However, if you come on a weekday the waterslide is closed. The pool area is 5 stars on weekends. However, the bar/cafe opens late on weekdays. They don't permit you to bring any outside food or beverages in but they also don't sell any on weekdays. I asked if I could have room service bring food and drink to the pool and I was told no. So if you're looking to enjoy the pool and a drink, make sure to do it in a weekend.

From the main, 10-lane, Olympic-sized competition pool to warm-up lap and training pools, there's a range of programs and facilities for a wide variety of skill levels. We visited recently for the Rebels Meters Mania swim meet, and one of the highlights was the digital scoreboard, which displayed each swimmer's name, lane and heat time. I was also amazed to see the meet livestreamed on the event's YouTube channel, which allowed for distant family members to watch our kids swim. The only downside was the ear-splitting dance music blared at the audience before and sometimes during the meet, which triggered my Apple Watch high-decibel alert. Attending a swim meet shouldn't put one's family at risk of hearing loss. Swim meets are naturally loud events, with concrete and water surfaces exhibiting maximum acoustic reflective properties, so there's little reason to add to that characteristic. Watch from the upstairs viewing rooms or bring ear protection, and consider keeping small children at home, in order to protect from the nightclub-like audio environment.

Yes it gets crowded but you should expect that at any gym during certain times. What really gets 5 starts though is the kids academy. The whole staff there is really awesome. They take care of kids like their own. I feel safe and confident leaving my little ones there while I exercise.

Unfortunately, my experience with the pickleball program has been extremely disappointing. While the facility itself is beautiful, the culture on the pickleball courts is the opposite of what I expected from a premium club. The staff came across as gatekeepers rather than customer service professionals. Instead of making members feel welcome, I often felt as though they were deciding whether I was "allowed" to play. As a paying premium member, I should not feel like participation is a privilege granted by staff. The skill assessment process is another major concern. Members are required to pay for an assessment to access different levels of play, yet there is little transparency about how ratings are determined. In my experience, the results did not reflect actual on-court performance, and there was no meaningful explanation of the evaluation criteria. A player can compete successfully against intermediate-level players and still be placed in the beginner category without a clear explanation. A transparent, objective rating system would be much fairer. Reservations can also be canceled without meaningful notice or explanation, making it difficult for members to plan their schedules. After speaking with other members, I found that several expressed similar frustrations about the management of the pickleball program. People join Life Time because it is a premium club, and the membership fees reflect that. Members deserve professionalism, respect, transparency, and consistent customer service. The facilities are outstanding, but the management and customer experience of the Bridgewater pickleball program fell far short of the standards I expected.

They gave us a list of 4 subcontractors. One installer no longer installed the pools, one didn't return a call, one had a very negative review and low rating, which left us with a gentleman known named Matt. We went through over three weeks of no shows or doing little to no work. He showed up on the day of our install and said he couldn't do the work. He promised to return the next day. He never showed. He promised everyday to show and ended up showing the next Wednesday. He dropped off his trailer and bobcat, returned two hours later and dropped off a dump trailer. He took the trailer and bobcat and returned two days later. He'd promise to come out and never show occurred at least a dozen times. He finally showed up on Friday and did work but couldn't complete it due to missing parts. Northampton pools ordered the wrong parts initially. We were promised an over night delivery on the new parts. I went to the store a day and half later only to be told they weren't overnighted and were coming on Tuesday. Almost a week later we got the parts. It took 5 separate deliveries to get all our parts. Our first delivery we weee told to skids would show up and we only got one. We approached Greg the owner about a refund which he wouldn't honor. After several rounds of trying to get their help to assist with the installer, the one employee stated that are contractor does near perfect work but isn't all there upstairs. We ended up firing our installer a d losing half our install fee and found a new guy. He insisted the karts still were t right but managed to get our pool set up. It was the most frustrating and stressful experience I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and go with another pool company.
