My practitioner, Gabe, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He educated me on the benefits of guided stretching on the Stretch Zone tables. My first stretching session was extremely helpful for my body. I workout intensely 5-6 times per week. I lift weights, do cardio, HIIT classes, and occasional yoga. I neglect stretching a lot of the time even though I know I should. Stretch zone took the work out of me stretching on my own since someone was helping me do the stretches. I was lying down the whole time on the stretching table while Gabe helped me stretch as much as possible. We focused on all parts of my body including quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors, traps, lats, mid back, and lower back. If something felt like it wa too intense or hurt too much, Gabe was gentle and stopped that specific stretch while explaining everything every step of the way to me. Very excited about joining my stretching, healing journey with the Stretch Zone. I had my evaluation today and everything was thorough and legitimate. My first stretch was fantastic, careful but thorough also. I'm looking forward to improving my range of motion, my mobility and my imbalances! Cheers to that! Would recommend NEVER buying a package with them. My parents bought a package. My mom and dad specifically asked if they expired and they said no. Then when my mom was finally able to use she called back to schedule and they said they expired. She explained she was told they would never expire. And the person told her they "changed their rules". Lovely so after you buy something then you change the rules. Would stay away! read more

I went to the chiropractor it did not help New bed did not help Went there after one visit the pain was gone I am not alone I met someone there who had the same story as me I recommend you try there free one time visit and check it out read more

I probably should have been wary of the idea that they require you to sign up for three months of sessions right off the bat. I did my sessions, however, when I finished my twelfth session, they automatically booked me for another month without saying that my original plan had expired. When I tried disputing the charge, they claimed my last appointment wasn't on the original plan and that I had already used on of the sessions. The stretching was okay, at best. I just can't recommend a business that feels the need to use aggressive sales tactics to continue to charge customers without consulting with them and seeing if they are actually interested in continuing with their services. read more

Went in for a free session with Jada and she was great. Very nice and easy to talk to. The stretches felt good and she didn't go too hard. I definitely did not feel unsafe at all or worried that I might be injured. She seemed to know what she was talking about and I felt nice and loose afterwards. Personally I'm not sure I liked it more than a massage and I'm not sure if I will return or just keep getting massages, but if you're looking for a nice stretch this is a good place! read more

Stretch zone in West Boca on Clintmore is the greatest place to go if you're anything like me that has very little flexibility and was unable to really enjoy athletic activities without pulling a muscle or straining ligaments or getting hurt . Kevin is the best at what does and his knowledge and experience is outstanding! The only reason I gave Stretch zone as well as Kevin five stars was because ten stars was not an option! read more

I was trepidatious, at first -- afraid of getting hurt -- but some friends in Fort Lauderdale, who had been to a stretch zone near them, highly recommended these services... so I made the appointment. The person on the phone was friendly and helpful (even after I called multiple times, because I got lost a few times trying to find the location, which is a hair tucked back in the Dunkin' Donuts plaza). My Stretch Zone therapist (Coach? Trainer? Not sure what to call the practitioners), Moniti, was great! He gave me a rating system, to let him know how light or deep the stretch was, and kept checking in to make sure I was communicating, so that all stretches were within healthy/pain-free bounds. I would highly recommend these services, and wish there was a location closer to me! The only reason I did not give a fifth star, was because there was a lot of street traffic noise (it was a beautiful day, so the front door was open, letting in a light breeze), breaking into the peacefulness of the stretching. Also, The receptionist got frazzled by a particular client phone call, and her energy kind of crackled into the main space... enough that a couple of the other practitioners reminded her to take a breath and calm down. Nothing earth shattering, just mildly undermining of the overall experience. Note: multiple tables are right next to each other in the open, and may be a little closer to each other than they should be, because my practitioner ended up bumping into another one at one point. Also... wear comfortable clothing when you come for your appointment, because they work on you in the clothes you wear. read more

I made the appointment, confirmed the appointment and showed up and they did not have my appointment. I even prove to her that I was talking to this exact store by showing her my phone records on my iPhone which showed I called on Saturday originally, and Monday to confirm for the following Saturday. The Boca Raton office located on Clint Moore receptionist was rude, insulting, loud, and acted very childish. There were several tables that were still open during the 20 minutes that i am inside the store trying to appeal to her tell to allow me to have my 60 minute stretch and she kept saying oh we have no openings... Yet tables were there but she was very rude, unprofessional, and insulting... I will never use stretch zone! read more

Had been hearing about these assisted stretching businesses but there are none in my current town of residence (we are relocating). Got my initial stretch and really loved the concept. Push to sell membership after the session; they do not do one time appointments. Since I have no idea where we will be moving, I bought a small package. Love the concept but wish it would allow for more "flexibility" rather than packages or memberships. read more
