I first got into pilates 3 years ago because of the recommendation from my spine surgeon. After 3 years of practice, I am the strongest I have ever been in my life before. I think its because of the variety of class formats they offer and the attention the instructors and staff pay to everyone. The routines are updated at least monthly, keeping them fresh, but familiar. I really like that I have to sign up in advance for the classes and times I want or am able to attend. I tried my first spin class last night with Mackenzie and have never enjoyed working out as much as I did during her class. She incorporated toning and arm exercises into the routine which was different (loved it). Both the barre and spin classes are in dimly lit studios with neon lights and the BEST music.
