I joined Life Time Bridgewater as a premium member, paying nearly $300 per month. As a former tennis player, I was excited to learn pickleball since it is the primary racquet sport offered at this location. Unfortunately, my experience with the pickleball program has been extremely disappointing. While the facility itself is beautiful, the culture on the pickleball courts is the opposite of what I expected from a premium club. The staff came across as gatekeepers rather than customer service professionals. Instead of making members feel welcome, I often felt as though they were deciding whether I was "allowed" to play. As a paying premium member, I should not feel like participation is a privilege granted by staff. The skill assessment process is another major concern. Members are required to pay for an assessment to access different levels of play, yet there is little transparency about how ratings are determined. In my experience, the results did not reflect actual on-court performance, and there was no meaningful explanation of the evaluation criteria. A player can compete successfully against intermediate-level players and still be placed in the beginner category without a clear explanation. A transparent, objective rating system would be much fairer. Reservations can also be canceled without meaningful notice or explanation, making it difficult for members to plan their schedules. After speaking with other members, I found that several expressed similar frustrations about the management of the pickleball program. People join Life Time because it is a premium club, and the membership fees reflect that. Members deserve professionalism, respect, transparency, and consistent customer service. The facilities are outstanding, but the management and customer experience of the Bridgewater pickleball program fell far short of the standards I expected. read more

The nicest LT I have ever been too. It's so exclusive that my membership at the FP location isn't valid here. Luckily my son was invited to a birthday party here. I was able to enter. They have tons of space and amenities. Three floors (I think) of classes and areas to work out. Everything is so clean and new. Staff is very nice. Plenty of parking. Close to the mall so I was able to escape for lunch. Pricing is super high but well worth. If I lived closer I would go here. read more

Professionalism matters. Seeing someone associated with Life Time in Bridgewater publicly attacking local businesses on social media was extrememly disappointing. It left me wondering whether this type of behavior is addressed or tolerated by the company. Employees represent the organizations they work for, and conduct like this reflects poorly on the brand. It raises concerns about the professionalism, and standards of the gym. It also makes me wonder...if somone is comfortable publicy criticizing local businesses, how are members treated if they have a disagreement or decide to cancel their membership after a year or two? This location is so clean and friendly! After traveling to other Lifetime's in the area this one supersedes all of them. I take the extra time to drive to this location even though it's not the most convenient. The cleanliness and the atmosphere make it worth it. The women's locker room is always tidy, the indoor pool is clear and doesn't smell like mold, the outdoor pool is like a spa. I love the layout of the fitness floor and how open it is. Yes it gets crowded but you should expect that at any gym during certain times. What really gets 5 starts though is the kids academy. The whole staff there is really awesome. They take care of kids like their own. I feel safe and confident leaving my little ones there while I exercise. read more

We are just delighted to be the founding members here. The staff does a great job of ensuring a great experience for all members. If anything, it's too popular and the weight area can get really crowded during AM and PM. They have a nice workspace area where you can unwind after your workout and actually get some remote work done. The cafe surprisingly, given the size, has great shakes and meal options. Their App works great and all their classes are fun are led by enthusiastic trainers and fun to attend. read more

Great gym, and very clean. First, there is way more than enough cardio equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, and stair masters. Also, the gym has a ton of classes and the pools are great. Showers are also well maintained and you can just show up and work out as needed and take a shower before work. The challenges: while there are a decent number of benches for weights, the entire building and gym only has TWO leg extension machines and a single leg press machine. How can that be?? And the same for leg curl machines. So during peak hours either in the morning or afternoon, you might as well forget about working legs. It's too CROWDED. Also, the gym doesn't have a large enough floor area for true stretching, or ab workouts. There is a Pilates section but it's also always crowded. I should also note that the gym only has TWO cable machines, so during peak hours, those are also CROWDED. Thumbs up for endless cardio equipment but thumbs down for the anemic leg equipment for the size of the gym, and a shortage of cable machines. I will add that there are about six squat racks, but the free-weight area can also get very crowded during peak hours. read more

This review is ONLY for the kids club. Wanted to share an experience I had last week there. Dropped my kids off at the kids club for about 1.5 hours. The lady at the front desk had a pretty stoic face on. Not friendly. Took my kids in and upon pick up she informed us that my kids went to an area they weren't supposed to go. Upon speaking to my kids, I find out that a worker in a red shirt GAVE them permission to go into this gymnastic room that they weren't supposed to go into. Then when they were found in there, another person in a red shirt told them they couldn't pay in there. This is when my daughter who is very sensitive started crying thinking she did something wrong. And guess what? While she was crying none of the workers cared or was there for her. They just left her be. My oldest son tried to explain that they had gotten permission to be in the gymnastic room but the lady at the front desk couldn't care. She had no sympathy for the kids and when one cried just left her be. This is what you get for a child care service inside a supposedly nice gym. Do better. How can parents trust and leave their kids to work out if all the workers don't even care about the kids? My son says please don't ever drop him off at the child care as this gym again because no one cares about the kids. Kids know. They are very honest. read more

