I've been a member at Club Pilates Burlington for the past 7 months, and although I'm unfortunately…read morecancelling my membership, I truly can't say enough great things about this studio. I've never enjoyed working out as much as I did here, and it completely changed how I think about fitness. The small class sizes make such a difference you really get personalized attention. The instructors take the time to give helpful corrections and make sure you're moving safely, which is something I haven't experienced as much at other studios. I've actually been able to apply what I learned here to other workouts, and I can see a huge improvement in both my form and results. Some of my favorite classes were Flow 1.5 and Control 1.5 (I only wish there were more Control 1.5 classes on the schedule!). The instructors Ahram, Jennifer, Bethany, Rachel, and Samantha are all AMAZING. They each bring so much energy, encouragement, and knowledge, and it really shows in every class. Bella, the studio manager, has also been incredibly kind and helpful, especially when it came time to cancel my membership. One of the best perks for me was the variety of class times offered throughout the day, which was perfect since I work from home. The only thing I'll note is that if you prefer morning classes, they can fill up quickly, especially with certain instructors. The membership is definitely an investment, but for me, it was so worth it to learn reformer Pilates in such a welcoming and supportive environment. Overall, I had such a great experience at Club Pilates Burlington and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn Pilates in a fun, motivating, and safe space! Hopefully I'll be back soon through drop in classes on ClassPass!

The workouts are challenging, but I always leave with a sense of accomplishment that I made it through the class. The studio is in a great location, very easy to find. It's within walking distance to the mall, and it's located in a busy little complex. The classes can get pricey depending on the package you choose, but I think it's worth it. It's a great workout, with friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Response to business owner…read more Catie I took 11 classes at your studio, it wasn't just based on today. I would like my unused classes to be refunded as I mentioned in my review. Thanks but no thanks to the coffee, I very much doubt you want to have a meaningful conversation based on your response- you are clearly just worried about the optics. Original review: I get quintessential New England vibes here- surly and cliquey, it's like they missed the memo that being cliquey and mean is no longer considered cool. The owner is definitely the reason (based on a few interactions or I should say few instances of largely being ignored by her ); I strongly believe studio owners set the tone for the way their employees need to treat their clients and I can tell you that every time enter the studio I feel like I need to kiss someone's ring. Reminder: I pay you, I don't need to also cater to you. FTR I have not one time been impolite to anyone here. I walked in today to find the front desk girl ignore me (not new, that's customer service here at least for me. I am a specific demographic in case anyone's wondering... i.e. not white) to continue her very important conversation about Botox with....was it the instructor? There are some amazing instructors here- Grace M and Lauren F are the absolute best. Others - money down the drain. If I have to constantly look around the room to catch on to what's happening, am offered neither form correction nor modifications (I have neck issues and am also postpartum, not that anyone cared at the studio!) then I can just watch a video online. I patronize 4-5 other studios in this area, where they treat me respectfully and like a paying customer should be treated. I bought a 10 class pack with every intention to give them yet another chance but I am not going to twist myself into a pretzel to attend these classes, I'd rather go to a space with good vibes. I am not going to hold my breath for the owner to do the right thing here but I have a glimmer of hope she will refund me the remainder of my money and put some deep thought into how she runs her business. PS Please save yourself the effort of copying and pasting some nonsense of how you are an inclusive studio.

Highly recommend.. All the trainers are excellent and the vibe is great. The playlists that the…read moretrainers play are awesome. The cardio and power exercises can be intense but you need to know your body and know when to tone jt down a bit. Since its a dedicated class with everyone doing the same workout based on instructions and motivation from the trainer sometimes pushing yourself that much extra can be tricky and you will need to know at what point you can push yourself and at what point you need to take a step back and slow things a little. I personally in my first class almost got nauseous because to match up to everyone around me I pushed myself beyond what my body could handle.. Was not the brightest idea.. If you are someone who is thinking about it, I recommend signing up for a class to see if it works for you. You have 1 free class to try it out which you can call in to sign up or even sign up online and if you like it then you can look at their various plans and see the right fit..

I would give it three starts for that but this is why I'm giving it a 1. 1. I booked the class on mind body it said "pass available" During the middle of class Jenn was passed a note and told me to see the desk after class. Apparently my passes were expired but the app and the two studios still let me sign up without a problem, showing that I still had classes left to use! 2. The front desk woman was very nice as we walked through the steps that could have went wrong. She asked me for my credit card, I declined saying"I wouldn't have come if I didn't think I had a class available" seeing these classes are about $28 for a drop in. She understood and she said she would figure it out with the other studio tomorrow morning. 3. Morning comes and I get a call from the coach Jenn. She immediately asks me for my credit card info after I already informed her of the conversation stated above. She proceeds to tell me if I don't give her the card into she will just get it from the other studio I have been to. At that point I had to state very clearly and strongly I do not approve or condone her taking my credit card information . She then CONTINUES to say that someone has to pay for the visit. I tell her I understand but that will not be me seeing it was either due to; the app, her studio or the other studio. 4. I am also in the business of fitness and I have NEVER once seen this kind of pushy-ness or poor customer service. Believe me this has happened to me being the coach and I chalk it up because I want a happy customer and I fix the problem so the malfunction doesn't happen again. Truly haven't see this poor of customer service in years. Yikes!!!

As someone new to the area, it's been such a warm and welcoming place. Not only are the classes super fun and interactive (they switch things up every week!), but we've also made some great new friends -- both moms and babies! The staff is amazing, and the energy in the room is always so positive. You can tell they really care about creating a fun, engaging experience for both the little ones and the parents. I'm so thankful my husband found My Gym when I was just 3 months postpartum -- I had no idea there were even classes for babies that young! If you're on the fence, don't be. I highly highly recommend it to any parent looking to connect, have fun, and watch their baby learn and grow in the best environment :)

My daughter absolutely loves going to the gym and always has a fantastic time. She's learned so many new skills, and her confidence has grown tremendously! She even makes me sing the "hi" and "bye" songs to her constantly--she's clearly found her groove! Ms. Jenna and Ms. Emma are her regular coaches, and I can't praise them enough. They are warm, welcoming, and incredibly engaging. Their energy is contagious, and the joy they bring to each class is truly infectious. It's clear that they love what they do, and it creates such a positive environment for the kids. I've seen my daughter grow not just in her abilities but in her social skills, too. She looks forward to every class and feels like she's part of a community. We've made such great friendships with the other moms, nannies, grandparents, and their children! If you're looking for a supportive, fun, and educational environment for your child, I highly recommend My Gym Burlington
