We talked back and forth and agreed to have the service performed on 08/29/2025. I gave them the TV model and how I wanted the tv mounted. We Mount tv said they would do some research and get back to me tomorrow 08/27/2025. I never got a call from them, this should have been a red flag off the bat but I gave them a chance and people do forget or get busy it happens. Unfortunately the TV I purchased wouldn't be delivered until 08/29/2025 so therefore I couldn't give We Mount TV a time to perform the service (My fault). I called them back and let them know about the situation and we agree to instead have the TV mounted on 08/30/2025 at 09:00 AM. I called We Mount TV on 08/29/2025 at 1:40pm to confirm our appointment for 08/30/2025 they said everything was good to go and the appointment was confirmed. On 08/30/2025 I got a text message from We Mount TV at 09:09 stating the tech was sick and they were going to move some stuff around so they can get someone out to mount the tv that day but at a later time. I replied with OK do you know what time? I never got a response, I still gave them a chance and thought Mayne they are busy just trying to finish some jobs and would get back to me. I decided to give them until Tuesday 09/02/2025 to get back to me since it was the Labor Day weekend, still giving them a chance to redeem themselves and use the Labor Day weekend as an excuse for the reason they dropped the ball. I am writing this review on 09/06/2025 at 8:17PM and I still have not heard from WE Mount TV. Not an apology no nothing, simply left on read and ghosted. His crew did a great job installing the lights and an additional outlet. The other outlet couldn't be moved because of a firewall. We contacted Jose a second time because we were having problems with our circuit breakers. Jose checked out the outlets and breakers and resolved our issue . My husband was happy.
