As a former college athlete who stepped away from consistent exercise for more than four years after having two kids, I was a little nervous about getting back into fitness. Orangetheory has met me exactly where I am while also challenging me to keep improving. I love that I'm really competing with myself, not anyone else. One of my favorite things is how adaptable the workouts are. Whether someone is walking, running, biking, or modifying exercises, everyone can participate in a way that works for them. I'm currently recovering from a foot injury, so I use the bike instead of the treadmill, and the coaches have been incredibly supportive and accommodating without making it feel like a big deal. The workouts are engaging, challenging, and never boring. Every class offers a great mix of cardio and strength, and there's enough variety throughout the week that it always feels fresh. The coaches are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in everyone's success. I also love the little touches, like celebrating workout milestones, tracking my progress in the app, and being able to visit other Orangetheory studios when I travel. I'm so grateful to have found this studio. It has helped me rediscover the joy of exercising, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

The women were all very warm and welcoming. The space was really clean too which is important when it comes to gyms. I felt very comfortable here. The lifts were taught in a very educational way and it was clear that safety was of the utmost importance here, which it needs to be when we're talking about lifting heavy stuff. The environment was so supportive with everyone cheering others on. I can definitely see myself coming back for other classes after doing the workshop. The only disadvantage for me is that it's so far from where I live, so that's a personal downside not anything directed at the business. I'll definitely try to come back when my schedule allows for it though since it's been hard to find a good powerlifting gym around Denver.

I love the community and the fact that people make an effort to get to know each other. In a city as big as Denver, that is very hard to come by. I also love that there is no talk of weight loss, diets, calories, or being thin in the classes. Fierce45 takes a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on mindset and strength building rather than looking a certain way. Not every studio does this so it is much appreciated. Thanks to Fierce45, I also now have core strength that I never thought possible! I no longer dread when planks are cued. You simply cannot find a better workout for building strength or endurance.
