to the hardwoods left me with a broken headstock. I dropped it off at Victor Guitar and they gave me two options: 1. The pro fix involving splines 2. The less invasive fix involving pressure and glue for about 1/2 the cost. Since I don't gig anymore, I went with the second option. Two days later, I picked up my Guild and could hardly tell anything had ever happened. A quick scan revealed the action a bit higher on the bass side of the neck, so Tom happily adjusted the truss rod for no extra charge. I'm happy to note that I've since since enjoyed a second session with my little girl, who was 100% satisfied with dad's performance as Dad is with Victor Guitar.....I think. Great guys. Custom shop and feel. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

You can also see where the old pick guard was and when you lay the old pickguard on top of the new they are not the same size. First time I've came here and I came because of all of the reviews. I need to have tuners replaced. I won't have them do it. It cost $410. I also failed to mention that when they repaired the cracked bridge, they put in new pins and kept the originals. That is on me for not noticing and asking about them. I don't play and I inherited this guitar from an old friend who just passed away. They did leave me the old original pick guard. I am now going to have the guitar completely refurbished.

I truly never write reviews but this local store sincerely deserves all the buzz. The variety of…read moreproducts are so unique and relatively affordable. The owner (I assume) is very knowledgeable and so friendly! I didn't bring any earmuffs with me to Denver, so I ended up buying one of the handmade (in Nepal) fleece-lined wool beanie animal hats. I do not wear hats, but I was desperate. It is the warmest hat I've ever worn, AND the fleece lining does not flatten my curls!! I got the lion beanie and want to wear it everywhere I go because it (mainly the lion's mane) brings me such joy. I can't tell whether the animal beanies are intended for children or not, but they fit adult heads -- the ear flaps (with attached tails!) make the beanie a bit wide so it doesn't totally ruin your hair day. I also bought a rastafarian animal beanie for my parents back in KC. I'm making my boyfriend go to the store with me once more before we leave Denver so I can buy at least five more beanies. They are truly so soft and warm (and less than $20!). I want one to go with every coat, and I'm going to get a few for my friends -- they may think they look a bit childish, but they won't care once they wear them.

Found a beautiful genuine moonstone ring for a very reasonable price. Owner was very helpful and…read morenot pushy to sell you something just because. I'll visit again next time I'm back in Denver.