I'm updating my review because my go-to group classes have changed due to my current work schedule and changes they've made to class times and instructors lol This is the group class schedule I typically stick to every week: - MONDAY: Barbell Strength with Kemma at 5:15-6:15 PM - A strength and endurance focused class using a barbell (or free weights if you prefer that) targeting all major muscle groups and moving to the beat of the music - TUESDAY: Strike! with Maria from 5:30-6:15 PM - A shadowboxing class using 1# hand weights and a light dowel to perform kickboxing movements with calisthenics sprinkled in - WEDNESDAY (I do a double on Wednesdays): FIRE with Kelly from 5:15-6:15 PM (a fast-paced hot yoga class with HIIT circuits incorporated between yoga flows) then Kettlebell Kombine with Megan from 7:30-8:15 PM (strength and cardio focused class using kettlebells of various weights) - THURSDAY: BarreFusion with Alyssa from 5:30-6:15 PM - Barre class that incorporates cardio, strengthening, and micromovements to target large and smaller muscles alike - SATURDAY: Roll and Recover with Julio from 11:15-12:15 PM - A guided foam rolling recovery class with an extremely knowledgeable trainer. He's awesome! I don't go all the time because I usually have plans on Saturdays, but I try to make it a point to go as often as I can. I used to love Susan's BarreFusion classes and I took her classes religiously, but her new class times don't work for my work schedule :( Up until recently, I took Barbell Strength at 6:15 PM immediately after FIRE on Wednesdays but I'm not a fan of the new substitute instructor so I began taking Kettlebell Kombine and I'm so glad I did. Megan is excellent! ***TIP: If a class is full when you're trying to reserve a spot on the Life Time app, join the waitlist. People cancel all the time and you're likely get a spot, even if it's last minute! read more

Lifetime at Bridgewater recently installed a rule that members are not allowed to take a shower within 10 or some other arbitrary period of time. Before that, the staff used to walk around and yell at members in the shower to finish up quickly. Usually it is not a problem. However, today their closing time was 12noon. However, the reminder says "12p". This can be easily interpreted as 12 midnight. About 15 mins before closing, staff went around the facility to kick people out. This caught a lot of people by surprise. And when I got to the showers, staff was putting up signs saying no more showers. This rule was never communicated to members. A couple of times before, staff made exceptions and allowed members to go in. So this arbitrary rule is arbitrarily enforced. read more

I've been a member of this gym for about two years - and I have mixed feelings about it. First the good: the gym is large with plenty of workout space, rooms for classes and a large pool area. It's very clean and I feel like there is very good customer service - especially from the front desk. It definitely has a luxury feel about it. The bad: the gym clearly caters to families with small children. They hold children's birthday parties most weekends. The indoor warm lap pool is pretty much just children with their families. They often have kids club or parties in the pool area and the noise is incredible. This won't bother you if you stay on the third floor but if you are a swimmer like I am - wear earplugs. Sadly the hot tub is in the same location and lifeguards have to constantly chase away very young children from using it. I've seen parents allow kids to throw footballs back and forth over said hot tub and cannon ball into the warm lap pool. A few times I've seen kids clearly under 12 on the third floor (workout and machines), despite the sign. More recently the gym put out an email that the first two weekends of the outdoor pool would be adult only. I thought it was a nice gesture for an entire winter of having to deal with the noise level of the indoor pool area. Well - no follow up email sent out - but they went back on what was promised. I really can't fathom how two weekends in a gym for adults was too much but apparently it was. All in all, it depends on what you want from a gym. If you have a lot of kids and want to bring them when you work out - this gym is for you. If not you might want to re think it. This gym is way too much money for the pool area to feel like I'm at Chuck E Cheese. read more

Purchased a day pass because I was interested in bringing my family here because of the beautiful facility. Staff acts like they don't want to be bothered, no one explained anything to me or offered a tour. Brought my son to the kiddie camp and all the staff completely ignored me and no one wanted to help me or my 3 year old son. I picked him up and older children were in the toddler section bullying children. I was really hoping this gym lived up to the hype but the staff does not match the beautiful aesthetic of the facility. Not worth the money read more

