We called on August 3rd and were told the replacement part would take 5-7 days to arrive. It's now August 10th, and we haven't received a single call, update, or follow-up from them. I've tried calling four times this morning, and no one has even answered the phone. After looking through their Yelp and Google reviews, it's pretty clear that this isn't an isolated experience. At this point, it honestly feels like they just don't care about their customers once they have your business. Really disappointed with LivSmart and the way they've handled this entire situation.
