We found termite damage at our house, and called multiple contractors for quotes. They were quickest and easiest to work with. Frank Jr came to our house to do the inspection. I noticed that their inspection was more thorough than a previous fumigator that had come to give us a quote. They poked and inspected the entire outside of the house as well as in the garage and attic to find evidence of termites. They were very helpful in answering questions and preparing us for a fumigation. They subcontracted out to fumigators, which arrived exactly when they said, and worked quickly to set up as well as clean up. The fumigators were great and went the extra mile to ensure everything was secure and safe. After the Fumigation, my contact person transitioned to Frank Senior, who was thorough and easy to communicate with on removal and repair of the wood that was damaged on our house. They did a great job, even repaired areas we had not explicitly discussed, and I noticed later on. We also had them organize replacing our old broken gutters with new seamless. Everything came with warranty. I was happy with their ability to take care of all the damage and work with my schedule without any hiccups. The price is according to the size of your house and cheaper than ALL PEST PRO quoted me. (I called ALL PEST PRO and they didn't even inspect anything.) I had them do my ADU first. 1 month later I had them do Main House to Match ADU. My house is a 1930s home. Roof was about 15-20 years old. I had rotted rafters tails, fascia, and Vertical Trim. Cherry on top I even had rotted Wood Siding (first 3 rows from ground) that his Carpenter replaced along with all the trim. He replace about 250 ft worth of rotted wood on the roof itself. Frank is my man when it comes to roofing. Frank was easy to communicate with and delivered beyond my expectation. My house had a wood shake roof along with a layer asphalt shingles, an entire strip was required down to the ceiling joists. Not a pleasant job, granted a smaller house, but they had it stripped in one day. We went back and forth on shingles due to my color choices and availability and settled on a Corning product that looks great. Pricing was on the lower level of bids received and very happy with the results, see photos. One thing I would like to note is how hard replacing a roof is. I come with a construction background, roofing is probably one of the top 3 hardest jobs in this field. I also hired Frank to termite my house after the new roof. Was a little overwhelmed with the prep, bagging almost everything in the kitchen and bathrooms, but this is part of process. Gave me a chance to get rid of items not used or needed in the couple of years. Beyond the prep and moving out for couple days, everything else was painless. Frank also sent a crew of two to assist with some termite damage and they also did a great job. I am so glad I did and I am here to just tell you straight up - save yourself the time of bringing other companies in and just go with this company. Stratton was so communicative, they demo'ed my rotted, falling down patio and tented my house for an amazing price, they kept me informed of everything, they took pictures and sent them to me, they helped me with the gas company arranging everything and talking to the gas guy directly on my behalf when I accidently missed him. Frank Sr and Frank Jr will take VERY good care of you, and on top of that, they do roofing too so they inspect the roof initially and follow up afterwards ensuring that any tiles that might have gotten accidentally broken during tenting get repaired.