You can spend the day here. Gym, pool, Classes, coffee shop, cafe, basketball court, etc. They have excellent, clean, and unique equipment. The staff is very kind. Very nice atmosphere. You can even get your hair & nails done, get a massage, get a facial, you name it! The concept behind lifetime is definitely clear & I love it. There is now an extra fee of $25 for the outdoor pool per person per month but if you think about it, that's only 3 months of the year. There is still an indoor pool available to anyone. I went to the LifeClinic Chiropractor that's located inside this facility. Met with Dr Mitchell for a very thorough consultation. He was very informative with what he needed to do and a path for recovery. He adjusted me and I feel so much better. His office is beautiful also. Can't wait to go back. read more

Get: A membership and a personal trainer! I loooooove my gym. I love how I feel when I'm there, I love the classes they offer, I love how clean they keep the locker room, I love alllll the amenities...soooo many amenities..its insane! In all seriousness, I've been to my fair share of gyms and have eventually stopped going. I have a feeling I'll be sticking around LifeTime for the long haul. I've been a founding member since May and don't see any signs of stopping. You get what you pay for and although it's a slightly cringy to say this is a country club, I will say it's the country club of gyms! I keep coming because I feel great when I'm there. They have the best, state-of-the-art equipment. They have like 12+ showers in the female locker room alone! I never have had to wait for a stall to open, which is super important to me. They stock the stalls with paraben-free shampoo, conditioner, body wash and shaving cream. The bathrooms have mouth wash, make up remover, q-tips, razors, deodorant and lotion. I want to say that my favorite thing about this gym is the towel service. I hate bringing my own towels to the gym and bring back home a soggy towel that I have to wash. Towel service is game changing. Also, I see some gyms have maybe 3 or 4 squat racks at the most, I think this LifeTime gym has like 11+ no kidding, the most I have ever seen! I also have a personal trainer who is amazing and who makes this place feel more like home! I love my sessions with her. I almost don't want to post this review because I don't want more people coming and crowding this gym but I have to give props where props are due! read more

If you're looking to have a clean and tidy gym experience, this gym definitely checks that box pretty well. The locker rooms are very clean--although it is sometimes hard to find a locker to use because a lot of people just store stuff in them overnight. Cleanliness aside, for $240/month, you basically have access to only one of four squat racks because the other eight racks are used for the pseudo CrossFit classes that run nonstop. And of those four racks, you have to fend off the influencers filming their 10 sets of 20 reps in between phone breaks. You also have to keep an eye on where you're walking because a large contingent brings full size duffel bags and they're littered across the gym floor. Staff doesn't care and nothing really is enforced. This location is really falling off and I can no longer justify the price. read more

That's over $2,000 they have charged to my credit card. You cannot trust these people. They will rip you off. Is Lifetime Fitness in financial trouble? Be aware! The swimming lessons here are managed by very unprofessional ppl especially the manager Kristin. She constantly make "new policies" and tell ppl that these are made from corporate office. We used to believe what they told us until we called other lifetime and found out everything she told us was all lies. They tell lies and play games to trick ppl. If you ever have any issue with the gym or any staff, they refer you to general manager named Kelly. She IS ALWAYS AT "A MEETING"! You can never get a call back from her! She is either "at a meeting" or "leave for the day". Everything is good as long as you never make complains and take whatever they throw at you. I am a "Founding Member" meaning I joined back in April, however the few times I've been to the club since it opened have been less than impressive. I have been trying to get some basic questions answered regarding monthly guest passes however all of my calls during the day go to voicemail and despite leaving several messages for call back, I have not received any. When I go in the evenings I'm told by staff to come back during the day when the managers are in. The facility is nice but I really hope the customer service improves, and quickly. There are also way too many small children running around the 3rd floor exercise area, this isn't the YMCA. *Note to parents: your kids may seem cute to you, they are NOT to anyone else. read more

I like this gym a lot! However, it has room for improvement. (I joined in January, have yet to use the group classes, spa, cafe or basketball court and have no kids, so I can't comment on those amenities. I have brought guests - the process is easy, but they will ask for your guest's information.) Yes, it is expensive, but I joined mainly because I wanted access to a pool, excellent personal trainers along with yoga and pilates classes. A tennis court would have made this my perfect gym. Starting with the good: Everyone that works there is professional and really friendly. Life Time has good hours (whether you are an early bird, night owl, or both), and is split into 3 floors. The locker room is large and always clean. They offer family changing rooms too. The private trainers are great - friendly and flexible on hours. I think the earliest session is at 6 am, while the latest is 8 pm. The gym generally clears out around 9 pm, so if you want to work out in peace, I would come around then. However, there is not nearly enough parking around peak hours. Today I spent 1/2 an hour looking for a space from 5:30-6 pm. As other reviews have mentioned, it's a great place to hang out at or bring your family to, and there are endless classes throughout the day, along with a spa and cafe, so people do tend to stay for a while. Try to avoid the busy times. The other thing is that there are not enough water fountains in the building. I only know of one station on the 3rd floor gym, and it's deep in the machine section. Lastly, I'm sad that there is zero signal for my phone carrier in the women's locker room, but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. read more

