They meet you were you are, and are very big on ensuring that your form is correct, which is not always common in CF gyms (but so very important to prevent injuries!). On top of being great coaches, they are just awesome people, and there really is a big sense of community and camaraderie amongst the members and coaches alike. It is very diverse with people of all ages, levels and backgrounds. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to start out, or people looking to get back in it, or anyone looking for a good challenge. After my personal training agreement ended, I continued to be charged for training services that should have stopped. From December 2025 through February 2026, I contacted the gym multiple times to report the billing errors. Each time I was assured that I would receive a refund and that the issue would be corrected, but the charges continued. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, yet I was consistently told they were unavailable or too busy. Despite nearly three months of trying to resolve the issue directly, I never received meaningful communication or a resolution from management. Ultimately, I had no choice but to dispute the unauthorized charges with my bank and obtain a new debit card to stop the recurring withdrawals. The way this situation was handled completely eroded my trust in the business and prevented me from continuing my relationship with the gym. To make matters worse, Amped Fitness is now attempting to collect money that I do not believe I owe, despite the billing errors and my documented efforts to resolve the issue.

It's been three weeks since I joined and I can already see results. I am definitely getting stronger, it's weird to explain but it's like an internal strength. This is not a Crossfit, this is a strength training class that focuses on functional fitness especially good for aging athletes or people that want to carry 10 grocery bags up the the stairs lol. They focus on form over quantity and speed, the safe way to train. Classes are 50 min- 1 hr long. I love that classes are capped at 20 people and doors are closed when class starts. No distractions, no phones, no comparing to other people. I recommend this gym highly and I am super excited about continuing and seeing my gains and progress. The woman on the phone should have told me that and sent me the form. I would have done it same day. This is their issue not mine. Not only that I tried to do a drop in class at another location and it never confirmed so I have 6 drop in charges on my credit card that they're telling me they can't credit because I made the mistake not them. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced with the local studio and the corporate office.

About a year and a half ago, my company sponsored a fitness day at a place called Hotworx in Davie. I complained leading up to it, I complained throughout it, and secretly I was freaking out because I actually LOVED it!! When my friend moved to Deerfield and said she wanted to join a gym a suggested we try the Hotworx in Deerfield. Again, i LOVED it! I ended up joining Hotworx Deerfield Beach in April '24. I'm NEVER quitting this gym...gym quitter no more! I actually get upset if i can't make it to the studio. First off, the workout is incredible. Before you say "Eww i could never workout in a sauna." Yes you can. The infrared is a totally different type of heat. You will sweat. You feel the heat, but you feel it deep in your muscles and joints. This helps you stretch deeper and hit those poses in less time. You WILL feel absolutely fantastic, stronger, healthier, and happier with yourself. My skin is soft, my muscles are stronger, my joints don't hurt anymore, my plantar fasciitis is gone, my mental health is on point. Sandra, the owner, and her team are absolutely wonderful. They collectively have created a safe environment for everyone who steps foot into this studio. I feel confident and comfortable when I am here (even if at times I have no idea what I'm doing). There are members of all different ages, sizes, genders, races, fitness levels, and there is ZERO judgement. There's only encouragement. Each class only allows for 7 ppl so be sure to reserve in advance. We got in and got fitted into our harnesses. Once everyone was situated, the instructor (also in a harness) walked us through each of the workouts and gave us time to figure out the right movements and how to really trust the bungee. The class was fun, with great music pumping, and the workout was surprisingly good. I left sore and pumped! I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for something different.

A month ago I found Boost Bungee on instagram and signed up for my first class. Not only was it fun, but it was something I immediately felt a connection to.
