A big misconception is that OrangeTheory is only for folks IN shape. Coaches here work with you to find what is safe but also challenging. After a warm up, a workout and a cooldown you'll feel like you're on cloud 9. I canceled my membership over the phone and then was charged again the next month. The person I spoke to on the phone NEVER told me I needed to sign a form, so that's the reason the charged me again. The woman on the phone should have told me that and sent me the form. I would have done it same day. This is their issue not mine. Not only that I tried to do a drop in class at another location and it never confirmed so I have 6 drop in charges on my credit card that they're telling me they can't credit because I made the mistake not them. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced with the local studio and the corporate office.

As long as I show up, I look and feel my best. The workouts are tough but scalable, the coaches are top-notch, and the community is unreal. My trainer's Mark (the owner) and Sir Bobby are always encouraging and positive, but still know how to push me to my limits.