I chose Lifetime as my gym specifically because it had midday classes. I pay extra for the GTX classes. As of September, all the midday classes have been taken away and there are very few weekend ones. Seems like a lot of money to spend on a very limited amount of classes. read more

It's a great place. Lifetime is honesty way more than just a gym, which is why I love it. It has little to no hidden fees outside of the membership which makes it a smooth experience when you're there. The classes are honestly great, with helpful staff that are well trained and can help. I had very bad experience with Life time today. I canceled my membership online last November thought Lifetime website. I didn't check further. My fault Since I trusted Lifetime system and thought a cancel is a cancel. Then I found out today Lifetime indeed kept on charging my membership fee until today. I called Bridgewater Lifetime, they said I need to be there in person to check. Then I drove there. Then they said their system was not working properly last November and the cancellation can only be done in person. I said no one told me that and I only joined it for a month, or three weeks. They said I can't get my money back and gave me a phone number to call. When I called later in the evening, the man who answered me obviously know who I am and said the same thing that online cancellation wasn't working properly last November. But the membership cancellation option does exist online. This man is extremely unfriendly and have no intention to help at all. All they want is my free money for four months. But they didn't realize this is not about the money. Is about their reputation. The swimming team is very nice and kind. Since I was also charged for swimming program for five months as well. They said they can't give me money back, but they can offer me lessons. This sounds reasonable. Then I checked the Bridgewater Lifetime to see if I can use the membership for the four months that I have paid by accident, they said: NO. You CANNOT. They don't try to help at all. So in summary: 1. Tell you the membership is monthly and can be cancelled at anytime. For people like me that travels frequently, this is attractive. 2. After you joined a month, then need to go for business travel, did an online cancellation, you think it's settled. 3. When you come back after a few months, want to go back to Lifetime again, you found out you got changed for the past months. 4. Then you call and try to figure out, then they say: did you get any confirmation for your cancellation? You check and can't find any. Then they say since our online cancellation is not working. You need to do it in person, which no one tell you before. 5. Lifetime change me membership fee: $217.49 per month. Other activity fee: $102.50 per month. So total $319.99 per month, secretly, with no single statement sent, either online or by mail. 6. So how Lifetime make money? -Don't send confirmation for membership cancellation online -Continuously charge canceled members for membership and program fees -Never send statement for any changes -Never return this money read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed with this gym. I switched to this gym because it was closer to my home and "provided" activities for children. What a joke that was. The ballet for my daughter was an overfilled room with kids holding onto a table because there was no ballet bar to use. In order to drop off my daughter who is a member, my wife had to join and pay 105.00 to bring her to class for 45 mins. My wife just had a baby so she's unable to workout and they asked for a doctors note. Seriously? I normally drive my daughter and I'm a member and I have 2 guest passes per month but they still said she had to join. If we had known that we would've skipped the class the week I was traveling. Knowing all that they still said we can't do anything and the account will he charged the 105.00 for 45 mins. I ended up canceling our entire family membership and they were fine with that. From a CEO of a company this is entirely the wrong attitude when it comes to customer service. Stay as far away from this place as possible. read more

My ALPHA Coach Brandon Emmons is the most EXCEPTIONAL coach, trainer, teacher, educator, etc. that I have encountered in my LIFETIME.  He has a remarkable method of exhibiting and explaining every functional movement of an exercise.  Then he is the MOST patient individual I have ever encountered.  Without attitude he will repeatedly help an athlete be successful in every functional movement of the exercise.  I have made significant gains in building muscle, speed, agility and strength under his leadership! read more

Customer service is non-existent. Lifetime Bridgewater management, including directors are not interested in providing a solid consumer base. They behave as if they are doing you a favor taking your monthly dues and allowing you membership at their club (not cheap). The ego needs to be brought down to reality. The customer pays their salaries and concerns should be addressed professionally, with courtesy and respect. Not arrogantly! Awful experience with lifetime! I love this place. As a mom, I can bring my kids to the kids academy where they can take classes like arts and crafts, dance, Spanish, junior warrior, gymnastics, create and build, music, Zumba, yoga, sports skills, and more! Now I don't feel guilty letting them be there for the whole two hours. I can work out, go to the Life Spa, or hang out in the Life Cafe. I love the outdoor pool in the summer and the parents night out that is offered each month. It's been one of the most positive things to happen to my life of recent. Being a stay at home mom, I feel like (to quote Jerry Maguire), "Lifetime, you complete me." I can't rave about this place enough! read more
