I also personally think I have the best trainer in the world -- Shya! She's been amazing and has made my experience here even better. The gym is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking, which made getting in and out easy. The entrance, front desk area, and overall facility felt clean, open, and welcoming. The equipment was in good condition and appeared well-maintained. One thing I always notice at a gym is whether people re-rack their weights, and that seemed to be the case here, which is usually a good sign of a respectful gym community. The locker rooms were also clean and well-kept. Compared to the 15-20 Planet Fitness locations I've visited over the years, this location feels a bit older and may not have received some of the upgrades I've seen at newer clubs, especially on the West Coast. It doesn't have some of the newer equipment options, such as squat racks, bench presses, or a few of the other additions I've seen elsewhere. I also noticed the tanning area features traditional lay-down beds rather than the standing units that some newer locations offer. That said, none of those things would stop me from coming back. The gym is clean, the equipment is well-maintained, the atmosphere is comfortable, and it was consistently a pleasant place to work out. Overall, I thought this was a solid Planet Fitness location and one I would happily visit again when I'm in the area. 4/5

I am so glad I tried Choice Fitness. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt very comfortable here. The Manager saw me looking around and politely asked if he could help with anything. I explained that I was basically a novice when it came to weight training, but I wanted to try. I also explained that I had a particular training plan that another outside trainer created specially for me. Dave was so accommodating. He took me through each routine of my plan, showing me proper form, proper speed, and explained what muscles each exercise was working. He spent time with me on two separate days and went through all the exercises on my plan. I was really impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable he was. I never set an appointment for any of this. Just walked in the door. From what I've seen, this Gym is truly all about customer service. I'm so glad I joined. I only wish this 52 year old found this place sooner. Also, the equipment is all new and they have so much of everything! The facility is super clean. I feel I have finally found a Gym that makes everybody feel comfortable. Five star all the way!

I am now looking for a gym that values its members and treats their concerns with respect.
