Some say that Disney World is the happiest place on earth but I would argue it's Pure Barre. I legitimately refer to PB as "my happy place" to everyone I know. How is it possible that a barre studio = the happiest place on earth you ask? The feeling of accomplishment every time I make it through a grueling 55 minutes of LTB (lift, tone, burn) cannot be matched and is extremely addicting. I'm typically a serial dater when it comes to workouts. I get bored, restless and easily unmotivated. However, I've been with PB for 2 months now with no signs of wanting to stray. I might even go as far as to say that PB is my workout soulmate! I like to run, so this class has been my go-to for cross-training days. It's low-impact and there is a focus on core strength. The class consists of a warm-up followed by arm, thigh, seat, and ab sequences. At some points during class, your muscles will reach the point of fatigue where they shake uncontrollably. It is the best worst feeling you'll ever experience. You know you're doing PB right when you start to feel "the shake". There is also a cool down at the end that focuses on stretching. I love this since I never have the motivation to stretch on my own. The instructors and owners are welcoming, friendly and approachable. They are genuine and always make sure you get the most out of every class. They will correct your form if it's wrong and will push you harder if they see you slacking (I would know since I've been known to slack). If you're looking for something new to add to your workout routine, give PB a try. You never know, you might get lucky like me and find your workout soulmate. read more

I signed up for Pure Barre before it opening without knowing what I was getting into. I am a former college athlete and in great physical condition, think this would be something silly that I'd try once and hate...WRONG. Pure Barre is an amazing and intense workout! What started as a "let's give it a try", turned into an obsession. I started out with the opening package and now have the 6 month, auto-pay package. The owners, Ken and Adrienne, are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel so welcomed and treat you like an old friend every time you come in. Every class instructor is incredible! I have never taken a bad class here. I am looking forward to the summer, so that I can attend more classes weekly. Not only are the classes great, but the awesome Pure Barre swag is slowly draining my wallet! I love all of the clothing on sale here from their Pure Vida Bracelets to their super soft Yoga shirts and pants. Everyone should try this exercise class! You have to give it more than one class though, because it is totally different from anything you've done before, but when you find that shake zone and see you results, you will be obsessed too! read more

I started going to Pure Barre Nashua when they opened in April with the new client special which was an amazing deal! I was just going to try it out and at least stick with it for the 5 weeks. At the end of the 5 weeks I didn't want to stop going and that is something for me to say because I am not that great at keeping up with a work out routine and heading somewhere at least 3 times a week. They came out with a great special so I signed up for the 6 months and I'm so happy I did. Pure Barre pushes me right where I need to be and I still feel relaxed while doing it. I always feel amazing after every class and all the time I am noticing a change in my body. It is such a great workout and calorie burner! Whether you are the type of person that is fit and wants a great workout or you are not that in shape Pure Barre is definitely something to give a go at. When I started I had pretty much let myself go over the winter and it is nice to see that I'm gaining muscle back. Pure Barre is all I ever talk about! It's great to finally have some confidence back! Lift-Tone-Burn.. Gotta give it a try! read more

I have always found myself saying that I want to join a gym but never found the motivation to actually do it. I took my first Pure Barre class when the studio opened in April and fell in love. I love that it's a full body workout and the staff is there to motivate you the whole time. It's like having your own personal trainer without the cost. No matter how often I go, it doesn't get any easier and love the changes that I'm seeing in both my flexibility and strength. Being a "dance" mom my schedule is pretty busy. I love that they have several classes a day to fit anybody's schedule. The staff is knowledgable and you can tell they love their job. Ok, full disclosure... I HATE working out! There is nothing I like about working out and sweating. I've tried almost every sort of fitness class from crossfit, kickboxing, to yoga but never ever found myself loving anything about them. That was until I met Pure Barre. OMG- it's amazing! The feeling of accomplishment, zen and just overall good feeling you get after LBT'ing cannot be matched by anything else. The staff and teachers are amazing, I love every single one of them. They truly want you to succeed and encourage you every step of the way. The studio is super clean and is located right off the highway. You'll love it here. Ken and Adrienne have created an environment where everyone feels motivated, encouraged and welcomed. The instructors here are amazing and are dedicated to help you perfect your form so you can build lean muscle, lose inches and feel stronger. There's a wide range of class times so there is something for everyone, even if you have crazy work hours or a demanding schedule. Pure Barre is great for women who want to tighten their body as well as strengthen their core. It's only an hour class and it flies by. The instructors help you to master the different workouts and it is incredibly NOT intimidating. Everyone goes at their own pace but you start to see results within the first week. My butt perked up so much in the first week! Pure Barre would also be great for the woman who doesn't like to work out in front of a lot of other men. Love PB Nashua! The instructors have been great since day 1, and I don't miss anything about leaving the MA studios I used to attend. Even though I go to the same day/time classes every week due to my work schedule, the classes themselves are never the same- so I get a consistently challenging workout every day.
