His team came out on time and worked like a machine to complete in one day. They cleaned up after they were done and then the foreman came out same day to inspect and perform quality control. Carlos, the owner, was also amazing, prompt, straightforward, knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on my roof. Roof itself 5/5. No complaints. However, I do believe the job and the service itself is 3 stars. Not bad but not amazing. I ended up walking away from this experience just kind of meh but wanted to share my honest thoughts so it'll help others. That being said, there were a couple hiccups that happened along the way. No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.

In the end, after I thought about repairs, I did a major one as it would save me money over time. Even then the price was not outrageous. I highly recommend them and their team. I was so impressed with his work that a couple of my neighbors asked for his information -- he repaired their roofs as well, and they were all very happy with the results. In late 2025, after the big storms, I contacted Coby again for another skylight leak. Just like before, he diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and repaired it at a very reasonable rate. What I appreciate most is his honesty. A lot of roofers are quick to tell you that you need a full roof replacement. Coby is the opposite -- he gives you a true, honest opinion and does everything he can to save you money from unnecessary work. He takes the time to find the real source of the leak and shows you the proof. It's very hard to find a dependable roofer, especially when you have a two‑story house and can't get up there yourself. You have to trust the person you hire, and I trust Coby wholeheartedly. He stands behind his work, he enjoys what he does, and it shows in the quality and care he puts into every job.
